Theres been times Ive came into this grocery store and they do not have what Im looking for. However the very helpful staff usually assists me and trying to find a substitute or suggest somewhere else I could find what Im looking for. Because of the experience with the staff I give it five stars. Clean restrooms and great deli!

Kroger would be a much easier store for me to shop if gluten free items were all together.

I buy all my groceries here. Clean store and plenty of selection. Sometimes its hard to get a pharmacy tech on the phone but once the do answer, they are very helpful.

If you use pickup check your receipts! You no longer get to view substitution items until you get there. If you refuse them they will still charge you for them. Had to call corporate to get my money back. You can call and speak to an associate who cannot do anything, ask to speak to a manager and never get one. Call 1800KROGERS for problems and bypass that train wreck in Rincon!

We love Kroger! All of their products are great. The store is very clean and the staff is friendly and polite.

Their shells are always bare no matter when you go For the last year its been this way its frustrating its frustrating Id rather drive an extra mile or 2 to go to Publix with loaded shells versus versus krogers with nothing on their shelves

If I could give this Kroger 0 stars I would. This is the absolute worst and most unorganized Kroger I have ever been to. If you are wanting to use Kroger Pick up 100% recommend you DO NOT it will give you a freaking heart attack. They will say half of your stuff is unavailable then you’ll walk in the store and get everything. The manager will tell you they are understaffed or maybe the hires don’t know what a certain item is. The store itself is unorganized as well which is probably why the pickets don’t or can’t find your items.. With stuff mixed everywhere. The app doesn’t work half the time or relay messages correctly with your items either. Carts are always everywhere and all over the parking lot. I loved Kroger before moving here but now I have become a Publix person and I highly recommend the Publix nearby.

Went to Kroger on Friday 24th and the main entrance was the only entry. A store employee was inside to make sure that everyone had a mask to wear. I was told by another source that Kroger has had an outbreak of employee’s test positive for Covid. That explains a lot.

This review has to do with the delivery service and not the actual in store experience.My family and I have never really shopped at Kroger until we learned about their delivery option. If you are in the delivery area, I would encourage you to at least give it a try.The greatest part about it is, you do not have to go anywhere and someone does your shopping for you. Yes, there is a fee for the service but it is well worth the convenience.The process is seamless and your shopper communicates with you through text the whole time letting you know if there is something that might not be in stock you ordered and if there is a substitute that you would like instead.Not usually impressed my simple things but this is a game changer. I have literally not stepped into a grocery store in months and do not miss it at all.Thank You Kroger for the service!🤘 😎

I usually have great service here. But the last 2 times here the deli personal was lacking. Took forever for someone to help us. And it seemed like we bothered them . My cheese looks like a lump of molding clay. I guess thats just the times we live in....very disappointed

Im a truck driver and I stop at a lot of places and this one was a surprise I even walked out with more then I went for and picked up this cool deli made sliders for the road

If you go late and it’s only self checkout, it’s gonna take awhile. It’s the most glitchy self checkout system in existence.

If you get there close to closing they wont let you in.

I’m really tired of this store still not doing returns or exchanges. There is no reason why you can not exchange or return goods, if this is such an issue then you shouldn’t be open. It’s nothing but an excuse for you to make money at this point and you have now lost a customer.

I have been a faithful Kroger shopper but I have to say, the grocery pickup has really gone down in quality. The wait time is excessive and the workers seem miserable. They don’t acknowledge the wait or even say thank you.

Yesterday 2/15/21 I was a victim of fraud by Instacart Delivery worker. What she did was to show all my items were out of stock. She then processed her own grocery list as substitution to my out of stock items and charged my credit card for her groceries in the amount of $92.57. all was done under same order #. People please watch your credit/debit card.

The lady Martha who work at night at this Kroger in Rincon is the most disrespectful, rude, nasty lady that I have ever had to run into. I have had multiple run ins with her on different occasions and everytime it gets worse and worse. Everytime I say something about it she says Well they cant do nothing to me, Im apart of the union. I cant get fired. She also turned off the self checkout machine on another customer and berated her. I cant take her for another transaction, she needs to be let go immediately.

Ive gotten food poisoning from this place once from there suchi next from there tacos.

This place was so slow. One isle open, and 10 people in line. Another cashier opened, but the belt broke. Told us to move to another isle. When we moved they said they where not opened. I waited for over 30 minutes to check out. Should have had more than one cashier.

Called about them charging more than what I ordered for, and the lady kept insisting that I had to call instacart since they delivered it . I asked if they bought it at the store . She proceeded with an attitude to tell me that I needed to call them, and I got loud with her because she obviously didnt understand that instacart didnt charge me my bankstatment said Kroger not instacart. On top of all that I tipped the guy so I just wanted to get my money back that they charged me . Also they barely ever have any of the products you need ! They usually take out more than what they need to, and this time they didnt give it back!! Im not shopping here anymore or doing delivery.

