I took my car for a collision estimate and then repair. From the first contact to when I picked up my car I worked with John Lipani the collision manager. John was great, very professional and helped me with the insurance claim, rental car and kept me informed along the way. The car was fixed professionally and to my satisfaction. The collision repair team did a great job repairing my car. John was superb to deal with! I highly recommend John and his team at Valley!

I went in for some mechanical issues that I was initially told wouldnt be covered by my warranty, and would cost approximately 6,000.00. The service tech, Elliott Palmer, called me back to say that he was on the phone for several hours going up-the-chain to see if there was any way he could get it covered. After speaking with several people at Cadillac, he was able to get everything covered! He then told me it would only be a day, even with the supply issues we are all dealing with right now. I am thrilled with his ability to get these items covered. This is the second vehicle I have purchased through Valley, and I am extremely satisfied with the experience. Thanks again guys!

My Cadillac XTS kept shutting off when driving it was random. I changed the battery twice and finally it did it again. It was towed to a AAA approved shop that couldnt diagnose it so it was towed to Valley Cadillac. They diagnosed it as the fuse block on the battery a resistor was stuck open they fixed the problem so far everything is good I payed more for the dealer to diagnose the issue but they have the technology and the part so I have no complaints Elliot Was my service writer and he was awesome and easy going the techs had my car done in a day. I would recommend them if you have a Cadillac with gremlins to go here.

In March I decided to take a trip to Rochester with no intentions of purchasing a vehicle. I ended up stopping at Valley Cadillac which is about 100 miles away from me. Once I arrived at Valley, I walked around the lot and found an XT5 that sparked my interest. My grandson and I were then approached by Emily Fischer, a saleswoman for Valley. She was very pleasant, outgoing, quick-witted and extremely informative about the vehicle. She asked if we would like to take it for a test drive and we said yes! Once we got back, we talked some numbers and I ended up buying the XT5. Emily made my purchasing experience hassle free. Valley Cadillac should be honored to have her as a saleswoman as she is an exceptional asset to the company. I will definitely be coming back in the future to purchase another vehicle from Emily.

If i could give 0 stars i would! They told me i needed a motor and that they recommended a leak down and compression test. Brought it back to the purchasing dealership and all 8 cylinders passed leak down and compression and the motor ended up being in great condition i was just using regular 87 gas and not premium like it called for. They later fired my service adviser Andrew and are refused to do i refund for a false diagnosis. I disputed the charge with my bank they returned my money but they still shouldn’t be allowed to scam customers out of they’re money. The store manager was very rude and unprofessional. I will take my truck to a mom and pop shop before Valley Cadillac ever again!!!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

“Very bad experience at Valley Cadillac”.Valley Cadillac picked up my car for maintenance and tech support for apps in my CUE radio system. When Valley Cadillac returned my vehicle, my CUE radio screen was shattered. Immediately I called that night and left a message and then returned with my Cadillac to service and the manager said my screen was already broken. After arguing with them they just ask me to leave. I purchased a Cadillac with them in the past but I will never ever do business with them again. My friends and I were just thinking about buying new Cadillacs again from them. That won’t happen again. I had never thought that Valley Cadillac would treat me like that. That really puzzled me and it’s very sad. My friends, family, and I will never do business with Valley Cadillac again!!!

Bought a car from valley and it was a good experience. At that time Mon, now sales manager recommended buying the wheel rim protection program for 5 years at a cost of $3000.00. I don’t buy those programs, however he was very clear how good and encompassing the plan was. As it was an outside plan, I called recently with a curb scrubbing on 2 of my wheels. The company said its not covered. It’s on the plan that it was, I was upset so I called Mon at the dealership 3x maybe 4x and never got a return call, that’s bad business and will stop me from returning to buy. Trust is part of the product and in Valleys case very poor. I have had great luck with the service department and would have bought there again, however running from my issue has turned me very sour.

I took my car there for a oil change and tire rotation and my rims were scratched, and they won’t own up to it 😡they weren’t there when I brought it in, they just looked at them and nope we didn’t do it well who did it my husband just wash the car by hand and they weren’t there.Disappointed in valley won’t go there again . My car buying experience at Valley Cadillac has been my best thus far! My last vehicle was just totaled and I simply went to Valley to take a look at a used Infiniti SUV that they had for sale. Once I arrived I was introduced to a salesperson named Shay. He was courteous, professional, and didnt make me feel like I was being pressured into buying a vehicle or being taken advantage of. After seeing the SUV and taking it for a test drive I decided to purchase it. Thats when I met the GSM Man Tran. This guy was amazing! He worked hard to get me the best deal possible in terms of financing and throughout the process I felt that he had my best interest in mind. Overall they made a stressful situation pleasant and I left with a beautiful SUV. I highly recommend checking out this dealership whether or not you are looking to buy a Cadillac as they have other makes/models available.

