Decided to visit the nice people over at Discount Tire in Richland, where a young man named Sergio hooked me up with some good tire. The service was excellent and the techs were great in explaining everything they did. Will be returning to do business with them in the future.

Ive bought many tires from them. They have some good deals throughout the year. They have popcorn and drinks for free while waiting to put on your tires. I like going in every couple of weeks for them to check my tire air pressure, therefore getting better mileage & save on gas since the weather changes drastically quite often in the Tri-cities. Fast and professional customer service every time. Several store locations throughout the area for your convenience.

When you buy tires I guess you have to choose between price and service. I bought the first set of tires that Ive ever bought from discount tire. Ive had a couple of issues with them one was a manufacturers defect the other one was just a flat. In both instances there is no way I could get timely service. For the flat repair I had my trailer hooked up ready to go. The front tire got a flat. We are leaving town and they said the best they could do was fix the flat by close of business. Even though I expressed how urgent it was since we were on the road leaving town. I decided to run down to Les Schwab tires because they always provide excellent service. They fix it right away no questions asked. Theyre just simply isnt a way to get good service from discount tire after the purchase.

Decided to purchase some tires through their website and get them to install them at their shop. Great selection of tires btw with different budges and types. Outstanding customer service, got a follow up and when they where ready to install, staff at front desk were so helpful with any inquiries I had. These guys are great. I came in with no appointment. They were busy but got me in as soon as possible. I had a screw in one of my tires. They fixed it and while checking air pressure found another screw in another tire and fixed it also. The price was great too. Thanks guys for getting me back on the road.

Unless you want to be waiting all day for a simple tire replacement i wouldnt recommend these guys, Les Schwab provides much better and faster service then these guys do .. 4+ hours for tire replacement is crazy and when I first got here they told me itll be about hour to hour and half wait (which is totally acceptable) but with no update or explanation just making others and myself sit around waiting wondering why its taking all day ridiculous

I ordered my tires online, the store had them the next day. I arrived about 90 minutes before my appointment and they were able to install the tires quickly with no problems or extra charges. The staff was very customer service originated and Im very pleased with the transaction.

This place has the best customer service ever! Every time! I always complain that so many businesses lack in customer service. But this place is different. Purchased new Michelin Defender tires and new TPM sensors for my SUV today. After they were installed, the four new TPM sensors weren’t programmed and tire pressure read 0 psi. Omar tried at least five times to get them to work and then swapped out the one that could have been causing the programming problem. That didn’t help, so I drove away with the annoying TPMS light on after getting new tires and sensors. I researched how to program the new sensors myself and after following GM’s deflating procedure, they all work flawlessly now. My four star review is due to the frustration of having to figure out the new sensors myself after paying and trusting a reputable shop to do it. Omar was helpful, referring me to Discount Tire’s Pasco branch to try to program the sensors again, but I didn’t want to waste any more time with another shop unable to program them the high tech way. In conclusion, I appreciate your determination and customer service, Omar. Keep up the good work. 👍 Thank you for the smooth, quality tires and installation, Discount Tire.

Service here is great when you are actually being seen so I can’t ding them for that. Scheduled an appointment at 2:30 didn’t even take my truck back until 3:30. I even saw people come after me, have their vehicles pulled into the bays. What’s the point of even making an appointment?

Star rating is 0 stars. Worst experience ever. Went in to get 4 new tires and the managers were just being straight aholes. Omar and the other manger with the shaved head. They were both extremely rude, wouldn’t even let me talk. I get all my vehicles serviced here and after this experience I dont think im ever getting tires here. I dont know if they can’t handle the amount of work they do but something need to change because whats the point of an appointment if they have you waiting 30 minutes just to get checked in and on top of that they have you waiting another hour and 30 minutes just to complete your vehicle.