This store is very clean, and very well stocked with all your house hold needs and assortments, it has all good brands of food and fresh fruits and vegetables, and the employees are very friendly and kind recommend this store very highly

The lady who works the seafood area is always rude to me. I am a frequent shopper in that section and everytime I have an interaction with her it is unpleasant. This morning when I came in to Kroger I was shopping with my husband and we were looking at seafood and I didnt even ask for food or anything and we were talking about shrimp to each other and she butted into our conversation to say they were closed and didnt open until ten and had a snarky look on her face. Another time I went in I asked for steamed shrimp and I stood there to wait for my food to be ready and she told me most people leave and come back. I didnt want to leave and I am not most people nor am I conserned with what most people do. It was the only thing I needed. Anyway, that shouldnt have been a big deal, but after she said that to me she was flinging everything around in the kitchen that she touched. It made me feel super uncomfortable. She is always grouchy and not friendly. Customers should be able to come in a get service without having to deal with employees with attitude problems. If she treats me that way I could only imagine how she treats fellow employees and other customers.

I’ve never had a bad experience, but I can tell all the employees seem a little discouraged, not sure why? They have the majority of the products I need and have lots of deal going on, I love the fuel VIP and always get my gas from Kroger. The gentleman in the “kiosk” there at the gas station is very sweet.

Great store with excellent management. They would have 5 stars if they paid their people more than $8-$9 !!! What can you buy for eight bucks that would make that job attractive? Love their pharmacy - Jennifer and the crew are great.

I worked here for little bit or so and this krogers isn’t “family friendly” nor do they care about your health, issues, problems.(Cons)The managers are very rude to employees, let alone some managers yell at customers I’ve seen it a lot. I wouldn’t suggest working this krogers unless you wanna get yelled at all day, told your worthless, not worth the time. They have favorites like hell you could be the hardest working and they’ll congrat someone who doesn’t do shi.(Pros) almost all employees are good to each other, most employees are helpful.

Very very disappointed I came to Kroger with my family because we felt safe there with the required mask nation wide. Then we got in and seen so many with no mask and when I asked a Kroger employee what was going on the response I got made my head spin. I was told Kroger could not stop them from coming in when they tried the customers would storm in anyways I find this disturbing they can’t control who comes in people think they don’t have to follow rules. So I won’t be coming back to Kroger keep my points and keep your gas I am very sad at both sides Kroger for not standing up for there own rules and for the people who think they have the right to do what they want even on private property here comes Portland and Seattle.

Agree with one comment that said shelves should be stocked better. Each time Im up there I have to practically crawl into the frozen food shelves to reach items that arent pulled to the front of the shelf as they should be. Additionally, you might find one item stocked, get used to buying it, but they never restock it. They can do much better in this area.

Update: Thank you Kelly from Corporate for being professional and fixing the problem!Understandably things will not always be stocked, but when you get home with your order, only to find out they are open! We are in some serious threatening times to have such neglect as this! I called and of course they can issue me a credit only (ummm, no how about a refund)! The manager, Angel was yelling on the phone as I was explaining. Her excuse for what occurred was that only an excuse....we have new hires! Stay away from pickup!

My husband bought me some apparel without the knowledge that you cant return. Nothing on the receipt,no signage in any of the apparel department, cashiers dont disclose at time of purchase. I understand that during this time of COVID-19 they must be safe but not to disclose is wrong. I am very disappointed that Kroger does this.

Amazing store. Great selection, clean and organized. Prices are good as long as you use card. Love the fuel rewards and gas is cheapest in town. The customer service has been amazing everytime we have been in store. The Starbucks inside is convenient, bathrooms are clean, and car carts for kids are amazing. This is our new favorite place to grocery shop and get gas!

All of the employees Ive encountered are very helpful and friendly! They have great sales, a large selection, high quality products, and excellent meat, and produce . Ive never had to wait very long in line because they are very quick and courteous and have another person bagging your groceries so you can be in and out in a matter of mins. Love this store !! It is a little more expensive on some than Walmart, but worth paying the bigger price for better service and quality products! I got 70 cents off per gallon of gas today at the Kroger pumps because I racked up on fuel points with their AMAZING sales last week!

A year ago, this would have been a 5 star rating. I don’t like self checkout when I have a lot of groceries. Nor do I want to bag my own groceries, which is generally what I have to do if I avoid the self check out. Click list avoids these problems but I like picking my own groceries, especially my produce. They used to keeps the lanes open and flowing. Not sure why that has changed, but with a Publix not far down the road, you may lose our business. It’s a shame. I really used to enjoy shopping in this store.