Recently had my vehicle in for service and spent $1200.00 for new brakes and rotors. The break job took a day and a got my car back. Upon driving the vehicle I could clearly hear grinding and and metal on metal squeaking. I contacted service to alert them to the problem. The rep said its probably your calipers or something else and requested I return back to have the vehicle looked at. I drove back again and dropped off my vehicle. The entire day went by before I heard from anyone so I called the rep to get a report on whats happening. The rep called back and told me I had problems with my axle seals and wheel bearings. This was really surprising because none of those problems were occurring before I dropped the car off and were somehow magically missed on the multi point inspection they claim to provide. I was told it would be another grand to fix which I wont be doing. This is very bad because this vehicle is used to transport my loved ones including my wife and 5 year old daughter. I now have to question the integrity of a vehicle that worked perfectly right up until I had service done at Valley Cadillac. Be cautious taking your vehicle here they are claiming to do a multi point inspection during service but can somehow miss a core vehicle maintenance issue like axle seals and bad wheel bearings. We are taking the car to another mechanic to see if the vehicle has been tampered with and contacting our attorney. This service center gets a thumbs down. Terrible service. I will give a kudos to the rental rep. He was very nice and acted professional and courteous. As for Valley Cadillac they need to do better for their customers. Service like this is not acceptable in any way. Ill be posting this to hundreds of rating sites in an effort to alert other consumers.

My husband and I recently purchased a preowned 2019 Ram 1500 from this dealership. The price was fair, but in hindsight the price was where it was because floor mats and a spare key were not included (an additional $500 purchase that we now need to make on top of all the money we just spent on the vehicle). Upon purchasing the vehicle we were told they aren’t a Dodge dealership so while we were spending our money on a vehicle from the dealership, we weren’t getting everything that is included when you purchase a vehicle. I’ve purchased preowned vehicles from other dealerships before (GM vehicles from Dodge dealerships) where their customer service team purchased new key fobs when one of the two key fobs was broken. I also question how thoroughly the preowned vehicles are being cleaned, especially during a global pandemic. After we got the vehicle home we found little kids toy figurines tucked in compartments in the backseat of the vehicle. Preowned vehicle or not, every customer should receive the same treatment and are entitled to what they are purchasing. We will not be returning to this dealership.Update: We’ve had this truck for 2 weeks today, and tonight was the first time we’ve driven it at night. Come to find out one of the headlights is out already on this vehicle. How this vehicle passed a February New York State vehicle inspection with a headlight out is beyond me.While I appreciate the owner of the dealership reaching out about the missing floor mats, I really expected more out of a “luxury” vehicle dealership.

Great customer service. I flew in from out of state to pick up a used Ford Explorer because their price was unbeatable. Xavier was upfront about everything, providing pictures of a minor scratch on the rim of the vehicle and thoroughly looking over it to make sure I would not arrive unsatisfied. I brought my car in to have a couple recalls done, look into a check engine light, and check my CUE system as it was acting funky. They called and informed me the car needed a small fix, had the recalls done, and the CUE system was 100% fine - nothing wrong. So I pick up the car, (which wasnt washed) I instantly notice the CUE screen was cracked and not functional. (Now dont you think when I dropped it off I would of said the screen is cracked and the system isnt working and dont you think the tech who called would of called and said yes, the unit is cracked and needs replacing... not the unit is 100% ok?) Anyway, I walk back into the dealership, identified the issue, and was told Ill be given a call from a manager (Scott). This never happened. I ended up getting a call from a service guy (Steve) saying theres nothing they could do, but not to worry as they are very honest and they wouldnt damage a car and not take responsibility. He said this is an issue that happens all the time and even though they are not responsible for the damage that mysteriously appeared while in their possession, they can fix it for $1,400!! No empathy, no remorse, and not even an offer of a solution where they would work with me. What deplorable business ethics!! I now have to look at other options and may have to spend $1,400 of my own money to have this fixed after these degenerates damaged the vehicle. Ill never set foot in this place again and urge anyone who reads this to do the same... Im completely flabbergasted at the lack of accountability here, will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and calling spectrum news.

