Quick service for a slow leak in my tire. They pulled the screw out and got us fixed and on the road in less than an hour while several other locations didn’t have availability until Monday even though they were open later hours on Saturday.

I have been coming here for a couple years and I absolutely love these people. They always help me get back on the road with the most cost effective fix. I have NEVER been pressured to buy new tires, nor the most expensive when I did need a new one. Hank, the owner, went out of his way to make sure I completely understood what was going on and was just a kind, honest, genuine man. I highly recommend Big O and I am a forever customer.

Have used this location a couple times for tires/oil change/safety inspection & overall pleased. The work they do is good, the prices are reasonable, and turnaround time is fairly quick. They were also able to quote me prices upfront & called if something was going to be more expensive than planned- a huge necessity in my book. I did have (what I felt like was) a weird experience over the phone with one employee that almost deterred me from using Big O, but overall have received good customer service & will be back when we need more work done on our car.

Made an appt yesterday for an alignment yesterday for today at 10am. Arrived at 950am. Advised the female rep of my name and that I had a 10am appt. She then proceeded to ask me for my info. One would assume that when I called the day before and gave my info someone would of all ready put it in the system. Additionally I inquired about an oil change since I was all ready there. I find it odd that their prices arent on the website nor are they posted in the store. Lastly I noticed there wasnt any coffee made. I inquired about it and was told I can make some more. It was pretty obvious that the coffee maker hadnt been on all morning so please dont say I can make some more. Just my observations.

I usually go for routine oil changes. Typically I have no problems. However the last 2 days in a row I feel like they are trying to get me to repair thing on my car that arent necessary. The first day I declined an alignment because my car drives fine. The second day I went was for an inspection. Because I didnt have time to wait on the first. They also tried to get me to spend money on something not required by state inspection. My reverse lights have not work for several years, and have passed inspection every time this far. They rejected the inspection. Took it to another shop. Passed no problem.Update 10/20/2020Just took my car somewhere else foe oil change an tire rotation. Do want to know what was wrong with my car? NOT MY ALIGNMENT! The technician said it was fine and my tire were wearing evenly.

I initially came to Big O Tires a few years ago and was really impressed with their prices on tires and alignment. They started offering state inspections shortly after. I decided to take my vehicles to them since I had such a great experience when I bought the tires. Each time I have used them for inspection, all of my vehicles have failed for the most minute issues. Not a big deal, I know they have an ethical obligation to maintain their license I am sure. The cost for them to correct the issues are 1.5x more expensive than most places, and I have had the vehicles reinspected by other inspectors and they reported back they there was not issue.

I love this place! I have never been treated so kindly and professionally at a garage or tire place before. I was from out of town but was treated like gold. They told me about the Discount Tire store in the town I live in another state and I will definitely be using them when needed. They even shined my tires up when they were done! Tires look better than my car now : )

I took my lifted Toyota Tundra to Big O’s for an alignment. They did a great job on my truck and it has never felt smoother! I’ll be bringing all my vehicles to them for alignments and I look forward to replacing my wheels and tires at Big O’s when the time comes. Trust this shop!

We just moved to VA from Kansas City. MO. I brought both vehicles in based on previous good experience in MO, one on Friday and one on Saturday. I needed brake pads installed on one and the an oil change, tire rotation on the other. I received the vehicles back promptly with the work completed to my satisfaction. The Big O team did a fantastic job on both. These guys will now be my go to for auto maintenance and repairs. When I came to pick up my car from having tires balanced, the service tech had parked my car in a handicap space. I shared with Ben Parker that I could have received a ticket. He didnt seem very concerned but said, yeah there must have not been another place to park. Very disappointed in the lack of concern and respect for people with disabilities.Car drove great, but they lost my business.

