I just had the best visit here! Natalie is amazing! Ive never had an employee from any store under any chain as attentive and pay such close attention to detail as she did. Natalie was just fantastic, I literally cannot say enough good things about her! She went above and beyond to help me out!

Blonde lady is very rude.. I had compiled 3 separate returns because over the past month sallys stopping taking returns for a while due to covid. Not my fault they werent accepting returns then, but the blonde hair dyed lady (I would assume the manager by how she was directing the other workers very demandingly) treated me like a criminal for having several returns. She asked me if they were used and I said no, as I was returning stuff my partner had not needed/ wanted so to my knowledge they had not been opened. When she checked, she found that one of the products had been opened and lightly used and she grilled me about it so I told her I wasnt aware of whether or not he had used it and said sorry. She rolled her eyes, gave me a dirty look and said very loudly WELL HM LOOKS LIKE ITS BEEN USED QUITE A BIT ACTUALLY.. A LOT IS ACTUALLY MISSING. SO SINCE SHE USED THIS ONE MARK IT AS USED FOR THE RERURN. SO DID YOU USE THE OTHER THINGS TOO?? JUST DIDNT WANT THEM ANYMORE, hmm? Made things very awkward and uncomfortable. Its Sally Beauty, calm down...Update: Since returning, she was polite. Perhaps it was an off day or my miscommunication. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again.

The manager natalie was very helpfull when we wanted ro bleach and dye my wifes hair.

They are so happy to help even if it has nothing to do with beauty supplies. The gal working there helped with without hesitation even though I was not even a customer! She deserves a raise! If I had hair or even was slightly beautiful (there is no helping this face) I would recommend this place simply due to their concern for other human beings.

I went into Sallys today to get super glue and resin. I seen a promotion for buying 4 shadows and get the case for free.Everything was rang up when I was given my receipt I asked about the case for holding the eye shadows...the clerk helping me said the case had been discontinued. I told her the promotion should be taken down. I was told the stores were told they could not take it down. I will be taking back the eye shadows because without the case to hold them I dont want them.This was a very poor customer service experience...no apology no offer to ask if there was anything they could do. Rexburgh pretty poor customer service.

I’ve been in the store several times knowing exactly what I want, and the staff goes out of their way to talk to you like garbage. They sass and talk down to you. Mainly the blonde girl there ( I know very distinct description) is just beyond rude. There are other locations, you know. People don’t have to deal with your staff being major A-Holes.

I wouldn’t recommend. We called on Saturday to confirm their return policy, and they didn’t uphold it when we came in on Monday. The manager wouldn’t return our original receipt either.

Had a great employee help me out.I arrived knowing that I would be a bit of a pain. I had a big purchase to make, so naturally I had lots of questions and needed lots of help.Dayna helped me out and was super patient with me. I ultimately ended up waking out with a set of clippers that I haven’t regretted for a minute. I couldn’t be happier with her help!

I always love coming in the this store. They always have my hair color stocked, their promotions program is awesome and their employees are always helpful! Great Job!