I purchased a lightly used 2019 Nissan Altima From Valley about a month ago. I drove it an hour home and then to work the next morning. I noticed the plastic bumper on the passenger side was hanging off. I contacted them and the service dept said bring it back. I drove another hour out to drop it off. A few days later the car was ready to be picked up but the bumper did not line up correctly and I wanted to to line up correctly as it did before. After going back and forth a little bit, Ed Meagher comes in to talk with us. Honestly I have never met someone who was so polite and nice to talk to in a situation like this. I will be honest, I was a little upset before he came in and he was so nice and responsive, it calmed me right down. You really got the feeling that he wanted to help. He went out and looked at the vehicle and said this wont do. He really took care of it that fast. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I would never buy a vehicle from here ever again! I purposefully bought a used vehicle from what I thought was a reputable company- I was very wrong! They sold me a vehicle with dry rot tires, dirty air filter, and put new brake pads on rusty calipers! Multiple salesmen ignored my calls, and then blamed me! I had a tire not keeping the air in it after 3 weeks of purchasing it, I tried to call them on a Sat, and was told I had to leave a message- which nobody ever called me back. I had no choice but to purchase 4 new tires on a 3 week purchase, because I had a trip to go on with my family, and was told that the tires could blow out at any time. See the pics

I have had my ATS for a year and a half now.......first month in a car pulled out in front of my and really smashed up the front end (10K of damage....none my fault luckily). The repair team was awesome at providing me updates every few days from the parts they were ordering/receiving to where they were in the process. Unfortunately I got the ATS right when it came out so many parts were on back order. Jim did a great job getting them as fast as he could! I have been 100% satisfied with the repair and any service I have had since then.The sales process was also wonderful. Fred was no hassle and he got me the best deal (if there is such a thing for these types of cars) he possibly could. I took my my Escalade four times already for the same issue and I still have hesitation when I press on the gas. They keep telling me they took care of the issue but it’s still going on.Very frustrating and I pay good money a month not to deal with these issues. Now my Engine light is on. I have only had the vehicle for a year and it’s been a horrible experience. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

Not knowing what to expect, or if I could even obtain timely service I pulled into Valley and they advise as soon as the technicians returned from lunch they would check it out. I bought a used vehicle and the day picked up the vehicle it was covered in pollen so l requested that the car be rewashed but l was told that the car wash door was not working, so l drove the car home and noticed the vehicle alignment was off and needed to corrected, l came back and told the salesman and they refused to correct the alignment because per the manager they had lost so much money in the car hence they could not fix the alignment which would have cost the nothing.Never will l buy or refer or recommend friends and family to this dealership

Dave Moffitt was extremely professional, honest, up front, and most importantly made the car buying experience enjoyable. This is my first new car and I was a little nervous making a big decision, but David helped put my worries at ease by showing me multiple models, all of the various lease options, and helped us figure out what was best for us. I will definitely be back to Valley Cadillac for future cars (hopefully the ATS 2.0T with the FE3 package and a manual!)

I bought my Cadillac SRX from Xavier, who was beyond amazing and truthful through the entire sales process. I had to get an oil change yesterday and had a question about my cracked Cue screen (my fault). Dino, in the service department, took amazing care of me. Got my screen fixed and had my car back to me before the estimated time (less than 24 hours too). Customer service here is truly amazing and so rare to find. I really appreciate everyones dedication and hard work at Valley!

Purchased a used vehicle from Valley. Was told the tires were basically new. Found out 6 months later they were four years old and now I have to change all 4 of them.UPDATE: Thanks to the team at Valley Cadillac for addressing this issue so quickly. This is what superior customer service looks like. The President, Ed Meagher called me himself to help remedy the situation. They gave me a significant discount on a set of new tires and provide the labor at no charge. I really appreciate the effort. and will be considering Valley for my future car purchases.

I called valley and made an appointment for 10AM and stated I would be waiting for my car. I was told probably 1 hour of work with oil change and a tire issue. I asked if I could have a loaner car. They said no. Took car in at 10AM and at 12:45PM car still sitting in back lot. Then I was told I could get a loaner car. Gee Thanks. You could have done that in the first place. Had to come back 4PM. Many hours later to pick up the car after wasting almost 3 hours for nothing sitting in your waiting area.. Wasted my day and lost time at work. I guess because it was an older car I was not that important. Well I was in the market for a new car. Well I went to Dorschel Lexus and purchased a new ES350. The way you treated me that day made me so mad I decided never to do business at Valley again. Thanks for helping me make my decision on my new car. I love it. Honor your appointments. It cost you a sale and a customer. Love Dorschel Service. They blow yours away. Even a Loraines lunch Basket Restaurant inside and folks that will not BS me and give me the run around. Keep up the bad work and you will soon will be closing.

So i have been bringing my car back and forth because of the same squeaking noise i have been hearing i think its about 5 or 6 times i brought it back for the same problem. But to no avail the noises is still there even louder. Sheryl and Jerry the service manager is grate he tried to help me and did help me when it came to my cue and even try to find out where the noise is coming form. At this point i am embarrassed to even drive my car to how loud the noise is so i parked it i dont know what else to do because i really dont have it to be going back and forth with the same problem when its not getting fixed.
