Good place to shop, but my husband did not find a hat he wanted there.

Ordered my kid some js for Christmas....pick up in store. Staff was efficient friendly and swift with retrieving our order as well as doing the best they could to keep shoppers safe and covid compliant with social distancing and monitoring number of customers in store at once!!! Thanks!

Girls had no customer service skills! Had to go back to Finishline where they actually took the time to helped me.

Went into find some white shoes. They didn’t have what I wanted. But I found something different. Asked for a shoe in a size the store manager went to the back and came back out and with an attitude said he only had the shoes in certain sizes. Ended up walking out with nothing and went over to finish line and bought the same shoes from a friendly manager. If you are unhappy with your job get a new one. Don’t be rude to customers.

How can you call yourself a national chain and not have a mainstream size for a shoe for $130 bucks. Sale lost. Part of going to the mall is walking out with a gratification. Not. it will be shipped to me in 5 to 7 days. Shoes

The staff was great i had been looking for a specific shoe at other stores but of course didnt have my size. Well my first stop should of been here. I cant remeber the name of the guy who helped me and husband. But not only did he search the back room he got on his store computer seachered other stores. We didnt find them so he ordered them for us we paid in store got us free shipping. He MOST definitely went above and beyond.
