Vic is a keeper for all repairs on our Mercedes GL 450. We had one place give us a crazy estimate. We went to get a second opinion.He was very honest and communicated every detail. He had my car running in a day and for half the price of my other mechanic. My Benz is running like new.

Car wouldnt start. Towed it here because of recommendations. Told me itd take a few days. Thought it wasnt a big deal. Left it right before Valentines Day. Got a callback finally 2-3 weeks later, said it was ready. Got there, paid $1000...got in the car, and it wouldnt even try to turn. Worse than when I left it. I couldnt take it anywhere else because it was now stuck and I didnt want another tow fee. Called every 3 days, and he gave the same excuse, Ive been working alone this week, but someone finally came in today. We can look at it today. I guess he forgets his excuses cuz he said this every 3 days for 2 more weeks. Surprised when he finally called me and said he found the problem and would just change me for the part and not labor. The part is only $50. Finally got the car started, and he charges me $150. Again...the part was $50...he left his part receipt on the desk from the junkyard for the used part. Left upset...and now my electrical is messed up. No blower, no radio, no automatic doors anymore, no rear cam, and door locks buttons all no longer work.TLDR; 2 Months for no start, paid over $1000, for it to come back in worse condition. Dont take it here.

I would highly recommend Vic and his team. He is very knowledgeable and experienced with intricate and complicated car brands like my Volvo S40. He was able to diagnose my issues very quickly and his explanations were spot on to the issues I was experiencing with my car. He wasnt at all trying to rip me off like other places. The prices were fair and were about what I was expecting to pay for these kind of repairs. He replaced both the oil separator and a radiator hose in 24 hours. I was shocked because I have never had repair service done that quick before. It has been about 2 months since the repair and my car is running strong and exactly like it should. I would definitely use him again in the future.

Vic and his crew have been servicing my 2004 Honda Accord for the past 5yrs. They are friendly, knowledgeable, great at troubleshooting issues and I usually get my car back from the shop 4 to 5 hours after I drop it off. Today I dropped my car off at 9am and it was ready at 11:30am! Much cheaper than the dealership & more reliable too!

I would estimate Vic (the owner) has worked on over 15 cars in my extended family in the past 20 years.His diagnostic ability of electronic problems is astounding. I have never seen Vic unable to find the problems of any of my family cars. He has worked on our new vehicles while under warranty, as well as older Volvo cars that my family drove for many years. I have even taken my Ford truck for him to work on.I can not recommend this company high enough. They are fair, fast, and above all, they are honest.
