The techs found the issue right away; fixed our sprinklers and upgraded the sprinkler heads to disburse water better. Saving us money and watering our grass more evenly. Very knowledgeable and professional. We can’t wait to have this company install our dream yard in the spring. They do more than just Sprinklers; don’t let the name deceive you.

It took over a month to get an appointment with Just Sprinklers so they could come out and give me an estimate for a drip irrigation system for my backyard. Neighbors just had Just Sprinklers deliver some flagstone on my street that same day. Unfortunately, after calling to confirm the appointment yesterday morning an estimator failed to show up between 1 and 5pm. This was even after calling part way into that time to get an update. I was assured someone would be there and they would even call or text on the way in case I needed to run a quick errand.Heres why Im especially angry: I called today to reschedule and give them another chance. The scheduling clerk informs me that itll cost $350 to come out just to give me an ESTIMATE which a month ago was a free consultation when I scheduled.What an unethical business practice!! Contracting 101: Bids for a job are almost always free of charge and anyone trying to bill you for a visit to evaluate your job even before you sign a contract is just flat out unprofessional. If anything I could see a nominal fee for an appointment visit, like someone coming to service your air conditioner to diagnose the problem, if it came with a formal written proposal complete with materials cost and was pre-disclosed upon setting the appointment time.They will roll the $350 if you go with them, I was told, but that feels to me like an attempt to discourage someone from getting other bids... The clerk I spoke with never even apologized for their no-show and wasting my time. I will never choose to use Just Sprinklers for any of my landscaping needs.

If you need work of any type get at least 3-4 estimates all from licensed and bonded businesses. How else do you know if youre getting a good deal RIGHT! My experience with Just Sprinklers was not good. From them not showing up to set appointments and having to reschedule to be bounced around between ABQ and Rio Rancho locations. When I finally did get an estimate for some sod in my small front yard. An Ed Gonzales emailed me an estimate of $3000 for 33 rolls of sod and new metal edging. Removing 3 tons of my dirt and installing 3 tons of premium topsoil. With a one-month warranty. I was shocked at first, thinking he made a mistake somewhere or getting my location mixed up with another. I emailed Ed Gonzales with Just Sprinklers back and stated just want the sod done no edging or three tons premium dirt etc. He revised the estimate and removed $300 so know Im at $2700 for 33 rolls sod. Very disappointed in this company that is clearly taking advantage of hard-working families! Out of the other three estimates, $700 to complete the job with a one-year warranty as long as you follow the conditions.

Purchased great fescue sod for a small lawn. Sod had thick root system that has grown into a beautiful lawn. Great service from staff. Highly recommend.

About Sept 30, some workmen damaged our sprinkler system while digging a trench for a boundary wall. The damage was done about 8 inches below the sprinkler head. We have video of the massive leak. As would be expected the neighbors who were contracting for the boundary wall contacted Just Sprinklers to have the leak repaired. On Oct 3, early in the morning a technician from Just Sprinklers came onto our property without contacting us or asking our permission. Meanwhile a construction crew building the wall had buried the pipe with the massive leak so it is about 8 inches below ground level. Apparently the technician also turned on our sprinkler without contacting us or getting our permission. We are concerned about the Just Sprinklers technician trespassing on our property without contacting us or asking our permission to turn our water on. I tried to call Just Sprinklers on Saturday, Oct 3. I spoke with a receptionist who did not know much, but told me she would have a supervisor call me on Monday. I waited several hours on Monday without getting a return call. So, I called back asking to talk to a supervisor. I only talked to a receptionist named Nichol. She seemed to think that the technician had replaced the sprinkler head, that to the best of my knowledge was not damaged. However, she said a supervisor would call me shortly. I waited and got no call. I called back again and was told that they would not talk to me or tell me specifically what work had been done on my sprinkler system without my permission. Of course I would have given permission to fix the actual leak. However, on Monday, Oct 5, after my sprinklers ran automatically I noticed a lot of water oozing up around the wall strongly indicating the actual leak has not been fixed. At this point I am frustrated as Just Sprinklers will not talk to me and tell me what work they did on my sprinkler system. I am deeply concerned because of the huge waste of water and the potential damage to the newly built wall. [Edit] We have been customers of Just Sprinklers many times in the past. The complexity of our communication with our neighbor is essentially irrelevant to the fact that Just Sprinklers bears full responsibility for trespassing on our property without permission and botching the repair.

I have been working on a sprinkler system in my backyard this summer and have had to make several trips to Just Sprinklers in Rio Rancho. Leilani C., store manager, has established a very helpful and courteous working climate among those she supervises. One of her assistants, Adrian, spent a great deal of time with me explaining the choices that I had in valves, sprinklers, etc and he was very knowledgeable about their products. Another individual, Zack, also took time and care when dealing with my requests. Thank you Leilani for working so hard to make my experience there extremely beneficial.

The pool division at Just Sprinklers in Rio Rancho on Hwy 528 is top notch! Theyre so knowledgeable, provide accurate advice, can test your water and tell you what to adjust, and teach you how to do repairs for the pump system. They are our go-to place for pool supplies and service questions.

