Great place to shop. Employees are very helpful. The meat department is the best in town, and has almost every cut of beef imaginable! WinCo is the low price leader of all of its competitors, so expect to pay less than anywhere else.

For a mid-day on a week day, it was busy. My grown son asked if this weekend was a holiday. Got what I wanted and got out. I love Winco, but due to pandemic I have not visited often in a year+. Wish they delivered or even had pickup.

Not a lot of amenities, but a good selection of bulk foods and good prices on large sizes like pickles. Its bag it yourself.

They dont seem to have a shortage on the shelves. The store is always clean. I just dont understand with over a dozen checkstands not including self check out, why they always have lines in the afternoon.

The store is clean well stocked busy but not crazy. Produce great, all kinds of cuts of meats, and no personnel filling online orders pushing large bins. I enjoyed shopping there today.

Most groceries less expensive than every other store. Meat prices are competitive and definitely less than walmart. Do I mind doing my own bagging? Not really.

Love to shop in these stores. The prices are affordable, variety of choices and the convenience of 24/7. There were plenty of times when I chose to grocery shop at night and this is the store where I can do that.

Only two checkers open and one decided to close with 10 customers in line. The other line had about 15 customers in line. She did open back up after a few minutes. I stood in line for 15 minutes before they called for other cashiers to come help. I have not been at this store for a long time and wont return. I shop elsewhere because your customer service sucks!

Well laid out and organized with lots of product variety. You can usually find a helpful employee to guide you to what your looking for. It is clean and well lit.

Wished they had more handicap scooters. They only had 2 that was parked and one was charging and the other one I got on had all red lines. I started it and went a few feet and it dies. Sometimes we just want a cart and shop there instead of Walmart. Sorry.

Wide selection and nice wide aisles. This store is clean friendly and organized. They offer quite a few bulk items and good prices. The parking lot has been full almost every time I passed it and a problem to park an RV. I would be sure to check dates and freshness as I did purchase some expired aloe water here and the bagged salads weren’t always looking to good.

Always a great place to shop. Produce section is always clean and fresh.

Never went to WinCo. I was in the parking lot really getting tired of being tracked all the time and asked how do you like this howd ya like that very annoying

This review is both positive and negative. As I shopped through the entire store I had found everything that I needed and a few things that I did not. I had found the variety as well as the quality I was looking for throughout the store as well as produce. I also was able to find some nice bakery items for the week.Now time for the negative, as I approached the cashiers there were extensive lines and not very many of them were open. So I had decided to use self check out and proceeded to scan all of my groceries. This is where bad went to worse, as I was now told that this establishment does not accept credit cards. Under most circumstances this would not be an issue. However this trip I was needing to utilise my business credit card. Obviously this creates a problem, I can completely understand why they only accept debit cash or check but I do wish that there had been more indications on the door on Google or at the very least while approaching the cash registers, It would have saved me several hours of shopping.

Very bad experience at Winco! Was mistreated while purchasing cigarettes for myself with legal ID and of age. I asked Jonathan that I would like to speak with a Manager to which he replied that it was not possible. He also threatened to call the cops and I waited but they never showed. Will be calling customer service but I dont have much hope in this establishment. Winco used to be a very family-friendly place but lately I have been very upset with their treatment and character.

Rude self checkout cashier. I have worked both retail and work hospitality. There is always a nicer way to say things other than being aggressive about having too many items. Maybe have more than one cashier open in the morning because some people are tired after getting off a graveyard shift and just want to go home.

Appallingly dirty. The produce had bugs. The overall experience was disgusting.

Okay place to shop. Pricing is generally good. I’m giving this particular Winco one star, as a self checkout clerk ruined my experience.After scanning and paying for my groceries, I handed my three year old a small balloon he pick out. The clerk chased us out the door to make sure we had paid for it. As a mom with her young son, I found this intimidating. My son didn’t steal a $3 balloon. Screw you Richland Winco self checkout jerk. You’re gross.

Actually had the best checker ever! This kid made my day! So nice and fast! I was 3rd in line, and you know the carts at Winco! I was bagging within a few minutes! Awesome stop for dinner! Only sad thing is that there was a young guy asking for any kind of help, on the sidewalk, at the entrance to Winco, I grabbed him a slice of pizza, a cold water, and a little bit of cash, but he was gone when I drove to the spot he was occupying😢 ♥️🙏♥️ He had a place to go!

I like going to WinCo in Richland its in a good area not far from other stores

Pretty good selection, good prices, but the lines can be really long at times. The self serve checkout (15 or less items) is much faster, so making a quick stop for a few last minute items is pretty quick.