Was out of town and brought my modified VW here with aftermarket suspension and wheels. Shop provided new tires with a perfect alignment and tire rotation. Could not be more impressed. Great shop, great people, great price. If you want it done right go to Big O. Customer service 10/10

Everyone at Big O Tires has been wonderful to deal with. Recently we took a car in for a second opinion; as a local competitor quoted us $400 for front breaks on our car.When we took it to Big O, they said we did not need front brakes at all. The technician made a minor adjustment to our car, which got rid of the noise and there was no charge at all for his time.We will definitely take the car back when it is time for new brakes. We will always trust Big O Tire.

I could not be more impressed with my experience at this shop today. I came in because my tire pressure light came on and needed the tires checked. They checked the tires, filled them to the proper pressure and made sure there were no obvious leaks. Incredible friendliness and professionalism. And I left feeling confident from the work they did. I did not have an appointment but was greeted by a knowledgable young lady. She took all my information and asked about my concerns. I needed 2 new tires on the rear of my BMW. She gave a quote and then a technician began the work. I asked Mr. Klein about a military discount, he smiled and gave me $15.00 off my invoice. This was my first visit to your shop. I was pleased. Great place! I absolutely hate going to tire shops.. but it felt homey here. They were so kind and everyone seemed happy to work there:) it was very organized and quick. I had my tires balanced and rotated and they do a complementary alignment test and mine was a little off. So I’m glad they did. I wouldn’t of thought anything about it and eventually would had to of come back when it got worse. Good prices too! I did not cringe when they gave me my up front price quote.

First time customer. Stopped by to check out tires and prices ended up buying 4 tires and had a oil change the same day . Very happy with the prices and the customer service was very professional. Nice people and excellent service.

My car was making a abnormal sound and they checked it out in 5 minutes of me walking through the door. They even showed me what was wrong! They only ordered the parts that needed to be fixed no extra parts that didnt need replaced. I trust them 100%. They never up charge and they do exactly what needs to be fixed. I recommend them to my friends and coworkers if they are having problems with their cars.

After traveling across country and with many more miles ahead they took us in immediately upon arrival and got us back out on the road fast. Front desk lady was awesome. Technician failed my car for state inspection for tire wear. Went directly to another shop who measured it for me in front of me, showed me the 5/32-6/32 on the particular tire and passed it no issue. Said the limit is anything UNDER 2/32. Sad to use a state inspection to try and sell people tires when the existing tires have atleast 15k miles left on them.

I called earlier that morning to make an appointment for a wheel alignment the same day. Everything went well and the car steers great. I would recommend 5/5 to anyone! I will return! Service was done fast and priced as I expected.

I called the location first where they helped me find the correct tire size i needed. Once we discussed a few tire options i was able to get a same day appointment! I was in and out in an hour! Later that day i realized i had gotten the wrong tire size installed. With a quick phone call i was able to go back in the next morning for a quick correction at no additional cost! I will be going back because they showed me that no matter what I am the number one priority!

Recently started bringing my vehicles here. Been really impressed by how knowledgeable the team is and how excellent their communication is.

Had an appointment for 11 am, after an hour my car didnt move from the spot i parked it. I had my 3 year old with me so she played but was getting restless. I had to actually ask the front desk when my car would be ready. I was told another 2 hours...really!!!! Tell your customers up front. What is the point in making an apt????? If its gonna take 3 or 4 hours. Especially when i was spending over $500 dollars. No thanks. I went to Goodyear and gaskins and broad and they did it in 42 mins🙂