They were all very helpful. It would have been nice if they had carried a 3/4 inch t headed swivel adapter... but I appreciate that they even carry the parts for the Orbit manifolds.

This post serves as a purpose to inform community members and citizens of Albuquerque, Rio Rancho and all other surrounding areas of my experience (terrible). Initially, I contacted Just Sprinklers in order to assist me with resolving an issue I had with my sprinklers. Just sprinkler responsed and sent A technician/employee within several days of my request. I was pleased with their response time however the following was unforeseen. For the remainder of this post, the technician that responded will be described as person 1. (I am not an expert in irrigation and I apologize in advance if my terminology is wrong.)Person 1 arrived and began his inspection. I left person 1 for several minutes unattended. When I returned to person 1, he informed me that one of my four pipes had rocks in it. Person 1 then continued his inspection. Person 1 removed a valve from one of the four spinklers. Person 1 informed me that there was dirt in the lines. Person 1 did not place the valve back together and left it dissembled which would later cause more dirt getting into the lines. I asked person 1 if we were able to flush out the lines. Person 1 informed me that essentially that was useless because dirt would keep getting into the lines. Person 1 informed me that he was unable to determine what the issue was and would have to come back at a later time. Person 1 also recommended placing a master system should help resolve the situation, $1800.00. Person 1 informed me that one of my pipes was not producing water and he was unable to determine why, it appeared that he did not want to continue to troubleshoot.I asked person 1 if he could also inspect another portion of my sprinkler system. Person 1 inspected the other portion and advised he was able to fix it real quick. It should be noted person 1 left without even fixing the portion of my sprinkler system mentioned in this paragraph.Person 1 informed me that he would have someone from the scheduling department reach out to me in order to establish a future date for service. I never received a follow up call, still to this day.I was left stranded. I contacted another company that was recommended from a family member. This company arrived and began their inspection. Immediately the issue was located.This company also inspected the pipe that allegedly was not producing water, this issue was resolved within seconds. The pipe that had rocks in it was the same pipe that was not producing water however after the other company checked my water sprinkler system, it ran as usual. The issue was resolved within (4) hours and only for $300.00I do not recommend this company to ANYONE. The service that I received was poor, almost very costly and to me, a scam. I cannot imagine what other customers have gone through.

Bought 2 sprinkler system solenoids that were assured to fit my system. When I got home to install them they did not fit. When I went back to exchange them they would do nothing as it was an electrical component. When I explained that I brought in the old one to match and this is what the sales person sold me, the manager told me there was nothing that could be done. I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE!

Terrible communication. I contacted the company through their website, asking someone to contact me about scheduling. No call. 2 weeks later I finally called and got on their schedule. I recieved a phone call 2 hours before our set appointment, saying that they were already at the house, and I would have to come meet them or reschedule. I called the office to ask about it, and was just met with a cheery Oh, sorry about that. Full stop. No offer to have someone actually keep our appointment, no attempt to reschedule. They clearly dont need the business.

I came in looking for a nice waterfall kit for my backyard as a finishing touch to the grass and scenery already in my backyard. Leilani (the manager of the store) was so much help with helping me find the perfect kit. She explained everything to me that I needed to know for placing a waterfall/pond in my backyard. I now have a beautiful corner in my backyard with a waterfall and pond thanks to Leilani. I definitely plan on coming back to this store in the future!

The Rio Rancho locations advertises stone for 18cents abound but always minimum selection on the size of stone., broken pieces 4 × 4 is the size. I called ahead and spoke to the manager to ensure they had the rocks in stock. Said yes, but if only one pallet she would open another pallet. I wanted to buy 800lbs. When I arrived, the same pallets of broken small pieces was on the lot. When I asked of another pallet could be opened, the manager said no. Her reason was there were already two pallets open. It seems to escape her the product being sold is not what is needed for projects. If you want to do stepping stones with 4 X 4 pieces go here. If not, I strongly recommend trying another business who Carries stones.

I went into the Just Sprinklers store in Rio Rancho to inquire about someone to fix a problem with my drip system and to buy sprayer drip heads. The first thing I did was look at the artificial grass. Eric came over right away and explained all about the grass products they sell. After that he took me right to the drip supplies, made sure he understood what I wanted and handed me the pieces I needed. He gave me a business card and marked where to call for service on my drip system. Eric was very helpful and friendly and made my shopping experience very easy and pleasurable. Thank you Eric!!

I needed help with our sprinkler system controller. Irrigation Technician, John Hoffman answered the call today. After a short time, he was able to trouble shoot the problem and explain the issue. Recently moved to New Mexico from Fort Lauderdale, FL. Brought my dogs along and it was quite a big transition for them considering theres no grass at our new home. Called EVERYWHERE for sod and everyone was sold out. When we called Just Sprinklers in Rio Rancho, they told us their sod shipment would be coming in on Tuesday and were on high demand so to come early to buy. When Tuesday came, we called back and spoke to Kirk. We explained to Kirk our situation and he informed us that the truck was on the way and he conveniently let us make a phone order and payment. We didnt have a truck big enough to pick up the sod and needed the order as soon as possible. Kirk and John had it delivered to our home within an hour. EXCELLENT customer service, FANTASTIC prices. Most definitely recommend to everyone! 5 stars easily.
