Ive purchased most of my textbooks here and have only had a couple issues. This semester I ordered a new book with access code. The book looked new, but when I opened the access code to register I found it had already been used!! I reached out to textbook brokers and they were great! Took care of the problem right away. Great service here.

Owner contacted me and offered to resolve the issue. I do appreciate the time that was taken to correcting the issue. I do hope the employees that created the issue in the first place are dealt with accordingly. I have shopped with them for many years and this was my first issue.

Textbook brokers is phenomenal. We had a textbook that was on backorder and they kept us posted by phones calls when it would be in. The staff is so friendly and helpful! Very reasonable prices!

Wonderful prices on textbooks! Comparable to Amazon and TB offeres delayed payments so I can pay with my financial aid. Also free delivery. All their used textbooks are in great condition also. Definitely recommend.

I have rented books from them for almost two years and have only had 1 bad experience...but overall they are great. Attentive, treat you well and if needed will help with deadlines if you miss 1 day or 2. I rented a book and didnt get the code and I wasnt sure if it was included called them and took care of that same day and provided me with a new code for the online portion of my class.I would totally recommend them!

I’ve been going to TMCC for a couple years now and have only trusted Textbook Brokers to give me the best deals on my books and give them to me in a timely manner! Whenever a book isn’t in, they pre order and always let me know right away when it is in. They are reliable and provide great customer service! Definitely recommend!

This shop is always willing to help and the best staff I haven interacted with for text books. I accidentally ordered the wrong book for a class, they switched it and got me out the door in minutes! Prices beat anywhere for TMCC courses.

LOVE this place!!! I dont get books any where else any more! I have gotten books at the TMCC Bookstore, got screwed over when they would only sell me new books with all the extras that i did not need, costing me more money than I should have had to spend. I have ordered from online, ship to your door textbook sites, the code for my math class was already used, I got a refund for the book but had to drop the class. With TextBook Brokers I have had no problems! They always have my book, for less than TMCC Bookstore, and the staff is always friendly! When an instructor has changed their book at the last minute and i have already bought my book, all i had to do was bring the syllabus saying they changed it to the store and they got me the new book. Obviously you have to pay the difference or get money back depending on the price difference. If they dont have the book you need onsite Talk to the employees they may be able to order and ship from another store and have it to you with in a week!

Fair prices but they always give you a book that you dont need. Charge a late fee just two days after the semester ends then forces you to buy the books at a ridiculous price a few days later. You are better off buying books from Amazon.

Legit place to rent or buy your books!!! Great staff and fun people!!! And I look forward to renting more of my books here. Thank you guys so much.

For the most part everything these guys do is perfect, on one occasion however they sold the book on reserve for me.
