This was my first time at Bob Johnson Nissan and we will definitely be back. I lease my vehicles, so I am in a dealership about every three years and I am very prepared with what I expect from the sales team and what I want in my next vehicle . Working with Mark Intini was a great experience. He is very knowledgeable, understood what i wanted and expected out of the experience and made sure that it was a pleasant experience. I have to say that has been the first time in a long time I have been completely satisfied with the choices I was offered and with the whole process overall. I love my Nissan Rouge Sport and I couldn’t ask for anything better! Thank you Mark!

This place is so incredibly frustrating. I bought my car here and I was happy with the purchasing process which is the only reason I gave it a two stars. The service department is literally horrible. They lie about the expensive work they do and charge you for it which is just so disappointing as a consumer. I recently took my vehicle to be serviced for my 30,000 mile package. Part of that package is a tire rotation and tire inspection. Well I knew that I have a screw in my back rear passenger side tire. I was charged for that tire rotation/inspection. Upon picking up my vehicle, I inspected my tires and no one noticed the screw and the tire with the screw in it was still on the back rear passenger side; they didn’t rotate my tires! It’s just scary to put trust in a business regarding your vehicle and then they give service like this. I highly recommend against going here because it’s just way overpriced for the service you receive! There are much better places out there.

Worst car buying experience ever. We had a VIP appointment and we were welcomed by...No one. Had to walk around and find someone, who wasnt staring at their phone, to get instruction on where to go. Our sales rep seemed, lost, something was wrong. They had 3 days to complete the paperwork for us to pick up our new vehicle and they couldnt get it done. They told us they were waiting on our insurance company, but when I called my ins company, they told me that no one had reached out to them from the dealership.I would not recommend this place. Zero personal touch. Zero personality. Last straw, at 10am we were told we could pick the vehicle up today and that the rep would call us for a pick-up time. At 430, after I called him to show proof that our insurance company had the vehicle covered, because he apparently couldnt figure that out, we were told that the transaction couldnt happen today because the title office was closed.We were a number. Number 101 for the day.

Nearly everything was great about our experience purchasing a vehicle here. The salesperson was helpful and allowed us to put a hold deposit on the car over the busy Memorial Day weekend so we could return on Tuesday for the purchasing paperwork. What could have been an opportunity for showing the customer they cared about earning our referrals and future business turned into a tacky move on their part. When I asked for the second key fob, I was told they only had one, and we would have to pay $190 for a second. How many cars have you purchased that did not come with two keys? And even if they couldnt account for the second, just do the smart thing and comp it to us. They eventually met us halfway and only charged us $100 but that was almost tackier than full price. Such a small detail turned into a wasted opportunity. The car is great, at least. Maybe the new owners will train their salespeople better.

Came in on a Tuesday. Drove 4 cars. Took 6 hours to get things situated. Said we would be back Friday at 9am. Friday at 9am comes. We get here and they havent processed anything. So here we are almost 4 hours later still waiting. Not impressed. Salesman was rude and unprofessional.

Sale of the car was smooth and easy. Sort of feel like I could have saved more off the price, but I think that Id feel that way no matter what. Still, the wide inventory at this dealership is currently unmatched and they have more trims and a broader range of used cars than I was able to find elsewhere.Only hiccup was that the car was sold without floormats -- a detail we missed. However, the salesman we worked with resolved that issue much to our satisfaction.Would shop there again if dealerships closer to my home dont catch up in terms of inventory.

Im a single mother of two and have a cleaning business. Having a reliable car is a must. I went to a different Nissan dealership and regretted it. After a week of waiting, that dealership wanted me to come up with an additional 2 grand of get a co-signer. One of my clients told me to go to Dorschel. He said with Dorschel, I would get the whole experience and walk out happy. My client was not wrong! I filled out the application Saturday evening and was approved for a vehicle at 2 pm Monday. I left with a wonderful vehicle and couldnt be happier. The staff is courteous and truly worked for me to put me in a car that I could afford. I will only by from Dorschel Nissan in the future and will recommend them to my friends and clients in the future. Best experience buying a vehicle.