I called ahead to see what the current wait-time was, then came in as a walk-in. I had to get a new tire on my vehicle, and provided the lug-nut key for the lugs. Upon getting my car back, the assistant manager, Gabriel, told me that one of my lug-nuts was bad when they pulled it off, and that it came off the tire like this. Heres the problem with that:The lug-nut no longer fit in the key provided.This matters, because I just changed that tire, using these same lugs four hours before my visit. The lugs were fine when I put them on the tire, when changing it. From looking at it physically, it looks as if theyd simply tried to tighten the lug instead of loosen it when attempting to pull off the wheel, as its twisted clock-wise. How they managed to squash it, I have no clue, but the lugs all went on just fine when I put them on in the first place.I know what youre thinking. Wow, this guy is really upset over a lug-nut! Theyre so cheap! Im not upset over the lug-nut. Im upset that they wouldnt own up to a simple mistake. Had they simply owned up to it, I wouldnt be here writing this. Im not here to crucify anyone over a ruined lug-nut. I just think its incredibly poor character to just not tell the truth, especially when its something so small. I wont be back to this Discount Tire location.

Ive done business through this store for about 4 years now. I have not had any issues. The customer service is in point, and the prices are reasonable. As far as how fast they get your tires done being on your car, I couldnt tell you. I typically drop my vehicle while its being serviced. They do not offer alignment services. They have tire air check station. The waiting room is clean and the bathrooms are clean.

Pulled in, went in, waited in line a few minutes, Tried to get help for a blow out but apparently they were too busy to even talk about it. Headed to Les Schwab now.

They charged me $75 for tire maintenance and rotation on a set of new Cooper tires. When I made an appt. to rotate the tires they told me the process might take up to 90 minutes to complete. I arrived on time as was told to wait. After 1 hr and 45 minutes and at least 5 other cars pulling in after me, and being serviced I decided to leave. What a waste of my time and $75. I plan to petition corporate HQ for a return of my $75 and purchase my tires for my two vehicles elsewhere.

Like others have said making appointment didn’t matter last week. Others were being serviced as walk ins before my vehicle. Was told it would take an hour and a half for patch so I said that’s fine. Was told to go park and turn on emergency lights to show I was checked in. No one ever came.

Usually good customer service. I like that the technician meets directly to discuss the service results rather than a go-between conversation. The reservation system seems useless since they are generally running behind. Still good prices and Ill keep giving them my business.

Bought tires online. Good service. Only issue I had was they tried to sell me $240 of TPMS sensors I did not need. Fortunately I had a tool to fix the TPMS light.

The manager Adrian and his staff treat us like family they go above and beyond the call of duty to meet our needs. Bought tires online and showed up at the appointed time. In and out in 30 minutes! Great tires.

I brought in a new set of HRE wheels in the boxes to have some tires mounted on them and balanced on their Hunter Roadforce system. They got me in fast and everything was according to plan. When I came to pick up the wheels one of them had been marred by a shop accident and a chip of the face/spoke of one wheel was damaged.Youre probably looking up at the 5 star rating with questions. Well, I dont select people and organizations to work with because I expect human perfection. I choose to establish business relationships based on ethics and fairness. And how Discount Tire took care of me, as a customer, was more than I could have asked for. The manager immediately came out and told me indeed the damage I saw was not there when I brought the wheels in, then he told me he would order up a brand new wheel for me and asked to keep one of the boxes for the wheels while he ordered it. He also let me keep the damaged wheel, which now had the tire on it, so that I had a functional set of winter tires to drive on until the replacement arrived. Within about a week (it took my guy 6 weeks to get the set of 4), they had the correct replacement wheel ordered and into the shop. They also fit me in to get the tire and TPMS moved over to the new wheel. They retained all the boxes and associated packaging for me. And, they were polite and not bitter about it.They certainly took a loss on this transaction due to the cost of the wheel but they earned my business. Were new to the area and planning additional tire replacements and wheels for upcoming vehicles. This will be my shop going forward. Very happy with the service and integrity of this group.

I bought a set of new tires and days later I had a flat tire in the parking lot at work. I called when they opened and they sent an employee to look at the tire and take it back to their shop. I had a piece of metal in the tire so it was not repairable. They replaced the tire and drove back to my work to install the new one. Service with a smile, at its best! Your exceptional customer service has made me a customer for life.

I have bought 3 sets of tires and 2 sets of wheels from this store and the customer service is phenomenal. They are knowledgeable and very friendly. And of course they cannot be beat on price. I really like the mentality of sell at lower cost to gain more buisness. This moto probes right every time. They want to help the customer, not Rob them blind like most other tire shops. I will keep coming back to discount tire no matter what or why. I send all my friends to discount tire as well.

