I was greeted as soon as I walked in the lady preceded to tell me about the sales and the specials. I asked her a couple questions she was very knowledgeable and guided me to where I needed to be. Check out was beautiful even help me with a discount

I was greeted at the door and directed to the items that I was looking to purchase. There was a little bit of a wait to check out, but the line moved quickly. It was a good experience.

Always very clean and stocked inside. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Rarely have I run into any staff that is anxiety inducing (lol) forceful with sales. By far my favorite Bath and Body Works to visit!

Staff is either really nice, like overwhelming so... Or they think Im stealing 🤷🏽‍♀️its clean and crowded. The evening shift isnt so rude the manager was really awesome. I try to avoid this one if its during the day or weekend.

My experience today at Bath and Body Works was great! I made an online order and I came here to pick up the order . I did the 6 foaming hand soaps for $28.00 deal. I purchased Vanilla Coconut, Champagne Toast, Mahogany Teakwood, Lavender Mint, Aromatherapy Eucalyptus and Tea, and Georgia Peach. The employees in the store were great. You can only shop at two tables and they only let a certain amount of people in and you have to social distance and wear a mask.

They have a very sweet older women in there.While at the register I asked for a couple of the colorful gift bags. The young girl at the register said she didnt have No more. Mind you they were everywhere in the store . I felt like she didnt want to see if they had some more. She made me feel as if I was being rushed out the line. I just didnt feel welcomed at this location. Other employees acted as if they were to busy to answer questions. Only one that helped me was the elder woman...She was a sweetheart...I will stick to the Easton location from now on...

Reynoldsburg, OH location on Taylor Rd was busy at 2:30 pm. We went his for my husbands body wash which was on sale. Great staff, great products. Enter from outside & you are greeted. To the right as you go in in separate building is Walmart & to the left is the entrance to a Hall mark shop.

As a married man of over 30 years I feel the sprays and lotions are quite high priced.. however th when they have sales they have a great sale.. thats when you buy and stock up..my wife says it last an entire 12HR shift for her at Amazon so it is very high quality and a couple sprays will last my daughters and wife and granddaughter all day.. wife and girls wish they would bring back the lilac from the late 90s every female loved it..great place to buy a gift for a secret Santa it the like because I dont think its possible to buy something that the recipient would not like at all..

I did a order online and received one of my spray bottles that didnt work so I went in the store and exchanged it out for a new bottle and I was very happy to also find out that I received a coupon on my app for a free item up to $7.50 saw in the process of doing that the male gentleman that work that day the black gentleman with the glasses I fail to recall his name I apologize but he helped me pick out some great fragrances for a male friend of mine and I came home and placed my order online for the two fragrances also picked up a gift card for the that I smelled in the store and also got them on the 75% off semi-annual sale so thank you so much for a wonderful experience two days in a row at bath & body works in Columbus Ohio out on the freeway of 256 blacklick area

The best thing about this place is theres always great deals for everyone male and female wonderful people working with you its always a great experience.

Bath & Bodys due diligence in ensuring store safety by limiting number of people in the store at one time. Cold temps and snow didnt stop customers from waiting outside for safe entry into the store.

I loved going to see the sale items after ordering online there are just some items you must get in store I went to the Reynoldsburg one. I however felt judgement upon entry as if you already think you know how much I am going to spend and how much attention you should give to me before being annoyed. Just because I have tattoos doesnt mean I am broke and in jail in fact I have never seen a prison wall in my life. Once I got inside the store from the greater it was much much better. Treat people how you would like to be treated if not better

Pretty decent sale today on some things I was interested in purchasing. Everyone there was very helpful. They are enforcing Covid-19 protocols in their store which made me feel good and safe. Counter is wiped down after every purchase.

Its always a good trip to this location. They are having the semi annual sale right now so it was really crowded. You cant go wrong here!

Im writing this review because it is the third or 4th time this has happened to me and hopefully the Manager reads this. I understand providing good customer service but being asked by 4 different people like vultures if I am looking for something or if I need help? Yeah Im looking for Bath and Body. I mean I want to shop in peace not someone breathing down my back. One person the greeter can greet me/ ask me not 3 more people after that. I usually spend at least $100 but walked out with nothing after the 4th person asked me. I put my bag down and left and bought zero!!! This happened another time shortly after Christmas and I dont know if it was district manager but everyone was just hanging out and being annoying. Please let me shop and enjoy my experience not be bothered every 2 seconds, do you need help. Do you need help. Can I help you find something. Omg just stop!!

We were walking by and saw they had candles on sale, which my wife just had to check out. Store was nice and employees were helpful and friendly.

I love Bath and Body Works Ive been shopping there since I was a teenager. Talk about retail therapy not only do you get to shop away but you also get to go home relax in a nice bubble bath or shower to ease all those aches and pains using you favorite sent. Gotta teen dont be mean or make them clean just pop in a Bath and Body Works wallflower with your favorite sent sit back relax and enjoy the sents you want and forget the ones you dont.

I got an email full of savings for bath and body works.I went to the store located at 2829 Taylor rd. in reynoldsburg, and was told that the store would not honor the advertised prices because that store did not get the approval from corporate to honor the advertised prices.???? I didnt understand that and asked to see a manager. So the manager basically told me that I would not be able to purchase items on sale at that store because she had not gotten the go ahead from corporate, even though the advertisement clearly stated that the items were on sale. and today is the first day of the sale. I had to let the manager know that, thats false advertising, and Ill be writing a letter to the corporate office and will name her and the sales associate in the letter. and then she gave me the sale price. I work very hard and I dont want a dispute when I go shopping. I am also not foolish, you cant tell me anything and expect me to believe it. that was a very bad experience. I wont ever shop there again.

There is a line outside too get in the store to shop! May wait up to 30 minutes to get in. But once inside goes quickly.

I get regular coupons in the mail. I love their hand soaps. I usually get the foaming soap, it comes in a nice variety of scents. The kitchen lemon hand soap is awsome. One of the coupons normally offer a free item, while supplies last. The staff is very helpful and friendly. If you ha e your arms full they will take your items a d put them behind the counter so you can keep looking! Great place to shop.

7/14/2020 entered the store at 9am opening time wearing my mask. Was asked to use the hand sanitizer they provide at the door. Also instructed to spray the test strips with the sample bottles in order to smell the scents.Found what I was looking for. Most items are on some kind of sale.

I have chemical burns on my hands from the foaming Hand soap bought at this location. I have shopped at Bath and Body Works since I was a child and I will never ever come back after this. It’s been days since the initial reaction and the redness and pain have not subsided. So disappointed in how far this company has fallen.

Every year I go in the spring to get my lilac candles. I love the scent of lilacs always have. So I got my 4 candles until I can go get more. They smell so good.
