I am changing my rating from 5 to a 3+ all because of a young girl who couldnt run the register. And i know she has been there a while. But i got some fabric, fabric was on sale. I bought some beads, the beads were not on sale. I gave my coupon she scanned coupon. $16 that dont sound right. so she did it again now its $21that dont sound right either. anyways at the end I decided I didnt want my products anymore.( i had been at the register 15 minutes by now and im a bit irritated.) she said I cant do that. But yes you can you just delete the sale. She said again, I cant do that yes you can. And I walked out leaving my merchandise on the counter. You cant make me buy something. they ended up charging my debit card anyway. so now i have to down there.i will call first. Because guess what? I live up at the lake and only drive a 27ft RV. It will cost me more in gas than the $20!!!! Might even make a little corporate phone call.Fix this and train her. i will give you back your rating

Smaller store size than Im used to but grateful to have a craft store in this small town. They currently close at 8pm which really sucks. Just like Hobby Lobby closes at 8 and I need things after that time! The workers are really nice though.

Its a nice store. It is a smaller version. There is a variety of things to buy for the crafter, and artist. Selection is a bit limited, but they do carry what will get one started.

Im not a fan of arts and crafts, but Jo-Ann Fabrics may change that. This store is amazing. We are so fortunate to have this store in Ridgecrest.
