After going to several ophthalmologists for my MGD and dry eyes, I finally feel hopeful that Dr B can offer me a treatment plan that will actually improve my condition.

I have been going to this office for years now, so naturally I recommended for my husband to start coming here. Well about a week ago he experienced some of the worst service, not from the staff members but from the doctor himself! He practically laughed in my husbands face and told him he doesnt need glasses. And for the record, my husband has been wearing glasses and struggling with his vision for decades!! I was completely embarrassed. Ill be requesting to have my records released ASAP. I hope someone in that office will hold him accountable for his unprofessionalism. As a doctor, you should never make your patient feel like a burden.

Dr. Belaustegui helped my wife after she had bug killer sprayed directly into her eye at work. She met us after hours and treated her with exceptional care and follow up over following week.I went in this last month for an eye exam. She recommended a pair of glasses for my computer work, and one for driving. I truly didn’t realize how bad my vision was until I wasn’t squinting at my computer, and seeing tree lines clearing miles away. Thank you for taking care of us.

Dr. Rowan is wonderful but I will never again purchase my glasses here. My out of pocket for new lenses and a cheap pair of computer only glasses was $450!!! That is outrageous!!!! I hesitate to recommend anyone to these guys except Dr. Rowan is a great doctor.

I went here over a year ago to get some glasses because I was experiencing headaches while reading or looking on my phone. My experience while I was there was good. At the end they asked me if I wanted any coating on my glasses and they recommended the blue light blocking one. It was a lot extra but I did it anyways because they said it would help. Yesterday while talking to my friend who works for a optometrist, she was looking at my glasses and recommended I get the blue light blocking coating. I said I was told it was already on there and I paid extra for it. After just one look at my glasses she told me that in fact it was not and I just had a regular anti glare coating on them and that they never actually put on the blue coating.So I went over a year wearing glasses that I thought had blue coating on them. I was concerned that it wasn’t on there while wearing them because I still wasn’t feeling much relief, but I spent so much money on them that I just trusted that they were what they said they were.I went on amazon and spent $12 on a pair of blue blocking glasses and immediately noticed a difference from the pair I spent like $100 with insurance. Moral of the story always double check that they did what they said they did.

Great team. Great service. Great experience.Everyone is very helpful and friendly and feels to genuinely care for their patients. The office is beautiful and easy to access. I see Dr. Rowan and highly recommend him and his services to anyone in need. I have also been seen by Dr. Michitsch whom I would also recommend.

Dr. Belaustegui is excellent. She explains everything in detail and makes certain all questions are answered. It was frightening for me to think about glaucoma and cataracts, but Dr. B explained what it means and options for treatment. Sarah was very helpful and kind. She helped me understand the tests she was doing and the insurance coverage issues. Everyone in the office has been responsive, polite, and easy to work with.

This eye zone on McCarran is the worst!!! Absolutely terrible customer service!!! If you need to go to eye zone go to another location! When I went to pick up my glasses the lady was very rude! They talk bad about their customers that call. I was hearing all this while waiting to have my glasses adjusted! Also they would not stay open to adjust my glasses agian. I called ahead of time to ensure they would, I was trying my best to arrive at 5pm, I arrived 2 minutes after 5pm and she locked the doors on me. She knew I was coming and didnt care!! Terrible place! Eye zone is a great place, just go to other eye zone other than this one!!!

This practice and these doctors are top notch! Ive had the pleasure of seeing a couple of the doctors over the last couple years and I must say they are awesome. Daniel Rowan is the best of the best. His staff is very knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish! Wouldnt go any where else!

I really enjoyed getting my eyes checked. Dr. Rehal was very through in her exam. She even found out what the issue I was having. She was able to get me prism glasses that I pick up sometime this week! I hope they help with my everyday life. I am glad she listened to me and my complaints and didn’t stop until she got the answers she was looking for. Definitely a doctor who wants what is best for her clients.Quick question.Are patients required to purchase their glasses in your office or are we able to get the prescription and take to somewhere?