First of all Covid SAFTEY is the best I have seen anywhere. The friendly efficient staff tells you up upfront how long and when they can service you. The inside of the store and restrooms are immaculate, but you can wait outside in comfortable chairs if you want.I live in Kentucky and we do not have any Discount Tires. When I lived in Wyoming we used only Discount Tire and boy do I miss them.Knowledgeable, friendly and reasonable tire prices.We have RVed for many years and have had problems arise because of tire shops that didn’t do the job right because of sloppy work and you were traveling through. Good price of tires but that is where it ends. There customer service can use some work and their knowledge of their prices needs work.They told me a price to fix my tire and then when it came time to pay they changed the price. UPDATE!!!! The price changed again. This time I went in to get one of my other tires fixed and they they tried to double the price of last time. They had to order my tire will take 35 business days to get in then they told me that they aired my tires up all the way but the low pressure light was still on and I had air them up when I got home to get to light off.

I needed to purchase two new tires for my car, and after comparing prices online found that Discount Tire truly does love up to its name. I called ahead to confirm that the store nearest to me did in fact have the correct fire size in stock, and spoke with a friendly and efficient employee named Sergio. (Whom I later discovered was the assistant manager.) I told him that I would drop off the car directly after I got home from work Friday night at 5:00. I didnt expect them to actually be able to start work on my car until Saturday or Sunday. Through a series of events including misdirections and rush hour traffic, I didnt arrive at the shop until after they closed at 6:00. Despite this, I walked in, hoping against hope that they would at least permit me to leave the car with them. I was surprised and pleased to be informed that they would start work on immediately. I only had to wait twenty minutes and then my car was ready to go. It was by far the best experience Ive ever had with mechanics and I was wholly impressed by their amazing and considerate customer service. I just want to say thank you to Sergio, the other employee who helped me at the counter (forgive me, but I didnt catch your name), and those who worked on my car. Keep up the good work!

Did not like the way you get your discount price. You wont guarantee your tires unless you buy a warranty and you dont say this up front when you are asking for prices. So I wont be buying tires again.

Ordered tires online and scheduled appointment for 1 week later for installation. Arrived for my appointment (as scheduled) and was told my tires had not arrived. No phone call telling me about the delay even though they had the nerve to lie straight to my face and tell me they had called and left me a voicemail. As it turns out they did send me an email, however it went to my spam folder.

Showed up late to appointment right before the store closed (100% my bad) with a trailer we needed to tow back to Yakima. Trailer came with real old sketchy tires and I didn’t want to take it on the freeway even. Discount tire guys got us taken care of and on the road! 110% recommend these guys!

Arrived at 3:35 for my 4 p.m. appointment for 2 new tires, checked in. At 5pm I got out of my car to find out what the delay was.4 other cars who came in after me were all in bays or finished and left. Someone at 5:15 finally approached me had me pull my car up to the wall, told me to stay in the car and manually jacked my car up and applied the new tires. 😪What happened to service and appointment times? No apology or explanation for delay.

Costco shipped to the wrong location. Went here, they price matched and were able to get my tires done. They were really busy, but they went out of their way to take care of me... I really appreciated it!

Great service and they will find time to get you in and out very quickly. They carry all the big name brand tires for even cheaper than Costco. I purchased BFGs for about 100 dollars less than anywhere else after some extensive shopping around. I had a flat on my way to work with one of those tires from some road debris and I went there with no appointment and they changed the tire in about 30 minutes with zero charge, that how everyone should do business.

I bought my wheels and tires last year at this location and came in this morning because I had a screw in my tire needs repaired. I have purchased wheels and tires for several of my vehicles over the years with Discount Tire but in a different state. I took off work and knew Id have at least an hour wait which is understandable. That wasnt the case... They made me and another woman wait for over 2 hours and my car still hadnt been touched. They said they take walk ins and since I have an almost flat tire I figured that was walk-in worthy... Cant really drive around for a week for their next appointment . After waiting with no word from them at all and only 1 other person in the lobby I finally asked if it would be soon. He said not for another 2 hours because they had appointments ahead of me. Really?? Youre going to make me wait in your lobby for 4 hours? I had to get back to work so I left with the screw still in my tire and they did nothing. Not sure if the other woman got helped or not. I guess they dont care if their women customers are stranded or wrecked somewhere. I wont be spending my money there ever again if they cant help me when I truly need it!!! My husband ended up taking my car to car Les Schwaab and it was fixed immediately. Thats where Ill be taking my business from now on.

