The two lovely ladies, Sarah and Lyndsey helped me find my perfect dress and they were so fun and made it personable and special. Sara and her consultant brought a dress that I liked from my first visit, but also worked with me when I changed my mind of what I was looking for. When it was down to my two favorite dresses, they brought out accessories and I knew the one I wanted when I saw it all come together. Had a wonderful experience here for my 1st time trying on wedding dresses. They had a very large selection to choose from. I worked with Lynsey and she was fantastic! She listened to all of my thoughts for each dress she showed me and was able to find me my dream dress. This review is well over due. I purchased my dress from this amazing bridal boutique years ago. The staff was very friendly and really listened to what I was looking for. My mom was at the appointment with me and she even complimented on how nice everyone was. I had gone to 1 other shop prior and the experience here was far more enjoyable. They were very helpful when my dress arrived and help alter it as needed. I have referred many family and friends here.

Setting up the appointment was super easy on their website, and I was contacted with confirmation within a week. when I arrived at my appointment they had a special area set up with boards with my name and wedding date which I thought was the cutest! I had the absolute best experience here! This was my second store I went to looking for my dress and it was perfect! To start, when you walk in they have cute little personalized signs and decor just for you. They have your wedding date written on some signs and cute little sayings all around. Next, when you walk in it’s like a wedding dress store on steroids! They have so many options and are amazing at knowing what your style is. My stylist was Sarah and I couldn’t have asked for a better one! She was so sweet and knew my style so well. At other shops, they let you pick the dresses out and find them yourself so I was kind of hesitant when she said she’d grab my dresses for me while I just relax. This place was great. It was my first experience dress shopping. In the same day we had an appointment with Davids Bridal and the level of personalization and attention we got here at Arlet was amazing in comparison. It was by appointment and they had a little sign and display up with my name and count down until my wedding date which was cool. They had me share a little about what I was looking for and show some photos I had of ideas, as well as being very conscious of my budget. With each dress I tried on, they got feedback from me about what I liked or didnt like about it and based on that would fetch another dress. They also would give my sister and me space with the dress on so I could remove my mask briefly for some photos each time. I never felt rushed and it was great to have them give so much attention to us so we wouldnt become overwhelmed with just a sea of dresses. We ended up really loving the last dress but still had our second appointment for the day, so they saved it aside for us if we wanted to come back before they closed if we wanted it, which we absolutely did. And this dress also was able to be taken home right then so no waiting months and months to get it sent to me! And Ill only need a couple minor fit alterations. All in all, amazing experience.

Horrible day... I made a appointment and paid a deposit to get rushed and try on only 5 dresses 1 time...She did not have anything ready.. Worse customer service. Made my special day the worse filling ever... The dresses from essense of australia and stella york she said had on the phone (over 10 dresses I picked out before I came). She did not carry or only had one size in the store. Along with the owner saying, I dont want to show you a dress and you go somewhere else to buy it, if I show u dresses will you buy today. WHO TELLS A CUSTOMER THAT AFTER PAYING A DEPOSIT.

First and foremost I was extremely blown away on the choices that Sarah provided for me with the budget I provided her. I came here after finding my dream dress at another boutique in the area, but after being quoted a better price at Arlet I decided to buy it here. Seeing as I knew my dream dress was here I splurged on the VIB appointment, and it was amazing! Not only was the service incredible, but the small details they did for my family and friends were above and beyond anything I expected. April, my consultant, listened to me talk about the dress I had picked. She tuned into what I loved about it as well as what I thought it was missing, and the first dress she brought me was PERFECT. It wasnt the one I came in for, it was even better! I cannot wait to see my dress in a few months!

Hands Down the best experience I could have asked for! Arlet Bridal went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations for finding my dream dress! The store is huge and there are so many dresses that are all so different yet it still has a very intimate feel. When I walked in they had a sign with name on it and personalized things everywhere. I really felt like they were excited to be a part of my wedding! I fell in love with the second dress I tried on but I tried on a few more just to be sure. I am so obsessed with my dress!!I went on the weekend and was initially hesitant about the fee but decided to take the chance. I did not visit the store because they have a no child’s policy under 16. If anyone has kids than I understand children 8 and under or even 10 and under but to set the limit at 16 is crazy. My daughters opinion is one of the most important to me and to think she could not be there was unacceptable. Seems a bit discriminatory again Mother’s!

