I am just upset because I asked if they could save me some shoes well before closing and it would take me about an hour to get back. I got back in half and hour and they did not let me in saying that they had to close early as the same lady said she would wait for us. We drove all the way from Meadowood back to sparks and back to the mall just to get denied.

Poor customer service! Couldn’t get any help from nobody!

My son says they have a funkier selection of shoes than Foot Locker. They did have a couple Reeboks, which no one else seems to carry. Helpful staff.

I went to champs thrice and the general attitude of the staff is they are hostile. They dont want customers to try different shoes. There were lot of shoes of my size available ( I could see the models stacked in showcase) but none of the sales rep like to go in and get shoes from inside.Try the footlocker in the same mall, they have amazingly friendly staff..

Customer service was terrible. Sales person didnt want to take order for products that were out of stock because she would have to call and get the individual SKU numbers for each color. Referred me online and after looking for an hour, I give up. Will return tomorrow and make her do her job!!

Workers there are so disrespectful i know they are young and all but thats no excuse they didnt even wanna help me find my shoe size!

The lady was working the seemed berry unhappy when I called it to one of the associates attention he quoted she is always in that mood and I get told that everyday by customers dont you think that you guys should do something about that it is bad look for your company