I am beyond grateful with the service I didn’t and did receive with this branch.I went in for a routine oil change on my vehicle and when the service tech lifted my car he noticed a few leaks and suggested I take my car into a mechanics for further review, but ultimately some things would need replacing.I followed their directions as suggested and took it to my mechanic. It took Chris, my mechanic, 1 hour to diagnosis the issues. Chris’ exact words to me were, “They (they being Big O Tires) saved your engine and did you a favor by not doing the work and informing you about the issues they discovered. You could have easily blown the engine.”My car is fixed and my loyalties will forever be with Big O Tires. The technicians and front of house staff saved my car. They were more interested in helping me and not just making more money off me by doing the oil change and not saying anything.Thank you Big O! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Update: Just upgraded from my original 4-star review to 5. Took the Toyota back for its oil change, wham-bam, in and out, plus the synthetic oil was on sale, PLUS they offer a little veterans discount, which is always nice. Said it would take about a half hour, took closer to 45 minutes, but no biggie. Coffee was free so I didnt have to risk a dash across Staples Mill to DD for my caffeine fix.Lekeisha is great, too. Very friendly. Always nice to find a place you feel you can trust.First review:Just went in for a routine tire rotation. Pretty affordable at 19.99, had me done in probably 20 minutes or less. When I picked up the car theyd forgotten to reset the Maintenance Required light on the dash, but a tech came out and did that in less than a minute. (His hands were pretty dirty and hed just finished a smoke, not a big deal but itd have been better if that all happened BEFORE and I didnt SEE it, know what I mean?) Thats the only reason I didnt give a 5-star review, but really, it was a great experience.

I was impressed with the timeliness of the work performed on my vehicle, and the level of support I received while waiting for the work to be completed. I showed up without an appointment and was still able to get my vehicle in and out in one day.

We discovered a tire that needed immediate repair while on a road trip (with 2 small kids). With over 150 miles to our destination and only 45 minutes before their shop closed, Big O took care of us quickly, courteously, and helped us back on our way! Thank you Big O!

I have been there several times with my vehicles. They have done a great job on my services. If they see something they will let you know. They dont pressure you to get the work done there either. They mail out coupons to use too.

This place is great!! I needed to plug my tire on a holiday and no body was open that wasnt going to charge me an arm and a leg!! As soon as I pulled up they came out to me at my car and asked me what I needed! They only charged me $20 to plug the tire and they had an awesome waiting area for me and my daughter! I was so impressed with the staff from the time I spoke to them on the phone until the time I met with them in person at the front desk. They were polite and friendly. They were professional and o point. The only issue I had was that I brought my car in at 11:00 am and was told that it could be looked at for a diagnostic. No time frame was given. The car sat there from 11:15 AM-4:00 PM without being looked at. My hazard lights and turn signal were not working o that i a safety issue for me and my kids. I just wish I had been called earlier and told by staff that the car could not be looked at today. I could have scheduled an appointment with my usual mechanic. The staff are awesome and I really would recommend this place, but I was a bit upset about this experience.

Fast customer service

Let me start off by saying that I have been going to Big O Tires recently for all my car needs/issues because of their excellent service and staff. But recently I have noticed that their service has declined and has become pricey. I recent took my car for an inspection to Big O. My car did not pass because of my headlights (The right headlight was pointing down enough to fail). Big O, called me and stated that they tried adjusting the light but they couldnt and that it would cost me $450 for 2 headlights plus labor, and that there was a chance that they would still need to do wiring work (scared to see that price). I declined the offer and took my car else where. The shop stated that it was a very bad move on Big O to fail me. He was able to adjust the headlights and pass me for my inspection. It is disappointing because I feel as if Big O just jumps into conclusions and throws cost at you instead of taking the time trying to help their customers.

I was very satisfied with the service, I will recommend this service to another individual/family member.

I stopped in to check on getting 2 tires and an alignment, my mechanic had said I needed, he is semi-retired and doesnt offer those services. I knew which tires I wanted, since I drive the car less than 5000 miles a year I didnt want an expensive tire. They checked the size of what was on my car and told me they needed to order the ones I wanted. They called 2 days later and said they had them and could put them on that day. I went in and I was explaining how I wanted the tires installed (it was a little confusing) and a gentleman who had been there on my first visit explained to person writing the order what I wanted done. I made the comment that he remembered what I had said from my first visit, I was impressed that he actually remembered me and the specific details of what I had said on my earlier visit. I didnt get his name but Im assuming he is either the manager or owner. The work was done quickly, I was given a printout of the before and after of my alignment and they wrapped the 2 tires I wanted to keep before they put them in my trunk to keep my trunk from getting dirty. I was really pleased with the service, they didnt try to sell me anything I didnt want or need, they were efficient and professional.

Truly grateful for the fast, courteous and competent service in an emergency situation.