I loved this place! They were SO kind and patient. Sarah is the absolute sweetest woman ever, and I have to mention my girl Josie as well! We went to Arlet to find my wedding dress. This was probably the 4th store I had been to. I was so overwhelmed when I walked into the store but everyone was so helpful in narrowing down exactly what I wanted in a dress! My mom wanted me to try on a gown that I wasn’t too sure about but I did anyways and it ended up being the one!!! I also picked out a veil that matched the dress perfectly! I just picked up my dress and veil last weekend (a month earlier than they said they would get it in!!!) and I am so excited to wear it on my wedding day! My second time visiting Arlet Bridal. First time was 6 years ago with my sister only. However, this time ‘Arlet’ daughter of co-owner (mother) repeatedly, rudely, incinerated, mistakenly, I was someone of her recollection whom she said brought a group of people & she brought dresses & supposedly I kept trying on dresses, which was not the case. The reason I returned is because of the experience I had with the mother who is now 80 plus and cannot hear, per daughter to engage with me, which I tried to communicate with her during my recent 2019 visit, to no Avail.Furthermore, 6 years ago my sister accompanied me not a group.Vow renewals, Wedding decisions should be pleasant not met with such dysfunctional, bipolar, brash unprofessional accusatory demeanor. I left only trying on 4-5 dresses at best in a short time, being shoved, pressured under severe detestable duress into buying a dress I am not happy with. The whole experience left me feeling depressed and sad. I will not return and am Not interested what so ever in the dress picked for me! Rarely do I write many reviews, but the unprofessionalism, strong arm tactic, might be quite questionable. Please remove my name from your list.

I bought my dress here about a year ago and they were wonderful. They have a great selection of dresses and many different styles. And I would recommend this place to every bride I knew.But I recently went back with a friend and the customer service was terrible. Our bridal consultant, Shelby, was very rude and did not communicate very well with us. She took a long time to put away each dress and bring another one over, limiting our time to try on dresses. Wasting OUR time. She did not inform us of when our appointment was over so we went to look for a few more dresses and she grabbed the dresses from us and basically kicked us out. Very rude and unprofessional. Will not recommend this place again.

The salon is cute but did not meet our expectations. Josephina did not listen to what we wanted and was very rude. It was my friend’s first time trying on wedding dresses so she did not know what she would like or what would look best on her, that’s the point of the first dress trial, to try dresses on and see what works best. The consultant seemed impatient and did not take our requests seriously. We will be shopping somewhere else.

I went with my mom to help her find her perfect dress for her wedding, except when we got there and told them her budget of $1000 our stylist became very rude. Making snarky comments to me and my sisters that were there, would not recommend this place to anyone. They also charged my mom $35 dollars, their reasoning? They still haven’t answered us, so I want a refund as well.

When a bride s father is out of state and wants to see the dress his daughter is in love with, you would think that she may be allowed to video chat him so he can see it, or take a photo of her in it.I understand stores dont want pictures taken of dresses so you cant try and find it cheaper else where (even though if you stayed competitive with the prices this wouldnt be a problem) The manager or owner was so mean and rude she had my friend- the bride in tears. WOW supposed to be a lovely moment and you lady, just ruined it. What kind of customer service is that. DO NOT give your business to this place they will treat you like garbage I am so surprised that they have a 4 star rating and this is how they treat people, its disgusting . Plenty of dresses out there do not waste you time with this place.

Amazing!!!The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially because I was a first time shopper.When I first walked in I was greeted and walked through every step. I told them what I was looking for and they helped me find everything I had in mind. They had a huge selection for very great prices. (I was looking between $500 and $1000) All of the dresses were organized in an easy manner. I ended up purchasing my dress and leaving within an hour.

I loved this store.The customer service is astounding, I have never felt more catered to. The personal service was the best I ever seen. I wasnt sure if I could expect the real dresses to be as stunning as the picture showed, but all the dresses were absolutely stunning and the staff made sure that they fit each girl in the party perfectly. My daughter and I were there in July to purchase her dress and I have to say they are AMAZING!! My daughter was all over the board in regards to what she wanted. Worse bridal store ever!!..first thing we noticed when we walked in was a weird smell and the place was dirty, specially the restroom. We only tried on 4 dress and the sales rep seemed frustrate it already, horrible customer service and not a great selection of dresses.

My day started out pretty good. Then by midday I started to get discouraged. I went to Davids bridal to just get some under garments to have when trying on dresses. I took 45 minutes to just get a person to help me and once I did have a person helping me she disappeared and start helping other and left standing in the fitting room. So my family and I left. Then we went to another place and was having no luck. Talk about getting discouraged and sad. So my family and I left with never trying anything on. So now not only am I discouraged and sad; my mom and grandma were starting to get discouraged and sad as well as trying to keep me positive. I prayed as we got into the car and said God this is your plan not, and please let me know when I find the dress you want me to wear. So my last stop for the day was Arlet Bridal Couture. I pass by this store everyday coming home from work and I always see the most beautiful dresses in the window. We get parked and walk up to the store and see the sign on the door appointments but something told us to go in and we did. My family and I were greeted as soon as we walked in by Ms. Arlet (daughter). She had a warm and welcoming smile and she greeted us with a very friendly and warm welcome. Their dresses are absolutely beautiful and very reasonably priced. Everybody there is very helpful and they pay attention to what you like. With the way my day was going is was very nice to finish it with these lovely people. I even finished my day on cloud 9 because I found my dress !!! Wherever you live, you need to make time and stop by Arlet Bridal Couture. You will love them and their dresses.

