The Village Exxon always does a great job! They are helpful, efficient, reliable, and never try to push a service or repair that isnt needed. I recently took my daughters car in for service, worried her brakes were malfunctioning, and they found no issue at all, discovering that it was actually a leaky tire, saving us hundreds of dollars. We also really appreciate the gentleman who works in the kiosk, John, who helps us fill our tires regularly and pulls out the occasional nail that finds its way into our tires. Such a great business!!

I took my car there because it was overheating. After having it almost 2 weeks it was repaired. I pick it up and it was still overheating. I had another problem with my brake lights and oil change. They kept it for another week before repairing . Now its running rough and my horn is blowing at random times. I took it back but they said its not because of their so called repairs. However I didnt have these problems prior to them touching my car!!! They will NEVER get a dime or a referral from me!!!

These folks feel like a part of the neighborhood. When the gas hoarding started during the 2021 pipeline hack, they didnt jack their prices up like EVERY other station in the area. Their staff has always been really helpful, honest, and straightfoward with us. I prioritize going here over other stations.

Beware! I took my car here for an annual inspection. Theyre a local place and have plenty of good reviews. I recently serviced my car elsewhere in the fall for general maintenance. I was happy with the other location but just needed a quick inspection and Village Exxon could get me in.A few hours after dropping off my car they called to say they discovered a suspension issue. It would cost me over $600 but luckily they had a coupon for this service so they could do it for closer to $400. I was caught off guard by this since I just had my car serviced and that is a lot of money when youre only expecting a routine inspection.I asked them what my options would be and they said I could take it somewhere else but they would have to fail my inspection. I get the failing part. I also get that something can happen to your car even if its been serviced recently. The high price and convenient coupon made me skeptical. Really because I wondered if I could get the repair done elsewhere for a better price.I picked up my car. Paid them $20 for the failed inspection. Felt that was fair at the time since they did perform the inspection after all. I have since taken my car to TWO different places. Neither of them could identify any major issues at all. Nothing besides needing new wiper blades. The first place passed my inspection. The second I just went to in case the first missed something because I didnt want to be broken down on the side of the rode. But nothing came of this. The car is completely fine....Now I feel very differently about even paying them $20. I feel like they tried to dupe me and even though I caught it, I still paid for it. A $600 repair and they luckily had a coupon for me seemed too good to be true. And it was. Very dishonest. Be very careful if you take your car here. I would not recommend it.

Being a senior citizen, hard to trust a new mechanic. Just moved here from az needed to find an honest place, not to take advantage of me. This place was honest. Never did anything without talking to me first. Would not hesitate to reccomend them.😚😚

This isn’t my “regular” mechanic. I take my car here every once in a while for oil changes because it’s convenient to my workplace. It’s the only place I would take my car “every once in a while.” I learned a while ago that a relationship with a regular mechanic is key to not being ripped off. This place has always been trustworthy. Never tried to convince me Into additional services. They’re flexible and nice and I just plain like their way of business.

As always, the Village Exxon took great care of my car and helped keep my car safe with a break repair needed to pass inspection.

There was a new whine when I turned. So far, so good - looks like its gone just by flushing the power steering fluid. The fluid needed flushing anyway. The mechanic wasnt sure if that would fix it, but didnt pressure me into replacing the pump. They were fast, too.

Great place for gas. The service for auto repairs is questionable. They gave erroneous information about lifted Jeeps with respect to passing inspection.

I was referred to Village Exxon by a friend a few years ago and have been more than pleasantly surprised by their service ever since. My first time using them was to get to the bottom of an issue that Id spent hours and a few hundred dollars at the local dealership trying to get fixed. Once I gave up on the dealership, who swore up and down that theyd tried everything, I went to VE and they figured out my cars issue right away and the cost was a fraction of what the dealership charged me to both diagnose and fix the issue. Ever since, Ive been using VE regularly for oil changes, inspections, and maintenance (and gas too, of course), and theyve been consistently polite and courteous (and not condescending like some mechanics Ive been to, including dealerships), honest, reasonably priced, and, most important to me: quick! Ive never had to wait more than a few hours for anything to get done, large or small. Also, they have a late pick up service from the gas station so you dont have to try and both drop off and pick up your car during business hours. This is a huge perk for me. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Got turned away three times for an inspection because they were full. The last time, I called the day before to see if I needed an appointment, and was told they didnt do appointments. I could bring my car at 7:30 if I wanted to wait for it, or I could bring my car after that and they would get to it throughout the day and I could pick it up later. I showed up a little after 8 am the next morning (Tuesday) and the receptionist (different person than I talked to the day before) told me they probably couldnt get to it that day and that I should have shown up at 7:30. When I mentioned the phone call, she shrugged and said I should get there earlier or try Saturdays. The two other times I got turned down were on Saturdays. She just shrugged again and told me that theyre very busy. Taking my business to a place that will actually book appointments when theyre busy instead of telling me to bring it in when theyre full.

Went in today for a State Inspection. Most places wanted me to drop off the car all day for an inspection! Got to Village Exxon right when they opened and they got my inspection done in 30 minutes!
