They are the place to GO! Very exceptional service— I went in for my driver and passenger window tinting and unexpectedly my car battery died there while being serviced. They went out their way to order a new battery for me and even installed it! This all showed they really cared about me and did the extra mile! This is a small local family owned business- go show your support! I am super happy with their work and their kindness! Will refer to EVERYONE! Also very reasonably priced!

Five stars all around. I used to get my windows tinted at the dealership when I bought the car, but I bought from a dealership up north. I shopped the price and reviews and these guys were reasonable so I figured why not. So glad I did. They’re a local Mom and Pop shop that does superb work on top of taking care of their customers. Due to a silly miscommunication, there was an issue with my tint job but they immediately fixed it without charging me any thing extra.I had previously called at least 7 other tint specialists locally and they all were charging me at least 20% more with a much longer wait times. I came in with an appointment behind two others and after 15 minutes my car was being worked on. They charged what they quoted and they were done within two hours! The window tint looks great and I will be coming back in the future for my tinting needs.

Some local competitors were definitely into shady business-trying to overcharge me $150-$200, while attempting to collect a $100 down payment over the phone to make an appointment. I brought my 2006 Jetta in for a ceramic tint job. I must say, the price they gave was by far less expensive than anywhere around. I got the job done on friday a week ago, let the tint cure over a few days and it looked FANTASTIC! I had a scratch on both front windows which did annoy me, HOWEVER i brought it back to them today (exactly 1 week later) to see what they could do.... they had a car ready to be tinted but still brought it into the bay to completely redo the 2 front windows NO COMPLAINT. They are very customer friendly and definately took care of me. These guys may seem too good to be true, but I assure you they are great, I will bring every vehicle I own to these guys from here on out. GIVE EM A SHOT!!!!!!

I had my windshield replaced here (Chevy Tahoe). The staff was friendly; I was given detailed information about the process and exactly how long it would take. Timing was spot on. I have absolutely no complaints. The windshield looks great! There’s no leaks, no defects, no scratches and it’s clean. There was no damage to the dashboard from removing or replacing the inspection sticker either. They even took the time to remove and replace a company sticker I had placed above the inspection sticker. The price for the windshield & labor is unbeatable. I highly recommend.

I needed a new windshield on car. Only have liability so comes out of my pocket. I called around and at Auto Glass & Windows Tint specialist had beat 5 other Auto windshield replacement shops. Very friendly, awesome waiting room. Clean, A/C with couches and a PlayStation for the little ones (and me too!). Would have been a 5 star if it wasnt for the wait time. ( Took 2 hrs over the time was told). Other than that I would recommend this place to my family friends and others that read this review.

Their installation was perfect but when it comes to meeting state requirements, not so perfect. The tint covers my rear window brake light. When the concern was recently brought to them, their excuse was that this must be something new with the state (which isn’t true when I attempted to verify the accuracy of this statement) but they were willing to offer me a discount for a reinstallation, in a sense, admitting to their fault but still wanting more money. Make sure that back brake light isn’t covered if you decide to visit, otherwise you’ll be riding around with a rejection sticker on your car due to no fault of your own! :(

This place was great! The guys were super friendly and professional. Hands down, some of the best pricing around town for a car windshield install. And the wait time was reasonable. BUT, the windshield install that I got had done was not done properly. I can hear lots of wind when Im driving. Bummer! I really wanted to give this place a proper rating. UPDATE: Updating my review because the owner contacted me after I wrote this review to come in and theyd fix the windshield (after 2 years and for FREE!!!) Yeah yall! Made an appointment two weeks in advance with United Solar on Broad Street. When I showed up, they didnt have any appointment set for me. I said forget it and left. Sat in their parking lot and called around to a few places nearby and came across these guys and they had the best price and told me I could come in right then to get it done. They had me in and out in 2 hours and work looks great. I cant recommend these guys enough. Will definitely come back when I eventually need my windshield replaced.

This is my first online review. I was reading all the reviews for this company and almost thought they were fake because everyone left such good reviews. I decided to go ahead and take my one day old car to them. The previous reviews could not have been more correct. Amet is very polite and friendly and explained everything and didnt mind me watching the process. The shop is super clean and open. So I was searching for a place to get my windows tinted, and since I dont get a lot of days off, I only had two days to potentially get them tinted. I called about 5 or 6 places before I got to these guys and all of them were booked all through the week. I called these guys and they got me in first thing in the morning the next day! I brought it down and got a great price on the ceramic tint, and there was even a nice waiting room for me. I wasnt there long though because they were done very quickly! Overall didna great job and the tint looks nice 👍🏻

My 2nd time getting the 80% heat resistant ceramic 35/50 dark as you can get without a ticket tint from here. Both times was zero line and they got to it immediately and was done in 2 hours or less. Flawless and beautiful. It cost me $380 for the best tint available. Highly recommended.

I was considering going to another tint shop that had very good reviews and was close to my work but something changed last minute and i call this shop, after talking with the manager on the phone he answer all my question with honesty and courtesy. Im a Teacher and I like to educate myself before I make a purchase especially one that I see every day. I made the right choice and would never go anywhere else for my future cars.

Got my windows tinted in 1.5 hrs... totally friendly, very professional...Very satisfied of the outcome... Will recommend others to this place if they need their windows tinted...I only paid $185 to tint my 535i

Unfortunately didnt get a chance to experience the quality of their work. Set an appointment for 0930 on a Saturday morning but ended up leaving at 0950 when no one showed up. Called once from the Gas Station next door thinking maybe he was working with that business and the man behind the counter spoke with him on the phone and I was told 5 minutes he would be there. That was at exactly 930. At 950 I finally decided to throw in the towel and leave. I called the individual myself and let them know I was leaving. I was then told he would be there in 5 minutes.......again. Hopefully no one else has this experience with them. Bad customer service to schedule an appointment and never show up!Update 22 Nov 2014: Re-Scheduled appointment after the previous review and had him remove illegal tint from my front windows and re-tint with legal 50%. Very professional and did an amazing job! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Richmond area.

Excellent service, I texted to ask about price and got an eminent reply I got there when they opened, and spent less than the estimated time for a perfect job that was well worth the price.

My go-to place in Henrico (or Richmond for that matter) for quality window tint. Ive had 5 personal vehicles done there now. No fading, no bubbles, nothing but quality. Pricing is fair, but not extreme or outrageous.

Amhet and his team did a good job placing tint on my 2012 Nissan Altima. I decide to go with the legal limit ceramic tint and it looks amazing with the midnight blue color of the car. These guys did an awesome job on my Golf TDI.. Dont listen to the other guys who tell you theyre the only ones in town who can one piece your tough windows, my rear window is one of the hardest windows to tint and these guys nailed it, on the first try, for a much more reasonable price!!