This review is way overdue! My best friend Annabel bought her dress from Arlet Bridal a couple months ago. As her maid of honor I chose to gift her the VIB appointment which was so worth it! It was the perfect opportunity for her to ask everyone to be her bridesmaids by giving us cute gift bags. I just loved how the whole staff joined in our excitement! I have never experienced such attentive and amazing customer service and teamwork (we visited 3 other stores before coming to Arlets and it should have been our only). They have the biggest selection I have ever seen. Who would have known there are that many wedding dresses that exist?! I would absolutely reccomend this boutique to any future bride and cant wait till its my turn to go back!

Arlet was the first shop I went to when looking for my dress two years ago. They had an excellent selection of dresses under $500, and in my size too. I visited two other places just to see what else was out there and was very disappointed by what I found, so I returned to Arlet and purchased my dress from them.

I loved it! I went in told them what I was looking for and found s dress with in the hour! They where very helpful.

Costumer Service is good and varieties are just normal for bridal attire

The very best place in the area to find the perfect dress for a wedding, prom, or any similar event. Their selection is enormous for wedding dresses, and the prices vary from around $200 up into the thousands. I was so happy to find that, unlike all the other places I had visited, they had a pretty large and varied assortment of high quality dresses for $500 and under, so having a lower budget than some (like myself) is not a problem at this store. Very knowledgeable and courteous people here, especially Kayla who was personally helping me find my perfect dress. The staff definitely catch on quickly to the types of styles you may subconsciously prefer, which helps if you get overwhelmed shopping to have almost the equivalent of a personal shopper for an hour. I had picked a few dresses out myself, but then then the assisting ladies began to bring out dresses according to my little comments, and I ended up choosing one that they recommended, and I am very happy with the dress! They have a lovely assortment of veils, and other accessories as well. I highly recommend this location if you want to shop for a great dress in a classy place for an affordable price.

Im am beyond upset and crushed with my experience with this store! I found my dream gown when I went in to try on gowns. I ordered my dress March 30th 2018, I specifically asked if I was would have my dress in time for my wedding on Sept 29, 2018. I was assured that I would have it with plenty of time to get alterations. I was told I would have it in the middle of August. I leave the bridal store feeling happy and excited that I found my dress. Fast forward to the beginning of August and I call in to check on my dress, the receptionist tells me it will be in August 20th. I again call on August 23 to check on my dress. At this point im upset because they have not called me to give me an update or tell me my dress has come in. Arlet calls me back to let me know they do not have a delivery date! She tells me to call back on the following week so she can call the manufacturer to see whats going on. When I call her back she says that shes calling everyday to check where my dress is and will call me to let me know the status of my dress (because the manufature is closed for the weekend and monday is a holiday) She calls me back on September 4th letting me know that my dress will for sure be in on Sept 10th. ( I have the voicemail with her message) . I speak with her again on September 6th and she lets me know that everything is fine and that the dress is expected on Sept 10th or sooner. She said she could possibly get it the next day ( Sept 7th). I DID NOT receive any calls from her over the weekend so today Sept 10th I call her and she says my dress has NOT come in!!! Im literally 19 Days away from my wedding and she CANNOT tell me when my dress will be in. The shop is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, but she tells me that manufacture is closed today (due to a holiday) and she hasnt been able to get a tracking number to know if the dress will come when they are closed, she asked me to give her until tomorrow so she can give me an update, but expects the dress any day now! She keeps insisting that the dress has been ship but Im confused as to why she doesnt have a tracking number if she said on sept 4th that she was suppose to get it on sept 10. I am beyond upset and I have no Idea what I am going to do! If I do not get my dress by the end of the week, I will have to find something off the rack. ( with only two weeks left before my wedding, assume I can find something I will like) This has been a nightmare! no bride should have to deal with this stress 19 days before her wedding. Save yourself the heartache and find your dress somewhere else. I will update my review as I get answers or my dress.

I called this store because they have allure growns and accessories. I was looking for an allure sash and they told me we only sale accessories to people that bought their wedding dress with us....Plus those belts are a few hundred dollars. As if I didnt know that or have the money to pay for it! At that point I asked to speak to the manager because thats rude! Then she hung up on me. I hope they go OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!