The customer service reps. ( the men) can be described as automated human beings who lack sensitivity training. I went there and spend the entire day with my baby in hand and they made sure they checked and search for any reason not to approve my car. long story short, my wife and I got the car because this is 2020 where computer rules everything and therefore you will get your car here whether they like you or not. My $5G down payment meant nothing as they found a way to hike the price. They have quality cars. The owners are very nice respectable people. The staff of men needs sensitivity training. My wife is happy with our new pre-owned car and that is all that matters.I can say a lot more. like the time I voluntarily repo my car 2015 camry and they sent the cops to my house claiming they believe the car had something to do with a crime.I can go on and on. but it my community. I like the owners.

We just leased our second EV from Dorschel. A 2020 Nissan Leaf. Previously we leased a 2018 Kia Soul EV. If you dont already know, Evs are great cars and are more enjoyable to drive than their gas counterparts. Quiet, with a lot of power and often including amenities like heated seats and steering wheels.Also they are affordable. Despite the high sticker price, there are amazing incentives, and Dorschel is a great place to get your electric car.We worked with Chelsea Contino. Shes awesome!

I recently brought my car to the Dorschel Nissan Service Department for four new tires for my 2018 Nissan Maxima. I waited 3.5 hours for the service. When I examined the new tires, there were scratch marks on the tire and the rims. I had to do my best to doll them up. I expected much better and a quicker service. I like the sales department, very professional. The parts department was very helpful. Ive had two bad experiences with the service department. It is what it is.The parts department reached out and provided me a loaner car while they fixed the issue. My car is immaculate and I am thankful that Dorschel went above and beyond my expectations on rectifying the problem. Greatly appreciated. Thanks Tom.

The option to leave my car and get a shuttle was a plus and I plan to use it in the future. Upon arrival, I was impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the service personnel. The reason I said that I probably will not buy another Nissan is that this car was givien to me by my sisiter when I had no car. I am very grateful for it. However, I have a preference for another brand. This car, whom I named Alex is my first car in the 21st century that is not that other brand. When I can save money to get another car, I will go back to that brand. That is no offense to Nissans, I am just very loyal.The man who helped me(Unfortunately, I cant recall his name.) was cordial, respectful, and told me the truth about what was wrong with my car. It was a BIG chunk of change, but thankfully I had enough to cover it. It was a long appointment, but they finished earlier than expected.One thing did confuse me though. He said that he didnt take my car through the car wah because the side of my front bumper was slightly detached. I guess it would have gotten caught or damaged more in the wash. I wondered why didnt they snap the side bumper edge back on while I was there? I mean I was at a Nissan dealership. If anyone could have fixed it, they could have. It would have been VERY helpful. But, they didnt. Oh well.

After waiting 20 minutes for the salesman to find the keys to the vehicle, i test drove it and when i came back, it was another 20 minutes of waiting at the desk before the salesman came back over. (i should have just walked out at that point) after all that time, i was told “we are a non negotiable dealership, the sticker price is the price of the vehicle” definitely not a place i wanted to do business with. Went to West Herr on ridge road and had a very pleasant experience and walked away with the car of my dreams, everything i wanted in a car and the price i wanted. this was after being told that i was being unreasonable you Dorshel. i hope other people have better experiences.

Yesterday my car needed to charge. I had been driving around all day and my car was gonna die. I wanted to cry, cause every place I went I could not charge for long. I went to the front to let someone know and they said it is close to closing time and someone owns the one car you can wait for them to move. The other charge spot had a new car fully charged and no one could bother to move it just long enough for me to try and make it back towards Sodus point. I wanted to just cry. The sales guy was rude and so were a service guy. That guy told my son who has a slow mental state and is handicapped with a child like mind. To go to the car and see if their were keys in it. He did not. He thought he would be in trouble for that. I understand you have business to run, but that said made me believe no one wants anyone like my kind to be there or even be bothered with. Really hurts my feelings to see people act this way. Sorry for wanting to go home. I did not have any other choice. I have no one to help me or my son.