Worse auto check out ive ever done. Then only like 3 people actually working cashiers to make you use their auto check out service that doesnt work. Broken, other krogers do not have this issue.

Needed help in the fruit department and saw a worker in the vegetable section stocking and went over to ask a question. This was Susans first day but went beyond by going to the person who was in a huddle meeting to get an answer and helping me choose my product. She will be a great addition employee for our Rincon store.

Krogers charger got stuck in my brothers phone and he had it for 3 weeks. When he went to unplug his phone the charger part just never came out.

Nice clean store. Its kind of so big its hard to just run in to grab something you need and leave, but they definitely have a great selection of products that you would need. Tried the click list for the first time and I think Im in love.....

They sell spoiled food. I bought pepperoni to make pizza with grand babies and opened pack same night I bought 3 packs and all of it was spoiled. I will be carrying my business elsewhere. Just sickening.

Variety is immense!! Quality the best! And selection like no other in its immediate and distant areas of competition!!! My kids live the tour and creativity rows. I no longer have to go to the health food store to get things like organic produce, Castile soap, meats, grocery etc.... And the most competitive prices ever!!!! Also awesome beer and wine selection, cheese. I mean its all there!! Do yourself a favor and go youll never go back to any other store for grocery, clothing, toys whatever!!

The only problem I have is vanilla cream soda always gone, need to order more but other then that my visits are great, friendly people work there always smiling and asking if I need anything! Salad bar is so convenient when youre on the way to work and want something healthy for lunch. Please dont ever get rid of it like they did at the Kroger in savannah!!One critique. They stock during the day. This makes for a crowded shopping experience. Why they dont do this at night is beyond me 🤷

Hello!I want to bring something to your attention that has been on my mind for several days now. Im a vegetarian. I was looking for the Beyond Burger in your store the other day. I was super happy to find that you were carrying the product. It is fantastic! But you have it stocked in the meat aisle. Which I think is great for people who are on the cusp, who would possibly buy it to try it. I actually love that idea. However, those of us who do not eat meat, steer very clear of the meat aisle. I dont think I have walked down or up to a meat aisle in a couple of years. The stench is overwhelming, and seeing so many carcasses on a Shelf is horrific. I abandoned my entire cart and left the store when your clerk took me to find the product. I understand that meat is part of your business. But you would probably see an increase in sales on this product if you stock it with the other vegetarian and vegan products. I have talked to fellow vegetarians/vegans. They were just as surprised to hear that it was stocked in that area. Theyve also been to your store looking for it because the Beyond Meat website says that it is available there but they were not able to find it. This is why. We would never think to look in the meat aisle. We would all greatly appreciate it if you would consider our value as a customer while respecting our personal values and relocate the product.Sincerely,A hopeful consumer

First off I love Kroger. Every Kroger !!thats why when i was visiting in Rincon Ga and seen the Kroger i had to go in. Very nice store clean. I bought a dress and they didnt take the security tag off. Grant it i went through the self checkouts but there is an attendant for assistance. Just make sure that when you are being safe and doing the self checkouts that you remember to ask them to take security tags off . Unfortunately in the crazy world we have to do everything yourselves and automation may take over and take jobs but just remember we are alowing them to b/cmachines are more reliable than ppl these days

Good selection of groceries, terrible customer service. They have added more self checkout registers and have taken out all the express lanes. They usually only have TWO regular registers open. I spent $350 today on 2 carts of groceries and had to bag them myself. Goodbye Kroger, hello Publix!

Why send staff home, under pay and under work them, when the shelves and never stocked, the back stock is always a wreck, and the store according to past reviews is always a mess.... management, upper management needs more education, skill, and compassion.

This Kroger is constantly low on stock and the produce is horrible! I cannot understand why a premium store like this has these problems. Management needs to get involved and ensure stock is kept up!

I think Kroger is over marketing and under-delivering. There is not a coffee grinder in the Rincon, Georgia store; all the coffee is bagged or canned and the ground coffee is simply marked as Ground. There are no brands which label their bags drip grind or fine grind or coarse grind, just ground. So, now I have to go to another store to find a grinder or coffee that is labeled so I know what type of grind was used on the beans. Yes, they have variety, but it doesnt help. I am looking for more service.

This Kroger is fantastic! The cheese section is better than many whole foods, at better prices. The selection and layout is vast but not overwhelming. And the staff here is the best part they are super helpful and seem genuinely happy to help.