The check out lines can be a little crowded but it’s a good store.

Standing in Winco with my handicapped wife and not one electric carts worked. Same excuse as Walmart, blah blah blah 😒

Normally fine but the cashier who was sitting on a stool had no patience for people bagging and insisted on putting my raw food on my fresh veggies and bread and was rude when I put it on the other belt as there was no more room kept telling me you cant do that I will bag this first after I pay seriously calm down chick sorry Im buying so many groceries today I have 4 teenagers to feed sorry your job is so hard while you sit there and scan my food. Hope you have a better day and can treat the rest of the customers better.

Winco is my choice for grocery shopping. The prices are good as well as the quality. There are friendly checkers that seem patient with large orders. Today the checker recommended getting fabric bags before they are gone. So I did! Thanks!

Often busy but easy to get in, find what you are looking for, and get out. Affordable prices, fresh produce, and very good quality WinCo brand goods as an option. This location is also very convenient to the highway.

Receiving department doesn’t care . I drove from Seattle area to there at night through the snowy slippery conditions at I-90 to deliver goods for them, I waited too long out that receiving door to give em paperwork but not responding, it was cold and My hands were almost froze to death so I left it hanging there. Otherwise no complains they started unloading later. People in store are friendly but also Confused.

I had never been to a WinCo Foods before! I was pleasantly surprised with the size or the store, the variety of products & the comparable prices to Walmarts!

Nice and stocked up I go for the salads and the wings didnt like that fact that self check out is 15 items or less and there was people with like 50 items or more and people are waiting in line with like 2 or 3 items

I really like Winco, their prices are super reasonable, & I LOVE their seasonals section, which has all kinds of handy items for the latest or upcoming season (usually located at the front of the store near the birthday cards or magazines). The one thing I dislike about Winco is their lack of variety for each item (i.e., brands of orange juice, brands of frozen juices, etc.)

I really wish I could rate them higher, but their employees do not seem to take wearing masks seriously. I went in the early morning, as Im high risk and wanted to avoid the crowds. Employees were finishing up stocking, and Id say 50% were not wearing their masks correctly, if they were wearing them at all. If you are high risk or live with someone who is, I dont recommend doing your grocery shopping at WinCo.

This is my familys favorite grocery in Richland. It has good prices and is easy to shop. It does not always have the best selection but makes up for that with the value of the products they sell.

Tired of getting of work around midnight and when I shop here there is absolutely no customer service to be had. I understand the meat and bakery depts. Are closed but the cashiers a d others working let should at least be able to pay attention little when asking a question or checking out. Im still spending money in your store you should at least give me a little bit of your time and courtesy. Not shopping at this location for a while after todays visit. Tired of it

Prices are hard to beat. I especially like the wide variety of items in the bulk food section. Area is nicely kept. Deli section is well stocked and looks fresh. Bakery has a great assortment of goodies, even ice cream cakes.Morning cashiers are friendly and efficient.

GREAT selection of veggies n fruits

Everyone wears a mask for one thing. You get a small discount if you bring your own, reusable shopping bag. Theyre always really well stocked and although its more expensive than Walmart, the overall quality of produce and other items are much better.

I would have given WinCo a solid 4 stars easily, but they need to manage their scheduling of cashiers better. Only half the lines were open and the line was halfway through the store. ALSO, the self checkouts have signs that say 11 items or less, and all but one of the checkout stands had people with carts completely full. Only reason I gave a two was because I based it on the sales they had, or it would have been less.

WinCo has a wide selection of food at great prices. The bulk section has an assortment of baking supplies, pasta, and candy, again, at great prices. There is a wide selection of meats and cheeses in the deli, a large dairy isle, lots of frozen items, and a wide selection of bread products. Standard grocery items from name brands are available, plus the more affordable WinCo store brand for many items.

We are OTR truck drivers who are not residents of WA state. We are spending the weekend at a near by hotel. And found this winco. It is really large with lots of variety. Fabulous prices. Bye bye safeway. Hello WinCo

This location is significantly cleaner than the location on Clearwater Avenue in Kennewick. The aisles are wide and the selection is much more diverse. Their are enough staff around to assist with customers questions and as always, everything is at a great Winco price.

Shopping was just fine. Checkout was fine, just one basket a head of me. Prices have gone way up. Not the stores fault. I am just disappointed in the human race.

Great prices on everyday groceries with an ever expanding selection of organic and other higher end foods. You wont see any frills, and youll bag your own groceries, but the money the store saves is passed on to their customers. So, Winco is consistently less expensive for the same products.

Customer service is great, always has what I am looking for, and I love the bulk section.
