Maaco did a great job. My only complaint, which I did not notice until I got home, was that they forgot to attach the license plates back on my car. I’m sure if I had called them they would have told me to return and allow them to do it, but it was after hours and so I asked my grandson to do it for me.

Brought my truck in to get some work done on the hood from the clear coat coming off and my passenger side door from getting keyed by a crazy ex girlfriend.Went to all kinds of places that were estimating thousands of dollars but was given the lowest price here. Honestly I was skeptical at first but I can tell you now they did a killer job and you really can’t beat the price. Definitely worth the money.

This crew did an excellent job on my truck. Just a bit of background for folks, these guys do exactly what they are asked to do, which is sand, seal, paint *if that is what you paid for.* I mention that because I was not trying my make my old car show quality per say, I wanted the thing to get a new coat of paint and I did a lot of the prep work myself. There was only two small spots of over spray and there was minimal orange peeling. I got a great price for this paint job, and MAACO did exactly what I asked. They were prompt, stuck to their quote, and got the job done in a week. I highly recommend these guys if youre looking to freshen up your car, or want help changing project from looking like one to having a solid paint job. I have gotten many compliments from people on my car, and honestly when I say MAACO about half dont/refuse to believe me. Thanks Matt, Robert, and the rest of the crew.

Brought my 1986 Porsche 944 here to revert it back to its original Garnet Red Metallic color. Got an awesome deal on their urethane paint with integrated clear coat! The paint job is awesome, great color and finish! I was also impressed by the minimal amount of overspray on trim, there was only a little on the sides of the pop up headlamps and the drivers side door handle. The staff that I interacted with were very nice and professional as well, though I wish they had done more to keep me updated on the progress of the work being done on my car. Also, some of the bodywork I requested was not done properly. I asked them to remove the screws that were present in the doors to hold old trim on and then fill the holes. However, they just painted over the screws. Luckily, corporate is going to have it fixed at a shop in NOVA where I live so I dont need to drive back to Roanoke! One other thing I wasnt too impressed with was the repair of a dent in the passenger door, it is still a little noticeable, and there are some weird marks on my T-top panel. Overall, I am quite happy considering the price and the initial condition of the car when I brought it in. I wasnt expecting 100% perfection with this job, but the quality of the paint itself blew me away! Overall, my experience here was pretty much trouble free, and I recommend them if youre trying to up the appearance of your car without breaking the bank!

They were supposed to paint the whole truck and straighten out the body lines. Truck was painted and looked ok but there are spots where dust is trapped under the paint and clear coat and many bubbles visible throughout the truck. There was blue overspray on many things such as fender liners, the front grill, the mirrors, and door handles. Body lines are better than when I dropped it off but you can still see the ripples in the truck and tell very easily where the damage was. 4 months after the truck was finished, I now have 3 spots where the paint has peeled or lifted and there is exposed metal. For the price and time it took, I was expecting a lot better of a job. Spend your money elsewhere.

Dont waste your time with these guys. They want you to drop your car off and say it will be ready in 7 days but they wont guarantee when you will get it back. I just wanted to drop the car off when they were ready to take it inside so I wasnt out of my vehicle for days on end until they were ready to get to it. I said I could have it there in less than an hour when they were ready but they said they couldnt do that. They were unwilling to work with me in anyway. They will not tell you who the owner is and they gave me a phone numbers to call to a Maaco in Greensboro for a corporate number that has nothing to do with the corporate office. Very unprofessional. I went to the Maaco on Williamson road in Roanoke Virginia to get this work done. I finally got the number for their corporate office and got the same rude treatment of being over-talked like I wasnt even on the phone. They refused to tell me who owns the business in Roanoke and I got the run around untill they just hung up on me. I will never consider this company again.

Said they wont cover my wheels during painting cus they dont have time for that. A different maaco ruined my new wheels on a different car in the past. Seemed like they dont value ur vehicle the way you might.

Our 1999 Honda Civic was painted due to peeling clear-coat. A few dings were also repaired. Our goal was to preserve the longevity of this vehicle and improve its look. Maaco did a terrific job; my wife is proud of her new looking car.

