Bought a Purple mattress here. They gave us some nice perks with it. Then the mattress seemed to have a ridge and they immediately scheduled for a replacement as a manufacturer defect. I was very pleased!

Our experience at Mattress Firm in Riverbank was exceptional. The woman working the desk stood up and greeted us immediately. This was our first time buying a mattress. She asked for our budget and our mattress style preference. She gave us multiple options to test and worked with us to find the exact style we wanted. We found our mattress within 15 minutes and she even helped us load it into the car. Overall an awesome experience.

Vince was very helpful, listened to needs and concerns, and was very knowledgeable. He was attentive and gave enough information but also provided me with space to try and get a feel for the product. I was very pleased with the customer service, informed me of the sales, clearance options and warranty, but also was not pushy to sell. I was very pleased with my experience both the first time I went in, and this second time to continue my search.Availability of products was good, and delivery appointment was within a couple days. I haven’t received the products yet, but my review on the riverbank store and service was excellent! Clean and tidy sales floor.

Very friendly assistant manager and helpful. Disappointed in company policy regarding sale of items outside bundle. Wanted to purchase king size pillows at the sale price, but told that size only available if you purchased them in a much more expensive bundle. We did not need the other items in the bundle.

Vincent was super friendly. I found a mattress I really liked and could afford with no problem. Highly recommend going here if you need a mattress!

Eric was an absolute pleasure. We went in knowing we were going to purchase yesterday, and we did. He was very patient and informed. Since I have Lupus and Fibromyalgia he was patient in letting me try the beds that would be best for my pain with less transfer from my partner. We chose the PERFECT bed for us. This was after 2.5 hours of patience and care showing us them all and giving us significant time to lay on and move around on each one. I will 100% be going to them again in the near future for our guest room.

This is my 2nd time at this store for a purchase. 1st time I purchased a mattress after numerous trips to test them out, I finally made the big purchase n was in love. So I came back 3 years later for my 2nd purchase recently. I loved my mattress protector so I came to get one for my sons bed. The same guy was still there and was very helpful n patience. He really took care of my wife and I by asking us the right questions, answering our questions, telling us about each type of mattress, giving detailed explanations and zero pressure to make a purchase. At the end we purchased way more then what we came in for. Well worth the experience.

The entire experience was very professional. We were not pressured in any manner. Taylore was extremely knowledgeable of the products, their features and costs. She seemed to anticipate (through experience) what our questions were really asking. I liked that nothing was sugar coated. Everything was factually explained. Even the handout that comes with your purchase was very informative understanding concerns a buyer may have once the item is in the home.

Very good experience ~ Jackie had me test from firm to soft mattresses, once that was established, she directed me to different mattress feels to see which of those were most comfortable: hybrid, memory foam and the regular old fashion coil spring . She brought me a few different style and feel pillows. She wrote out some prices so I could go home to consider and decide which was best for me and my budget.... My new mattress with adjustable base is being delivered next Saturday.

Our mattress that we originally purchased here 6 years ago had really declined. We filed a claim through warranty and after having a claim denied we paid for a private inspection and then it was approved. The process at the store was painless. We wanted to upgrade but didn’t feel comfortable paying so much more into a mattress that they would only give the remaining 4 year warranty on. Maybe next time. Overall not a bad process. Taylore was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable .

I had been trying to find a mattress for a couple months. I had been to several different places where the sales staff pushed more expensive product on me and followed me around asking me a bunch of questions without giving me a chance too look around independently for a little while. This gave me a bit of anxiety as I was by myself and Im young, Im kind of just winging life right now. I gave it one last chance when I went to Riverbank and the sales agent I meet was Taylor. She is amazing. She gave me information quickly when I first go there and then gave me time to figure out what I wanted. She checked in with me and was able to answer my questions. She also helped me in terms of quality and price so I could make a smart financial decision. She wrote down information on the mattresses I liked so I could decide and come back. When I came back I made sure I got her again. I really appreciated her customer service. When you go ask for Taylor!

Recently I needed to purchase 2 twin beds and mattresses or my great-grandsons. When I walked, I was fortunate enough to be greeted by Taylore Goodrich. She showed me all frames and mattresses that would be appropriate for the boys. She went into great detail about the pros and cons of all the beds and frames and with her expertise and patience, I purchased the twin beds and the boys love them!!