SO I went to Arlets Bridal, after my 1st unsuccessful dress hunt at Davids bridal..who stuck me in everything I was NOT looking for ..just being HONEST. Anyhow i set my appt. excited to see how my hunt at Arlets would go. They were so very helpful & attentive to their brides here. Josie my consultant was amazing! The girls all seemed to have positive attitudes. Just walking in here, compared to Davids, was a better vibe, & i had a more positive experience all around. I saw dresses that caught my eye the moment I walked in. Although I did not expect to find my dress the second store I went to, i unexpectedly DiD & I love it! Its gorgeous, its perfect! Arlets dresses are not only gorgeous but have a great difference in the quality & comfort, they are very reasonable in price too !!! Definetly worth my time & $. I thank them for really finding me the dress I was looking for & not just sticking me in just anything. They payed attention to what exactly I was looking for. No-one should settle & I wasnt going! =) Thanks to all there help i will be looking forward to getting in my gorgeous dress soon ! Thanks Arlets!!

*EDIT* I NEVER cancelled my dress order, i tried! but never cancelled it. I WAS charged a fee for making my dress custom. At least thats what you guys told me when i was paying for it in full. I would have made sure to mention this is my honest review, and lying is not going to change the story and what really happened. Thank you!FYI: ladies make sure you dont schedule for a Saturday. Since they get busy that excuses them!I found my wedding dress here last year, I made an appointment and my consultant was April she was amazing helping me find the right dress style since it was my first time looking. I Paid in full for my dress 12/26/2016, I was measured from my bust, waist, and hips. I ordered my dress one size down to lose weight to fit into it.In between this time frame I had second thoughts about my dress so I asked the status of the order and if it was too late to cancel, I was told it was too late due to the dress being a “custom size” because of my height I am 5’1.Just picked up my dress 07/08/2017 was nervous as heck because of the size I had ordered. I went with an appointment scheduled at 12 was late 12 minutes (called and informed them of me being late). Got there and I immediately got sat in the back by my original consultant but put me with another consultant who didn’t know anything about my journey for this dress (when I had spoken with April on Friday 07/07 that she would be the one to assist btw), well I guess not.I got fitted, the dress zipped from my bust and from my waist, super loose from my hips and down, this dress is meant to fit tight on the body. The dress was still way too long, on 7 inch step the dress still dragged on the floor. I was told “that’s the shortest the designer could make that dress”, I was never aware of this before ordering the dress, was provided with a list of seamstress and was told THEY can fix that with no problem, that was the exact thing they told me about the maker of the dress when I asked the same question back in December?I signed a receipt with no choice since my wedding is in October I don’t have another 8 months to order another dress. Took our own photos that I had picked up my dress and an awkward walk out the door asking to my party is that it? *crickets* no one say goodbye or thank you, nothing. While their VIB party that was in process stared at me and my 4 girls like if I wasnt supposed to be there interrupting. It was either because I already had paid for my dress in full that their where so cold about my fitting and pick up, or that they prioritize their VIB wayyyyyyyy too much while another bride walks into the shop. I had an appointment scheduled so I dont see why they were so cold.

I am impressed by their customer service. They selection is amazing and the owner is really nice and accommodating, Arlet really cares about your day and wants you to find THE perfect dress. I drove almost 2 hours and it was completely worth it! For every bride out there you HAVE TO visit them! On top of it all the prices are a lot better than most bridal shops around I would give it 20 starts If I could! I can not say good enough things about this place!To give the store behind why I am so impressed: I fell in love with a dress from a newer collection from Kitty Chen and had called several bridal places and they could not get my dress soon enough for my wedding. I called Arlets bridal almost giving up on the dress and thought I would have to settle for something else. When Arlet picked up the phone she assured me she could get it and I was baffled! I made and appointment to go try it on, and she surprised me with the dress in my size already there!!! If you know how the process works, most dresses take 4-6 months to come in, she was able to get if for me within ONE WEEK! I also made my alterations with them and I will go try it on this week, cant wait! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH ARLET!!!

I am so happy we decided to stop in here!!! When we first arrived at Arlets Bridal, we were greeted by April (I to say, she was incredible). My Mom and I didnt have an appointment but after explaining it was my Moms last day in town and that she had really hoped for a better dress shopping experience before you head back east, April squeezed us in and I am soooo thankful she did!! The dress selection was great and had many styles to choose from. I was able to find a few dresses that matched my ideas pretty well. April assisted with each dress and really made the experience wonderful and made me feel very comfortable and not pressured. Im happy to say I found the one and cant wait to a bride in it! Thanks again for the amazing customer service, I cant wait to be back for a final fitting :)
