Needed a repair shop to have my daughters car towed when it broke down. I live in another part of the state and had to manage this repair over the phone. I dont know the name of the guy I talked to, but he was really nice over the phone. He was able to fix my daughters car (lucky for me it was a pretty simple fix), and I appreciated his honesty and quick reapir. He called me after business hours to let me know the car was ready. I will use this shop again the next time her car breaks down.

Chris and his co-workers inspected my car. They did all the appropriate work to have it get a sticker. They did an outstanding job in thoroughly checking my vehicle for any problems; and for the money they were way more inexpensive than other service stations. 5 thumbs up for these guys.

The most hard working, honest, and friendly mechanics Ive ever met. Ive never had a bad experience with them and Ive been taking my vehicle here for over 5 years, I wouldnt even think of going somewhere else at this point. I know I can trust Chris and his guys which you cant say about some of the big name shops out there. I 100% recommend!

I give them 5 stars because when I phoned in for emergency service to replace a serpentine belt that forced me off I-81, they were already closed. They referred me to their competitor 4 blocks away who was still open. Sunnybrook saved my day! And so did the competitor who installed the belt at no charge!!! Both are right off I-81 north side of Roanoke. TRULY GREAT PEOPLE.

I have been going to Sunnybrook Garage for a while now. Theyre the only auto mechanics I would trust with my car nowadays. They know their stuff, and theyll charge you a fair price. Not to mention how important it is to support your local businesses. Ive been to the big guys (Firestone, Jiffys, Skippys, whatever) and I simply prefer to bring it to the local guys at Sunnybrook. These guys will shoot you straight, no BS. Theyre not gonna find some expensive problem that doesnt exist, or over-tighten your oil filter to the point of stripping the threads, so itll eventually spring a leak, and youre forced to eventually bring it back in. These guys dont do that. They take care of you. Theyre legit. Also, they dont replace blinker fluid.

This is a great hometown garage. I have developed a good working relationship with the owner and have always been treated very fairly. Chris is always honest with me about what needs to be fixed and doesnt push repairs that arent necessary. This is the only garage I have worked with that is more interested in gaining customers than profit. One chain told me that I would need an alignment after a repair. Chris did the repair for half the price and then said that if you are careful before removing the wheel you can put it back on without an alignment. Thats just one example.

My family always takes our vehicles there for repair. Chris the owner, is a good guy and will not treat you unfair and be honest.NOT LIKE A $30&30MIN OIL CHANGE CHAINIf you are having issues with your transportation this is definitely a spot to go to.