Very clean and big variety of items available but its so big and I feel like I get overwhelmed trying to find items by the way the isles are set up. I feel like I cant find everything I need or Im going back and forth trying to find it. Honestly Im used to the old store because I was there for 11 years. Itll take time to get used to.

Some good cashiers, but most employees act like youre bothering them when you ask them a question. Notorious for placing items on sale that have insufficient quantities in stock just to get you in the store in hopes of getting you to buy something else. We had high hopes of the store being better when they opened in the new location, but the management and a lot of employees soon dashed those hopes.

This location typically only has one maybe two regular registers open at a time, however all of the self checkouts are always open. At any given time they may have one bagger or none to help with groceries, however one of our children have been trying to get a job there as a bagger for four months. While standing in line tonight I watched an older couple two customers in front of me bagging their own groceries. It seems Kroger is now just like Walmart, only cares about the bottom line and does not care about customer service anymore. Public however will be getting our business from now on. They do not have any self checkout lines at the Port Wentworth location.

Great looking produce and meats, seafood is fresh, selection is fantastic. Has a deli, salad bar, and they make fresh sushi on site. Its a Super Kroger so theyve got household goods and clothes as well. Make sure to use your rewards card so that you get money off on gas!!

Waiting for over 40 minutes to pick up my groceries. Looks like I am no 4th in lineWalmart pickup is usually 5 minutes. Mr. Yates the store manager has staffed outside pick up with one worker for 8 pick up spots.

This store is a nice presentation of lots of items and always appears very clean. They however lack in the fruit department compared to other stores. The older staff are always very friendly as I normally go during the week. However, I have been on the weekends the last couple of trips and find that the teenage staff is little rude. It would help a great deal it the cashiers were a little more aware of who they work for, what stores are linked together and to quit demanding I swap my turkey hill card over to a Kroger card when it’s the same exact thing. You would think that when they get gas are see one of their ads that the emblem they see is the same. Quite honestly after this last trip to this store I would rather travel on down the road to Publix.

Very friendly people, unlike Wal-Mart they allow you to shop and not have to get out of the way of their employees. Almost every employee I passed spoke to me. Definitely a great place to shop.

I love shopping at Kroger. Everything is neat and orderly. Prices are fair and I hardly ever need to go anywhere else. One problem....I always wind up buying more than I went for!

I like their vegetables and fruits section. A lot of choices and good quality. Their prices are very reasonable and their employees are always really helpful.

ClickList was a great experience. I have watched the personal shoppers picking produce for the ClickList customers as if they were picking their own fruits and vegetables. Good to know they care so much! Employees are Polite and helpful. This is one of the largest Kroger stores in Georgia, complete with a wine steward and a gourmet cheese department. They also have a gas station in the parking lot.

Nice sale today but the most important thing is customer service. I misplaced my debit card and had to have my order suspended so I could get my act together. Carolyn was so polite and I appreciate that!

Personnel lacks any urgency at the hot deli and the store lacks the personnel to bag groceries often. Additionally the personnel shopping the store for curb side pick up customers act like the shopping they are doing is more important than the shopper that is actually in the store.

It is new, it is clean. But shopping is a pain. They keep moving goods, so you need too long to hunt all of it down over and over again. I like Starbucks and the Sushi place inside best. But the old Kroger was a lot more organized.

I love shopping here with the different variety of fruits and vegetables. Also they have clothes and everything a grocery store would stock. Including a department store as well. The staff is very pleasant.

This place has been out of something I went there specifically to get every week for months. They dont restock during the day and are constantly out of simple things like diet mountain dew in cans

This is a first reply for me on Kroger. That is because this is the first time I can say positive words. It was crazy busy, yet they had live people check out ckerks! What a wonderful experience ! I can not say enough about the pharmacy crew. They go way beyond to get my prescriptions straightened out . The time before this trip, it was 5:55 p.m. they stayed open on overtime to make sure I had my medicine for the weekend! They always get 5 ***** from me. Thanks Kroger.

Since when doesnt the meat department carry pork tenderloin? They had pork loin but no tenderloin. Asked an associate and he said hed go in the stockroom and check. 25 minutes later I left. He never came back.

Pretty decent Kroger, has a wide variety and also has the huge clothes and non grocery related items. A little crowded but over all a nice place to shop.

Convenient hours. Floor machine and shelf stocking usually take place when I am shopping and its hard to maneuver around all the workers. But they are friendly and helpful.

I live this store. It has so much! Groceries, kitchen decor, cookware, clothing, pharmaceuticals, seasonal decor, toys, etc..... I enjoy just walking around and seeing all the great bargains!

The store itself is nice inside, some of the employees not so much. I was shopping with my husband, we both went our separate ways to get what we needed, one employer didnt bother to say excuse me or anything and basically bowled me over.