These guys are my go-to place for tires. They are easy to schedule with and often finish the job before the time they say. They stand behind thier promises and are the most reasonably priced tire place in town

Great service, usually very quick, prices reasonable, especially considering their guarantees.I called with a nail in a tire on my way to Seattle. They fixed it in 20 minutes and sent me on my way at no charge. A couple of weeks later the tire went flat again, they took it off off but couldnt find anything wrong, so they buffed the inside of the tire in case there was a little rock in there, and they coated it with some kind of sealant, and didnt charge me that time either. Tire has been fine since.Chairs available to wait, or several restaurants nearby if youre having a whole set of tires installed.

Very VERY honest! We went there thinking that we needed to replace the front tires before Winter and Dennis told us that hed love to sell us tires, but we dont need tires right now. He couldve sold us tires, but hes THAT HONEST! But well be back next summer!

The guys here are top-notch! And that pretty much goes for any Discount Tire Ive done business with. I was driving in from Seattle and had a flat just about an hour outside of the Tri-Cities. I went in to see these guys hoping I could get some tires for the trip home but unfortunately they had to be ordered. But Dennis and Sergio gave me a nice loaner tire that was very similar to the set I already had so I could get home. They also called the local store near my home and has a new set ordered and waiting when I got home. They ordered the tires at about 10:30 Saturday morning and they were delivered to my local store by 5pm that same evening. Just cant say enough good things about these guys. I would leave 500 Stars if I could!

Set up an appointment earlier in the day, showed up and talked to Dominic about which At tires I should get. He matched the price of some I found at a competitor and they got them on my truck in about an hour. Super low hassle tire shop, great prices and great customer service

Ive spent thousands on tires over the years and sent many referrals. Stopped in this morning with a flat tire from my sons rig in the bed of my pickup. Waited and was ignored by counter people. Then finally he (dominik?) rudely said what do you need? Then said they have other appointments and would be several HOURS!. What? I thought they took care of existing clients but no such thing. We went to Les Schwab and greeted with a smile, in and out 15 minutes. They will get our business from now on. Cheap priced tires, apparently cant afford quality service. .

Emilio saved the day when we got a flat and had damage to another tire on a Saturday night before we had to leave town the next morning. Every tire shop around was closing for the night and they were all closed Sunday. We made it to his store 2 minutes before they closed and he went out of his way to take care of us. Really appreciate his professionalism and hard work!

Usually I happy with prices.I left with my sensor light on. When I got home found my spare was low on air. Should of been detected. I left a tire shop with a faulty spare. This should never happen

Poor management, dropped off a wheel for a tire change, was told 3 days and they will call ..2 weeks later still no call, stoped by and was told that no one mounted it .was asked to come back next day . second time this happens

I had a pretty good experience with Discount Tires. I purchase 4 new tires for my Sedan. All was great only thing is that they dont do alignment which I had to go elsewhere. Other then that, I would recommend.

I have purchased about 7 sets of tires at this location for everything from a Geo metro, to mud tires for my Toyota, trailer tires, and drag radials for my 1970 Nova, and Adrian, Kyle, and Reggie have always treated me right. They recently damaged some tires while dismounting (fluke) and they replaced those two tires at no charge.My family owns a farm with 20+ pickups and a ton of equipment and ATVs that we have a big account with the guys with the blue and yellow pickups, and Discount has consistently given better service and advice. I am very happy with them and will keep coming back for a long time.

It was a good place till I sent my wife.They treated her way below expectations. I’m in the customer service industry and when you don’t have the ability to explain your trade with patience and respect then your business goes down. Women have a great deal of influence making decisions in almost every household for almost every industry no matter what that industry is. Needless to say they claim they don’t do brakes but my wife was told we will need a new caliper🤷🏻‍♂️Never they offer to give me a call if they wanted to talk about specific parts. I wish I would have been there to set those guys in place and tell them how inefficient, low skilled, pour customer service, disrespectful and incompetent they are but guess what? This review has more lasting impact.

Some new staff not as knowledgeable as others but very energetic. My TPMS was tripped by seasonal temperature drop. A very nice young man added air to the manufacturer recommend pressure. The TPMs was not reset as advertised. The two tire mechanics didnt know how. I was advised to drive the car and the system would reset. It didnt.