This is the first negative online review I have ever written. As a Veteran and First Responder, it is has been my privilege to serve our country and now, my local area. I try to support local businesses as much as possible. This time, however, I believe my wife and I were taken advantage of by Mattress Firm Riverbank. I injured my back 3 months ago and was out of work over a month. We went to Mattress Firm to get a mattress with better back support for my wife and I. With the encouragement of a friendly salesman, we decided to try a high end Purple mattress, making an investment of way more $ than we ever have before. Our understand in making this financial leap, is that we could return in within 120 days, no questions asked, for a $99 fee. Again, because this was a financial stretch for us, we asked a lot of questions to make sure we understood this. After a couple months, we decided this mattress was not for us, and let Mattress Firm Riverbank know we wanted to return it. They told us we would owe $599 to return it, not $99! I argued that we had also bought box springs, a mattress cover and pillows, that they were making some $ that way. Didnt matter, they insisted on the $599 charge. This was not explained by the friendly salesman. We will vote with our feet and stay away from Mattress Firm from now on.

The staff at the riverbank store are really friendly, my wife and I never felt like we were pressured or rushed to make a decision. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Great experience! We were not happy with our first mattress we purchased, and we did our research along with reading reviews. Great quality mattress, but a bit too firm. Sales Associate Taylor was very helpful with assisting us with a mattress exchange that would address our aches and pains. We made several visits to the store. Taylor provided great insight on the different mattresses. We went with the Sealy hybrid mattress. Great reviews! Looking forward to many good nights sleep!

Jacqueline Penick is very knowledgeable she helped us choose the right bed..frame...and even told us to rotate the bed after a certain amount of time.It’s the little things that are good to know and she explained them she is a true sweet heart and very professional.....She’d be the girl to see and talk to I truly recommend her.

My wife has been wanting to get another mattress so I came here. We bought our previous mattress from this location when it was Sleep Train. We were there for about 45 minutes trying different beds and the sales person was really good at explaining everything to us. We ended up purchasing another mattress and it was delivered in two days.

Walked just kind of looking to replace a mattress, and tried out so many mattresses. Seeing what was out there, and came out after ordering the Purple 2, it was after 3 p.m so we had to wait an extra day for delivery, but that is fine by me, (more time to clean🤣)!! I cant wait to get it!!

Me and my partner decided to go with the purple number 4 mattress. We laid on close to every single type of mattress that they have to offer. Vince, our sales representative, did a great job explaining and taking us through several options. He was very knowledgeable on our health conditions and what we are going through. The purple mattress was the only mattress that gave a completely different feel when laying down. My partner did not roll in to me or vice versa. It was a completely weightless feeling like when youre swimming. The delivery process had some hiccups but will be corrected as we are valued customers. We decided to get the adjustable bed frame so we could alter positions through the night. I will update this post after 30 nights of sleep but thus far a great purchase

We were greeted and treated great from the beginning, actually went through the process of buying an excellent mattress within our budget and comfort level. I did however feel as if we were only shown specific brands throughout the store and were interrupted when looking at similar options. Nevertheless, the service was great and I was very pleased with my experience.

BEST Customer Service Ever!!! Patrick (who sold us our mattress along with a few other things...LOL) went way above and beyond in making sure our complicated situation (in the middle of a super long move) went smoothly and that our mattress was to arrive when we did 3,000 miles away! His follow up and follow through is bar-none!!! I seriously thought I would have to babysit the whole process but to my surprise Patrick personally gave me a call with all the details aligned and guaranteed arrangements in place! We are soooo happy with our purchase that we took our son there as well so he too could upgrade his mattress and experience the same superb, no-hassle customer service and sales process! A review of mattress firm. We had appointment, but other people walked in. Worker was only person in store and was wearing mask. He was busy but friendly and helpful. Didn’t explain everything about how to pay but we bought several mattresses. They offered discount which was applied, good customer service, they offered $200.00 gift card but we never saw it? Other than that it was a good experience.

I ordered a mattress online. It didnt arrive when it was supposed to. I called the Riverbank store and spoke to Patrick. He looked up our information and got it taken care of. He didnt have to do this for me, but he did. I will definitely got into this store next time to purchase an item.

I having the worst experience buying a matress the one a got is a beauty rest and it sinks do for almost 2 months I be trying to exchange and they always said a need to tray longer. Finally I took that decision of buying from somewhere else after beenninform that my next purchase white them can not be exchange. Know day said that theres a staing in the matress y they can not acepte back I am 100 % that I didnt. I hope we can work it out is no fear for costumer to pay for something that is not our fault.I didnt main paint the 20% and the 99 dollars for returning .

BEST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! My husband and I knew we needed a new mattress but it had been 14 years since wed purchased one. Our sales associate Patrick was amazing! After our process of elimination, we chose a Simmons Beauty Rest in medium firm with the adjustable base with multiple setting. We sincerely appreciate the 2+ hours that Patrick spent with us.
