Absolutely HORRIBLE online experience. I ordered 6 Pokémon vintage booster packs on 9/28/21, their website says they ship in 3-5 business days. After 2 weeks without shipment notification, I emailed them on 10/14. Brian Tamayo said hed look into it and get back to me asap. I waited another 4 days to hear back before I emailed again, and didnt receive a response. I emailed another 3 times with no response, my last email was sent 2 days ago on 10/25. When I call, it rings once and disconnects. I have been SCAMMED out of $149.88. Ive filed a dispute with my bank, have reported this store to the FTC, am leaving this review in hopes that no one else will fall prey to their online scam, and will find every other avenue to warn others not to buy online from them. This was incredibly disappointing, those cards were meant to be Christmas presents for my son and nephew who are avid 11-year-old collectors. Vintage cards would have been the perfect addition to both of their 3,000+ card collections. Shame on this business.

Amazing customer service! I’ve never gone into this shop and not had someone ask if I need help. The employees and management are such nice and caring people. It’s a plus when they actually are into the product themselves so it’s easy to get into a pleasant conversation with them. They have great prices and are the only place I’ve been able to find the Japanese cards.

Coming from a buyer from across the country, True Collectible never disappoints. They have some of the best inventory and sales, and their customer service is top notch. I keep tabs with them on Instagram just so I can snag whatever great finds they post.The last thing I bought was some sealed vintage Pokemon stickers and they arrived in fantastic condition. Never been here in person but I’m a frequent online customer. I try to catch their online sales via Instagram whenever they happen. If you’re quick enough there are always some great deals to be had! I’ve only needed to reach out about an issue one time, but the one time I did, their customer service was super easy to work worth!

One of the best card shops around! Ive been coming here for about 4 years now and I have nothing but good things to say about this place! The owner and the employees are super nice and professional, and the prices are always fair! I always buy cards from their weekly instagram claim sales and I’ve never had an issue with the quality of the cards/packs that I receive or the price that I pay for them. I can say for certain the packs that they hare NOT WEIGHED. Ive pulled many full arts/sr and rares. Keep in mind that these newer sets are HUGE so it’s really hard to get hits from a 200+ card set if you’re not buying booster boxes, so don’t be salty if you don’t get any pulls. Ripping packs is all about odds, sometimes you win sometimes you lose. Don’t blame the shop for something that is out of their control. Definitely don’t pass on this place if you’re looking for a great card shop!

Communication is on point, the cards are neatly packaged and well secured so Ive never witnessed a dent on the cards upon arrival. I’m from Italy and this is the most unbelievable and no-sense of my whole life.I made a mistake on an auction in ebay and paid for an already sold item. Anyway they took my money (1307 USD!!!) without sending the item (which had been already sold to another customer).The normal solution should have been to receive a normal and simple refund but this didn’t happen for ONE MONTH.I tried to contact them in EVERY WAY POSSIBLE: ebay, mail, instagram, web chat. I sent two ore three message EVERY DAY to have my money back!I sent messages also from my friends mail, wondering WHY they completely ignored my messages.After A MONTH they answered to my girlfriend telling that they were trying to do a refund but they can’t do it for unknown reasons. From there they disappeared again. I wrote other messages but never got an answer.Desperate, I called directly ebay that made the refund in 5 days.It’s UNBELIEVABLE that the shop DON’T answer to a customer who has lost so much money! I still can’t believe how can they work like that. No comunication, no customer service, and 1300usd own for a month without a single answer.I made a mistake, for sure, but this is still embarassing and I still can’t understand nor believe it.

They did a claim sale on there instagram I was winning a bid on a psa 8 japaneese arceus for 41$ I guess the guy didnt want to sell it at that price and deleted his post, guys beware he will only sell at market or overpriced dont think your getting a deal from this company wish I had screen shotted it but I didnt because I thought they where legit, then comes out with an excuse saying the owner decided to remove the cards loEdit, so they proceeded to bash me and put me on there story whitlist hiding the evidence lmaoo what a great company DONT BE FOOLED by these people

This shop is very over priced, recently I signed up for the true collectable membership as it offered a lot of perks and access to many mystery boxes before hand. This was a lie I never received any membership “perks” or anything close to what their membership offered besides 3 packs a month with nothing in Them. There was no option to cancel and it took 4 days to get into contact with them over social media and their website. Horrible customer service.

I seen some people say they weigh the pokemon packs so i went in and bought 10 for the single shining fates packs not a single pull not even a holo this place most defiantly weigh the packs do not buy from this shop. would rather buy from scalpers on ebay they are more trust worthy than this shop.

I walked into the shop yesterday afternoon at around 3:30pm...Brian was in there (he has hardly been in the store for the past two years and I have been going since he opened up in 2015) immediately greeted me with a smile and friendly attitude. He was extremely kind and considerate and knowledgeable about every answer he provided me when I asked about booster packs, card prices, box sets, etc. He was even kind enough to show me his new displays and go over the history with me which was a class act performance. In the past he has not been this way but it seems like he is giving real customer service now. I have been to dozens of collectable card shops (exclusively for Pokemon cards since my son is a huge fan) from Los Angeles County to Riverside County...and Brian has the best service and prices hands down. When he had just opened up he would give us the best deals on first generation holos, etc. I have spent over two thousand dollars with his shop since 2015...I rarely give anyone five stars however you earned it this time, Brian! You truly made my last minute gift purchase a memory I will share with my son as soon as he is done opening the two box sets you sold me :) Keep up that same attitude and energy with every single customer. Everything is insanely marked up, youll save half your money buying it off eBay at market value. Trust me.They wanted $50 for a Pikachu V Box and I walked out and bought 5 on ebay for $30 a piece.Never going back.

Place was clean and the employees check your temp on your wrist when you enter and always somewhere to get hand sanitizer. And there were limited ppl allowed in the store. All the employees answered all our questions we had, and very helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to look and see if they had what we wanted in stock. I definitely be coming here again for my tcg needs. The drive from San Bernardino was worth it.

I went there hoping to get a elite trainer box I ask for the price and they said 80 dollars they made me wait a week for them to restock just to up the price without telling me waiting a week exited to go than get flat out disappointed they are scalpers I will never return to this store.

If you want to find collectibles and comics for a very good price go check it out. They have boxes of comics from DC to Marvel to Dark Horse and more for a dollar or less and entire bundles for just a few dollars more. Incredibly good pokemon cards and other collectibles from statues to models. Bring cash!

I’ve been following the store since they opened and they have come a long way to really become the best in the Inland Empire.
