I brought my Porsche in for lower bumper guard cosmetic damage. They repaired it quickly and with high customer service. The entire Team there is a pleasure to communicate with, and they did terrific work of the highest quality. My car was completed by a 30+ year veteran who specialized in Porsche’s. He knew what he was doing…hard to find these days! Highly recommend Garber.

It was a new car and I have very high standards and although some issues arose and Im probably not their favorite customer, they honored their guarentee and fixed all the issues I had. By far the worst experience i have ever encountered, the manager Ken was the worst an most disrespectful person i have ever spoke with. i brought my car with body damage an when i towed the car off the the lot it had more damage then when i brought it there. If any one is thinking about bringing there vehicle here please save your self the head ache !!!

I used Garber Collision for a repair to one of my vehicles. From the moment you step in the door youre greeted by friendly faces in a prompt and professional manner. The repair included a radiator and front fascia replacement that involved paint work. The repair was expertly done in a prompt fashion. What about being without a vehicle for a few days? They have courtesy vehicles available. Hopefully I wont need to utilize their services again, but if I ever have the need, I absolutely would look at Garber first.

They did an amazing job repairing some of the collision damage. They communicated so well during the whole process. Id recommend them to anyone. The experience was so professional and easy on my part.

One week into owning my newer vehicle my car was pelted by a dump truck spewing out stone going at 60 miles per hour on 490 interstate. Great place! Skilled workers and very friendly staff. I recently had them fix my Corolla after a bumper bender, and they did a great job making it look like new!They were in touch with me through the whole process, and made it seamless and easy. I felt treated like royalty! Could tell they really cared.They were even helpful afterwards. My car battery died not long after picking the car up. Turned out it just needed to be driven for a bit to recharge. But they showed genuine concern and told me to keep them posted to make sure it wasnt because of something they did (which it wasnt). Very professional. Thanks! 5 Stars. Recommended.

I brought my 2013 Honda Pilot to Garber Collision after it was involved in a fairly serious accident and needed a lot of work. I just got the car back and it looks absolutely fantastic and drives beautifully. I would recommend Garber Collision without reservation to anyone in need of any collision repair work. They did a tremendous job and theyre very easy/polite to deal with on the phone and in person.

Having two teenage drivers I have used Garner Collision Center in Fairport New York more than I would have liked to . They made my car repair experience a great one every single time . I feel as though they go over and above any other collision shop I have ever dealt with to make the customer happy.

I went for an estimate of repairs. I was very impressed. I was there less than 15 minutes. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and spacious.

They did a very good job repairing the front end of my Nissan Altima. It looks brand new, and they were able to get me my car back very quickly. I wouldnt go anywhere else for collision repairs.

I have had great experience after great experience and felt compelled to leave a nice review for the crew at Garber Collision.I have used Garber Collision multiple times, the shop manager Tim makes your problems his. It feels great knowing you have an ambassador up at bat for you, fighting insurance for a proper repair with the proper parts needed to complete the repair. I have toured the facility multiple times and every times all workers seem clean and well kept, the shop is clean and everything seems to have a place. All visible tools and machines look new and clean as well. This tells me a lot about a business that works in a productive and clean environment. It makes me feel comfortable that they are doing their jobs properly and not lazily. All of their work has come back looking great and without flaws. I will be suggesting Garber to my friends and family every chance I get.

I was unlucky enough to have my rear bumper pulled off while my car was parked. They took really good care of my 2019 Subaru. Looks as if nothing ever happpened.

This shop took over a month to do a repair estimated to take 9 days. They didnt call to update me and passed the buck everytime I confronted them. Do NOT use this company.

I tried calling Garber collision for assistance regarding some body work I wanted done on my honda vehicle. They picked up and halfway through describing my issues, the person said, ok and hung up on me. Ive NEVER had a body shop or repair shop hang up on me. I was expecting a lot more from an official Honda shop.Good thing Ide Honda isnt far away. They were able to assist me and are much more friendly and timely than the last time I was in Garber to have some work done. Save your time and frustration and go to Ide.To address the reply, no message or communication has been received from the receptionist.

Fast collison work done at its finest the free car wash and vacume done buy and hourly guy is amazeing and appreciated I wish they would do 10 dollar car washes bc I would rather go there then pay Delta Sonic 20$