I had my white monte carlo painted by Maaco and they did a terrible job.far from professional.they left paint on my sunroof, taillights, there’s paint all over my trim my under carriage was black now it white and not even all white there is still black spots it look like it was spray painted and I didn’t ask them to paint that I paid 130 for a new molding trim and they put it on crooked and there’s a gap in it .paint on my Antenna.I asked for my trunk emblems to not be put back on bc I planned on getting some decals put on it and I was going to put the emblems on after .they gave me a pie of the Monte Carlo emblem with the o and told me the others broke the painted my weather strips and broke a piece off of my trim .they sent a dude out to try and draw on my car wit a marker where they painted my headlights and he tried to tell me that how white paint does it’s far from professional and I paid almost a thousand dollars.I filed complaint with corporate but now im in talks with a civil attorney to take legal action

Looks like the truck is going to another body shop I’ve had it here three times and it comes out worse everytime. Wasted moneyPlease steer away from Maaco I was in a bind needed it done quick and regret every bit. I’ve never been so unsatisfied in my life extremely inconvenient the paint won’t even last a year if that. Job was done so unprofessional made me lose interest in to was once a nice vehicle for me. It’s a shame I cannot even receive some money back so I can get it done properly somewhere else. They just half a** the mistakes. I’m embarrassed to even drive it now.

Runs, chips after a week, looks like sand was spilled on one spot then painted over, 4 other places looks like bugs were painted over.Manager said this was acceptable for a maaco job, and if i wanted a good job, i should have gone elsewhere.They did match color wonderfully.

I have a 2003 Chevy Silverado that needed a paint job and a creased dent on the left rear top of the cab removed.First: I called and visited several other businesses for an estimate and not one came close to the price Maaco gave me.Second: No one was able to get it in the shop anytime soon.Third: Ms. Hannah (she did the estimate) was very knowledgeable, very informative in her discussion with me. Never did I feel as if the discussion was a sales pitch.Fourth: Everything Ms.Hannah discussed with me was absolutely done to my truck to the letter. I also had a clear coat put on, that, has a 5 year guarantee.Summary: Great experience with staff, great job on the truck, absolutely the best price. I highly recommend anyone reading this, if your vehicle needs painted and/or body work, save yourself some time and just call Maaco on Williamson road.And by the way, this is my first ever review posting but the experience was so outstanding I felt it was deserving.

Had a great experience. People were great to work with, and worked easily with my insurance. Only thing I didnt like was it took longer than anticipated (although communication was great) and when all done, the color is a little off, easily noticeable (it is darker than original color), which shows work had been done.

Not only did Maaco paint my mirror incorrectly, they gave me my mirror with paint on the plastic piece and I can still see that the incorrect paint color is showing under the new color. I was originally told that my mirror would be done in 2 days yet it took 5 days for me to receive my mirror back. Both the sales manager and the owner acted as if my inconvenience was of little importance to them. I will not use them ever again!!

Kept vehicle 2 weeks longer then estimated when I got it back paint was chipping took it back they kept it for another week worked on it the last day by useing touch up paint which you can clearly see. And on top of that they didnt even do all the body work that I paid 2300.00 for. So if you dont need your car for about a month and dont care what it looks like when you get it back then take it to macco.

Excellent customer service and commitment to meeting schedules. Well prepared quote and specifics to my questions.Paint wise it looks good, there are a couple blemishes that hopefully we can address. The pin stripe is perfect on the passenger side but wavy on the drivers side.I would use Maaco again, especially if follow through takes place on my minor concerns.

Brought my ‘08 Tacoma in to remove a large dent on a side panel. Estimates from 3 other body shops came in at $1600~$1800. This MAACO shop did the work for under $700. They did an excellent job and finished the work on time.

Paint drip on side panel, painted over the chrome keyholes, overspray on bumpers after having the truck three weeks. Left it to correct the problems. Two more weeks, touched up the run, cleaned overspray off bumpers, didnt bother to clean paint off the keyholes. On the way home I realized ten dollars in change stolen along with my sunglasses. Oh, oh, better NOT get Maaco. Go somewhere else for your thousand dollar paint job.

Maaco off Williamson was very helpful in getting some last minute work done to my 2016 Corolla! The pricing was reasonable, the return was quick- and despite the fact it took a few additional days than expected, they were very nice about it and produced good work. I did have to call them a few times for updates though, however, it wasn’t a problem.

After my parts were put back on they were less and on the back of my bumper it had bubbled from the paint and he said that that wasnt his job to fix

Maaco might be part of a chain, but the owners are part of a family owned business and attempted to personalize my service and experience. I had many questions which they answered without hesitation. There were no suprises when I picked up the vehicle. It was a very professional paint job and exceeded my expectations.

Great Paint Job. I purchased one of the top end paint/clear coat packages for a 2000 Chevy Malibu. Car was done when promised and paint job was really good. (Made an old car look New!) Glass in side view mirror was broken during process. Brought it to their attention when I picked up car. They ordered the part and it was replaced within a few days.