I give 5 stars because Shane made the process nice and smooth. My guy found the vehicle on carfax and I called to set a apt to test drive it the same day. They are practicing social distance at this establishment and the place is very clean. I was a little hesitant to take the hour drive to test drive but so far it was worth it. I got a nice clean vehicle with great mileage and one owner. Today is 1-20-21. If anything changes I will update the review. If you are looking for a affordable used vehicle Dorchester is the way to go, even if u must take a little ride. Im happy about my purchase of my 2010 camry with less than 88,000miles on it. It did ride smooth on the drive home and the gas mileage was awesome. GO SEE SHANE AND LET HIM PUT A SMILE ON UR FACE. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 👍🏾

I recently bought a Dorschel car from out of state. I was a little nervous as it was my first time with an out of state purchase. I called in and spoke with Allen. He gave me all the info I asked for with no pressure to buy. I did my research called back and we set up a day for me to come in and purchase the car. The day came, I left work a bit early so I would have made it a couple hours before Dorschel closed. I live about 4 and a half hours away and of course nothing ever goes as planned. I ran into traffic and made it to Dorschel with only about a hour left before they closed. Allen didnt even acknowledge that I was late and was happy to see me. We looked at the car for a quick couple minutes and went on a test drive. I was very happy with what I saw. We got back inside with about 40 minutes to close and Allen was still not rushing me in any way (Great guy). We start doing paperwork (I Financed) and it turns out that Allen hadnt chosen the first bank that offered a loan or even the second. Allen sorted through them and got me a fantastic APR rate and warranty. We finished all the paperwork about ten minutes after close, Allen handed me the keys and I headed home in my new car. I couldnt be happier with my experience at Dorschel!

If you are looking to buy a Nissan, MARK INTINI is your man. My husband and I decided, after a FAIL at a separate dealership to stop by Dorschel Nissan, without an appointment. during Corona, - just to take a look at some cars. Within minutes, Mark greeted us, didnt miss a beat, and proceeded to spend the next two hours with us. He was patient, informative, and very friendly. Extremely dissatisfied with Dorschel. To start, I had to turn in my lease by 11/1. When I called to schedule my turn in date, they asked it be before 10/31 because that date was “inconvenient” for them. So I turn my vehicle in a few days early, whatever. Well I walk in and doesn’t everyone look up from their desk, say NOTHING then continue to stare at their computers while not even with a costumer. I had to finally ask for assistance to only be given attitude because someone had to get up from their desk. This is the “Dorschel experience” they pride themselves with.I had quite a few issues with the vehicle to begin with. I would take it into the shop to have looked at and because the mechanic didn’t see or hear the issues “the problem didn’t exist”.I will never bring my business back here.

Great service!! My first milestone service was easy to schedule via their website. When I arrived I was promptly greeted by my service advisor, Allison. She walked me through what the service would entail along with a price estimate and asked if I had other concerns. When my car was done, she texted me to let me know. Upon picking it up I paid and was walked (so nice!) to my freshly washed and vacuumed car. Shout out to Allison in the Kia department for providing a wonderful experience!

I love this location for all of my service needs. Both service technicians, Mike and Devon, were friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. They kept me informed of all the work that was done and the time frame. I appreciate their commitment and professionalism. My car was ready when promised and is in better condition than when I arrived. I will definitely by back.

Disrespectful, nobody puts forth the effort and honestly they couldnt even get my name right. Sad. Their show room cars had water spots all over them, scratches from over used rags, you could see smudges on the windows. Poor quality place full of arrogant sales representatives. Id give 0 stars if I could.

Appt was at 9:15am and i had my car there by 9:10 sit in waiting room until 11:00 just for a oil change really? With the covid still here i had to wait with a full house of people I hated it!!! I could see the wait if there was problems with my vehicle but just a oil change??

Mix up online and thought I had an appointment. When I got there I found out they didn’t have me scheduled but they immediately accommodated me and did the work in a timely manner. They also replaced my remote battery for me which I didn’t think to include in the service. This dealership is always so friendly and respectful. They offer some nice amenities and if I choose to lease another vehicle through Nissan, even though I have a dealership much closer to my home and have not heard anything negative, I think I would still lease through Dorschel because of how they continue to impress me with their service.
