This is the WORST place to purchase a vehicle. My fiancé purchased a vehicle and on day 3 the car started shaking and then a week later it stopped working. This dealership took it to their mechanic and then somehow it was transferred to the actual Chevy Service to work on. We were promised a loaner or a new vehicle by David. For the past 1.5 weeks we have been gaslighted. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Purchased a car and 2 days later it started giving me issue starting. 4 days after I got it on a Sunday the battery went dead so I had to buy a new one out of pocket since I needed the car for work the next day. The dealer insist I should’ve let them know since they have a shop where they get parts discounted but they are closed on Sunday so not sure how I was supposed to get in touch with them. I had to make a payment to them and deducted the price of the battery from the payment but they called me back saying you have to pay the rest or you can bring the car back. The car also needs brakes now as it shakes when I apply them. They supposedly do a multipoint inspection on all cars so either that’s not the case or they need to hire more competent employees.

1 month ago I bought a car from them The person who was selling me the car told me it was $3000 down payment which that was fine two weeks later he asked for more money of down payment I told them that I didn’t have the money till that day he wanted the money now a few days later he took the car keep in mind I did the first months payment which my money is not going to be refunded at all I lost a lot here I don’t recommend nobody to buy a car from the dealer shop. It was awful and a bad customer service rude and also disrespectful.

Just not impressed with their upkeep on inventory. Call about a vehicle and its been gone for months. Also, one of their salesman ran a hard credit check on me without my permission or without me signing anything. I asked him if he was running a hard credit check and he lied to my face and said no. Only reason its getting 2 stars is because the boss was cool about stuff. Just very confusing how they operate.

I stopped by to check it out since this place had so many good reviews, but i had a different experience. They were so judgmental, i was looking around in the lot, no one acknowledged us & whenever i was looking at this specific car the girl came out and said “i hope you’re not looking at this one”. Not even a ‘hey how can we help?’ . The car could of been sold which is why she told me that but she could of come at me a different approach instead of being straight up rude.

Around 3:45pm, we called to ask about the availability of a Black 2014 Jeep. We even gave them the vin number. The salesperson said it was available. We explained to them that we would be driving from 2 hours away to look at the vehicle and purchase, and that we would arrive by 6:30pm. They should have been expecting us.Upon arrival we entered the business office and the saleswoman stalled by getting the keys for a completely different jeep. I showed her the photo of the Jeep we discussed on the phone along with the VIN number. At that point she said “let me get the lady to bring it back”. We waited outside confused, but gave her the benefit of the doubt. They didn’t even offer us to come inside and take a seat.We entered the building ourselves only to overhear them saying it was sold.Why weren’t we called back to be told it was sold? Why were we given the run around?Terrible customer service. Terrible team of salespeople. Terrible business overall.I highly recommend no one come here.

I am so grateful for this car lot after 2 years of being without a car i am now financing a 2018 Toyota Camry !!! I first heard of this dealership on facebook after speaking with Yadira who was very professional and extremely nice! She had gave me all the information i needed so i went ahead and scheduled an appointment to meet in person, once entering the office i was greeted so warmly by Ms.Mayra we went over all the requirements and finally thanks to god Ms.Mayra and the finance manager David were able to qualify me for a really great car. please be advised financing a car can be time consuming you must be prepared and come with all necessary documentation but overall My experience with Legacy Auto was Great. I ASK VICTORIA FOR HIS NAME BUT FOR SOME REASON SHE SAID SHE DID NOT KNOW HIS LAST NAME. ONLY KNOWS HIM BY JR . THIS GUY DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIED FOR MAKING ME COME ALL THE WAY OVER HERE. Was planning on buying a vehicle from this dealership. The woman who answered the phone was very unprofessional, rude, and hung up the phone due to the fact that I had called this location and their Dallas location and said it got destroyed from a “hurricane” when has Dallas had hurricane... if that’s the type of professionalism their clerk has can’t imagine their sales department. I had mentioned that it would be a good idea to change the information on their websites and offer up since they have two different locations Richardson and Dallas. Which, she then was disrespectful by murmuring something under her breath and rudely hung up. I work in sales and customer service should be the top priority especially when it comes to handling a TI that could potential bring more business.