I recently had my car painted at Maaco I got the best paint package i got the car back in a week the prep work was very poorly done overspray is almost literally all over the car windows trim tires rims they even got paint on my gear shift and door panel update I took my car back to Maaco they addressed the issues I had somewhat I could tell they did go back over the car removed some of the overspray the rest of the overspray I will have to take care of myself or take it to a professional detailer

They did great with the paint job on my truck. However I did find a lot of overspray and also one mirror corner was painted the other wasn’t. Then whoever put my vent shades back on put new tape over the old tape to try and hold them on so I had to replace them.

I just had my two tone F150 painted at the Williamson Rd location. Dave and the crew were awesome to work with. My truck came to them with dents, rock chips, and a ton of clear coat flaking. The price was very reasonable and the finished product was incredible and worth every dollar . Even the pin striping down the paint transitions is factory. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to freshen up an older vehicle.

Got my car done here and everything was poor. Brought my car in on a Thursday and was scheduled to be finished on a Monday and I did not get the car until the following Friday evening. One of the guy was quite rude about it when I calmly ask about why it was taking so long, I think his name was Robert. David was a lot more polite about explaining why there was a delay.Paint job wasnt great.. a solid 5 from scale of 1-10. My bumper has a piece of lint under the clear coat. My trim wasnt completely painted and it didnt look like they spent a lot of time covering up my car. They also damage my paint in other areas of the car.All in all, I wouldnt recommend this place. Service is poor, paint job is poor, and timing is poor. The money that Ive spent on rental car for the extra 4 days is enough for a much better shop.

Would be a good place for a body shop... went in to get an estimate for a paint job and the guy was rude and seemed to want me out the door. He told me that they didnt do all over paint jobs like it states they do both on their website and on their Marco menu in the show room. I felt discriminated against. Like they didnt want to work on MY truck for what ever reason. Nice facility tho. Hence the reason I went in for an estimate and also the ONLY reason the 2 star review or it would have been 1.

Recently had my 1988 Jeep Comanche painted and some repair work done. Overall I was pleased with the painting and the price was very reasonable. However, the repair work was a little lax. The dent in the truck bed is still very noticeable - more time should have been given to this area before the paint work was done.

I took my car to get the headlights reconditioned, I made an appointment on Friday and they told me to bring it by between noon and 4. So I dropped my car off at 12:15 pm and I asked her how long it would be, she said it wont take long at all. I should have been suspicious when she didnt give me a specific time. I waited 4.5 hours for a phone to let me know that my car was ready to be picked up. The woman that did the headlights did a mediocre job. I could tell that she rushed through it. There was a lot of white residue in the seams where the headlight inserts into the car and white streaks down the sides where I guess she tried to rinse it off. $35 for something so simple, I expected more. I wouldnt trust them with a more complex job. Wish I would have read these reviews before I took my car.

My older Lexus had a lot of front end highway paint damage, hood and front bumper needed to be repainted so I can ready the car for sale.Maaco was substantially less costly, and they exceeded my expectations! I had my Volvo 940 repainted in 2014, picked a finish with 2 clear coats. Not only was the color a perfect match (burgundy metallic), the job was flawless and they threw in the pin stripes for free. Two years later the paint still looks impeccable, no chipping or flaking anywhere. The job wasnt cheap but you get what you pay for, great job guys!!

Took my car to be painted the first time, color change as well. They said a week, my car was gone a month or a little more. Paint began to peel after a few months, I made an appointment for May 7th. They said its a quick fix that isnt more than a days work AFTER my car was already gone for about 5 days. I got my car back May 22nd. WITH AN APPOINTMENT. Two weeks! Very disappointed in the service and lack of concern for all the empty promises. Id never take my vehicle or any future ones here nor would I recommend them to anyone. The bogus time-line they give is just too aggravating for me with all the money my dad spent.

This so-called professional shop is a JOKE! Left car for 7 days, was told would be ready on 7th day, then got a call to give them another day - this was not an all over paint either, this was a touch up! Then when I get to the shop to get the car, there is clumps and drips of dried paint where they didnt spray right and just let it run! When I pointed it out, they tried making excuses. Then when I told them the work was unacceptable and they would have to fix it, I was told I would have to leave the car ANOTHER WEEK! When I complained to the office manager, the excuse she gave was there are other vehicles that are scheduled... Well, mine should have been pushed to the front of the line because had the job been done right the first time, I wouldnt be inconvenienced to be without a car for another week! NEVER EVER EVER waste your time or money on these Cracker Jack wanna be so called professionals!
