Best mechanic in town hands down! Craig and his team do good work with fair rates.

Stopped in on a monday, talked with craig about what I thought needed to be done, he said they would check those things out. I dropped the car off Tuesday evening. It was finished Wednesday A.M..Again Craig took another 10 minutes showing things on my car that I could not locate before. I highly recommend this repair shop, this is the 3rd time I have used them and I have always been very satisfied with their work.

As Good As Advertised... When youre not from around here. You dont even know who to ask. Sometimes you just have to trust what people are saying online about a business. In case you havent had much luck finding a reliable mechanic. Some one that wont take advantage of you. Some one thats going to be straight with you. Westgate just might be worth looking into. Fair rates.

Been going here for years, they are honest and do good work. They get in the car and replicate the issue instead of just relying on codes. If they find the issue is a factory recall there isnt a charge and give you the paper work to show the dealer. Best place in town

I do a lot of my own work. Although not having a shop to work in or some of the major shop tools, I bring my vehicles to Westgate Service from late fall to late spring. Or when the job is too big for me to handle. They are honest, fairly priced, and their mechanics are experienced. They do a good job of diagnosing the true problem which saves me both time and money. I also enjoy doing business with a small shop family owned business.

My wife and I switched to Westgate at least 14 years ago after feeling let down by another well known facility. We have never felt let down or felt like we were not welcomed. Keep up the Great work guys.

They do a great job here, but it is hard to get an appointment unless you can wait a day or 2. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

They had great knowledge and wonderful costumer service and prices. I will absolutely be using them again for all of my needs and feel I can trust them which is hard to find these days. They went above and beyond with their service and were very fair.

TRUST is a word I havent associated with very many garages, but Westgate has earned mine! If youve ever felt taken advantage of when just trying to get your oil changed, or had a commissioned service center consultant pressure you into repairs or services... Jim, Craig, and the whole crew at Westgate are a welcomed departure from that -- AND they are really good at what they do!!

Westgate did a terrific job diagnosing the noise my truck was making and fixing the brakes. They were very competitively priced and hundreds of dollars cheaper than other places in town. The owner Jim and other employees were 100% professional on the phone and charged me less than the initially quoted price after they said certain repairs were unnecessary. Would highly recommend without reservation.

Weve been taking our vehicles to Westgate for years. You probably could find cheaper service but when it comes to keeping vehicles running reliably, cheap isnt always the best route. For us, its important that we can trust them to make the necessary repairs for quoted price in the time-frame they promised.

Craig & Jim provide excellent customer service. Our vehicles are always fixed right and done quickly. I recommend them to all of my friends and business associates.

I usually perform most of my automotive repairs - but bring my Toyota truck to Westgate when the repair is beyond my capabilities. Every repair that Ive had performed at Westgate has been done at a price far less than the local dealerships would charge. And Ive been satisfied with every repair. I send all of my non-mechanically inclined friends to Westgate as I know that that wont be taken advantage of.

Upon recommendation from a family member I dropped my Passat off at Westgate Auto Repair for the first time after having semi-confidently self-diagnosed a problem with the motor. Shortly after dropping off my car I talked to an employee who gave me some bad news. Despite the fatal diagnosis I was treated so well I will return with all future problems.

Excellent quick service

I had visited this location about a few months ago. I had a vehicle checked out on a last minute fashion. The vehicle was a 2004 Honda Civic. I received details of the condition in paper cosmetic and under hood. The only couple issues I had were I didnt get the life expectancy of my spark plugs as I expected and the miss brand of the spark plugs. When I decided to change the spark plugs, I notice the brand wasnt what the manual had for. I guess I was shocked if the mechanic shop has recordings for every parts of any vehicle how could this misjudge this issue. Its a convenient location. Customer service was very professional.

Not good. Terrible to be honest. Went there and they didn’t tighten bolts causing my breaks to basically fall off the oil Change they didn’t tighten the plug leading to leaking oil... do not recommend!