The Staff is very friendly, but Im on Disability so money is tight. When I got my glasses 2 months after the eye exam, I had paid alittle over $100. I can see far with them but I cannot see close up. I didnt like the feeling I got when I wore them. I only wore them 3 days and the arm piece that goes around the ear broke. I gave them back to be repaired and another 2 months went by. I never picked them back up .They will not refund my money. Out of 6 months Ive worn them 3 days. Im not happy.

Weve been seeing Dr. Rowan for about 7 years now. Hes been great when it has come to the vision needs of my two young sons. They both need glasses and his staff has always been super helpful with picking out frames for them, and they have a good selection of glasses for kids. Scheduling an appointment has always been easy and when we go in, we never have to wait long, which I appreciate a lot.

Dr. Rowan is very amiable and VERY thorough -- obviously knows what hes doing. Made a swift recommendation on which lenses would solve my issues and explained the benefits/drawbacks for the possible choices. The staff is also really efficient, welcoming and friendly.

Not recommendable at all. My daughter has her vision exam every year in this office. This time her vision was worse and Dr Michitsch just said “that happens”. That must not have to happen if she wears glasses properly. Besides I’m not confident that he made the correct prescription last year and this time too. He gives us just a few minutes to talk to him and doesn’t explain anything very well. It seems he is always in a hurry. We felt that he didn’t care at all.

Since they moved their professionalism has declined. If you want to hear the front desk employees discuss their lives while ignoring you, this is the place to go. It wasnt one thing but a handful of irritations and instances of incompetence that made me choose to go elsewhere. It might be a fine the first time you go but after awhile it just isnt worth it. I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone.

These folks are always so friendly and easy to work with. Had a little hiccup with my piggyback insurance as they were not familiar with it but they worked with me to figure it out. I recommend them to everyone.

The first time I visited EyeZone, the experience went well, my appointment was with Dr. Michitsch and he was a very friendly, professional, and respectful person.The second time I referred my husband, and we both had examinations within the same week. We saw the same doctor, this time Dr. Amy Sullivan. She was rude to the point of being disrespectful. I have been wearing contacts for 15 years and she talked down to me, treating me as if I had no idea how to wear my contacts or clean them. For the record, in 15 years I have never had an eye infection or a scratch. They automatically tried to charge me for ordering contacts without asking my permission for the purchase. Normally I order contacts through a 3rd party, due to a family discount. When I said I would be ordering my contacts through someone else and needed my paper prescription, she treated me like I was stupid and attempted to hardsell me on ordering within her office. I had to ask repeatedly for the paper copy of my prescription. For my husband, who has never needed glasses or anything before in his life, she treated him poorly as well, even selling him products that he did not need. When I filed my information with the 3rd party place to order my contacts and provided EyeZones contact info for verifying the prescription, EyeZone refused to cooperate and verify the prescription, almost leading to a cancellation of my order. The behavior is quite ridiculous and it looks like I will be looking for a new optometrist.

I posted an honest review of this optometrist on their site, but they removed it, further representative of their unprofessionalism. They dont keep the majority of negative reviews, unless they have excuses they can post in response, it seems. Hence their stellar self-reviews rating is highly exaggerated hogwash. Here is my uncensored review, something hard to get on 1st party review pages:I used to be pretty pleased with this optometrist office, but since about when it switched to being called EyeZone its gone rapidly downhill. One example is they mentioned they have a price guarantee for contacts, so I figured Id just check into it. They gave me inconsistent information about contact lens prices, and eventually it turned out their lowest prices were still a lot higher than the internet company I mentioned. Their price guarantee is a total lie. First they quote a much lower price than it was, then they put through the contacts order without my okay, though they did later credit the charges. (Molly and Michelle are two who were unprofessional in mishandling this.)Except for (Im pretty sure her name is) Melanie, a sweet receptionist who has been there a long time, there are countless new receptionists all of whom that Ive spoken with are thoroughly unpleasant when it comes to anything to do with charges/billing. Every time Ive tried asking something about billing, theyve been supremely irrational, defensive, incompetent, and/or patronizing. Dr. Michitsch is cool, but can be overly impatient sometimes. Im thinking Ill switch to a more professional optometrist office, chiefly because of those receptionists uncalled-for attitudes and incompetence.
