I looked EVERYWHERE to find proper shirts for work, and was told to come here. I was not disappointed! I was able to get plenty of shirts, on sale too! Would definitely recommend 👌

Online ordering was simple and fast. Pick up was easy. Prices for curtains were reasonable...they have good quality merchandise.

My parents used to take me to the store all the time to do school clothes shopping well I figured I would take my kids to the store to do clothes shopping they did have a really good sales inside of the store I dont know if its due to them being short-staffed but oh my word it looks like a mob of 100 people came in that store and just started throwing stuff everywhere.

I enjoy shopping at JCPenny. I am a bargain shopper and there are always bargain when ever you go. Clean friendly customer service, and no lines

A good place to go when you are investing in clothes. The quality is high, so the clothes last so much longer. I used to buy my sons school uniforms here. You ended up giving them away when he outgrew them. I bought Walmart and that stuff wasnt scotchguarded or anything and ended up buying JC Penney within a month. Little boys you know are tough.

This is the saddest department store in Reno. The cashiers are listless and counting the moments until the end of their shifts, and unable to perform a simple online return. I never did locate the womens plus size clothing; I suspect the department (which has been shrinking for years) has finally gone the way of the dinosaur since women over a size 14 dont need clothing. The sales floor is sparse in some areas, overcrowded in others, and woefully disorganized throughout. Being there today was a reminder of why I never shop in this store.

JCPENNEY has been one of the places that I have started using more often. In store some, but mostly online. The value and savings can be pretty good if you catch the sales and save up your rewards. This store isnt huge, but does have a lot to offer. Employees were not exceptional, but they were average the several times Ive been. COVID has been hard on customer service so I dont expect much.

Hadnt been to a mall in decades.. Glad I went, I bought three pairs of shoes.. All on sale.!!

OMG...I didnt know their was a JCPenney out in Carson City. My 1st time there was great. Great customer service & I received help immediately without having to look for assistance every time. They really do pay attention & lookout for their customers!!!

Found exactly what I was looking for and it was all on sale.!

Honestly pricing here is very mixed. Sometimes youll get an amazing price for good quality, other times youll get really bad quality items that are pretty expensive. The customer service isnt the worst but it isnt the best either. I dont see many employees and sometimes when I do see them and they see me theyll avoid me. However, there are some employees who are amazing at their job by being very nice and very helpful. The store is clean, organized, and seems to be well maintained.

Wish people would support more of these in-person shopping places for clothing and shoes...

I was raised up coming to this store! Now seems like I am doing my kids the same way! Love that they have a Jr Plus section.

This store has a bargain basement feel that was not there when it first opened at this location. The introduction of shopping carts adds more to that scene. The clerks are a mixed bag. Some are professional. Some are rude. Some can barely speak English. For the most part, one has to hunt them down. Sears tried that same model of customer service and it failed.There used to be a restaurant, but its long gone. This store has seen better days and needs to return to them quickly.

I actually gave someone a ride here 3yrs ago and Google maps wont quit bugging me for my opinion. This isnt the first time this has happened. Nore is this my first review because this happened back then too. Ive tried ignoring, change location, remove from time line. That actually worked then, probably work now.Anyway... Why 5 stars when all I did was drive out there and try not to get in trouble while I waited in the car? You ask. Come on, I heard you. I figure theyre awesome until proven otherwise. Right? So there you go.

The staff who helped (Krissy and Dominique) were incredible. It was my first time actually shopping for formal mens wear and they helped make it so simple and affordable. Some of the absolute best retail service Ive ever seen in my life from two friendly workers. Super grateful for all the help, Ill always consider this store for good quality formal wear in the future because of how fantastic the service was.

This a review of the portrait studio: The staff is really good, really friendly, works with your situation (for us it was corralling a 2 yr old) and they take great pictures. Awesome background options and they let you pretty much let you take any combination of pictures you want. They take their time but it never lasts that long which is the perfect balance. Of course they try to sell you physical copies but I prefer the full digital copies and I can do my own thing but if you are looking for someone else to help compose pics for you they are happy to help. Iris is amazing, she had tons of patience and worked with all of our requests.

Other than the fact that EVERYTHING IS UBSURDLY OVERPRICED, ig its fine.

Quick lines and a great clearance area for baby clothes! Found a fantastic birthday dress for my little one, and a bunch of other good deals. They wont increase my damag spending limit on my jcp platinum card, but I have a fantastic time shopping there regardless! Overall, I would more likely ask why the heck you arent shopping there!

Ive shopped at this store for 25 years, but the section that I went to was short on selection and did not have my size. First time for this problem. Another casualty of the pandemic and on line shopping.

Worst experience I have ever had at a JCPenney’s. We had to wait 30 minutes for the elevator because the escalator going up was broken with nobody working on it. Had to wait 45 minutes to get to the checkout because the MANAGER was lazy and told everyone that they couldn’t open another register because of COVID-19 regulations and JCPenneys rules as well. There were 2 cashiers at the front of the store and the MANAGER told me (with knee issues) and my mother that we had to wait even longer because they couldn’t open anymore registers. IF I COULD I WOULD’VE GIVEN THIS STORE A 0 STAR RATING.To anyone who wants to go to JCPenney’s in the mall, DON’T. The manager is really mean and didn’t help out at all and made us feel unwelcome. I dont actually shop here any longer. I am a plus size woman and when I asked about clothing in my size I was told that they dont actually cater to women my size this was a few years ago...Ive been in since and they have (or had) a plus size area but it was always a mess...clothing off hangers dropped on the floor etc. And you could not get help. Made me sad since I always liked Penneys and shopped there often before we moved here.

The staff I encountered were super nice and pleasant.

The girls at the register werent rude or nice but definitely needed to work on there customer service skills. The bathrooms where the grossest bathrooms that I have ever had to use. There was one lady who was folding clothes when I did ask her where the bathrooms were. She walked with me and my very young daughters to show us where it was at, which I did really appreciate.

This store always has great sales when I stop by. Easy to get items you need fast. Dressing rooms are good size and they have places to sit in them. Customer service was excellent as I had the young lady look up my credit card number so that I could charge my clothes on my JC Penney card. Good selection of items.

Expensive as always but has great sales, you gotta know where to look to really find the bargains. Hate the checkout area, ya wait forever. But staff is friendly when you chase one down to help theyre awesome.
