Shippers Beware: I used fedex for and insured fedex ground shipment and found that for unspecified reasons, what should have been a 2 day delivery was 13 days in late September 2021, no reason given no followup phone call to me in spite of promise when I opened a case on day 3 post shipping. Nobody ever called me back and item was lost for all intents. After 9 days, recipient no longer needed delivery and I had to call FedEx 3x over 2 days to make sure they redirected the package back to me. In total it took 23 days for the package to effectively go nowhere. Do not ship FedEx. Consider yourself warned!

I needed to print a photo quickly. This place was easily accessible with multiple print station. Working computer + sd card reader. I was done in less than 10mins with 3 5x7 prints. Good experience!

The Manager was extremely helpful and friendly. I had to copy a large set of documents and send a rush package to China. He helped me navigate the special form and label. Also, the facility was extremely clean and properly set up with Covid restrictions.

Passport / visa photos from 2 different people: 2 rejections. When I went in for a retake, the family in front of me also had 2 rejections. They tried to fix the issue with mine (background shadow) several times, but were unable to due to the lack of proper equipment. On the upside, I got a refund and a profuse apology.I would highly encourage those wanting passport photos to seek a professional studio instead. Youd think a company as big as FedEx would have this standardised like I thought, and youd be wrong like I was.

I havent used this service for a long time. I needed to print taxes. Ask for some help with printing. I had already set the printer to black and white and printed 2 copies. The guy (the manager apparently) chaged the setting to the color printer. Just trying to generate income? No idea.  It didnt occur to me to check. Left with a $55 charge. What bothers me the most is he had no idea why I was upset. Really. No idea. And to make it the perfect experience, the guy was rude to me when I left!

Went to the store to print and mail some documents and had a pleasant experience. Quite a few printers were out of order but that did not provide much problem. There werent a lot of staff but it was nice to see the store surfaces being cleaned frequently and the staff being cautious about contact. Nadia who helped us with the shipping was extremely pleasant and warm. She was super helpful and efficient with the work.

Horrible horrible horrible.I went on in Monday 3-30-20 needing to make a one edit on my resume. It would have taken 60 seconds tops.Because of the epidemic all computers are off limits. I begged. The libraries are closed. My computer crashed. No compassion. No heart. The person working there did not offer to take my UBS drive and make the change for me. I would have paid.I said, Ill remember this. In a patronizing voice she said, Have a nice day!Avoid this place. If you are THAT scared of getting sick then dont go to work.I have fixed my computer. Thats why I can post this negative review two days later.

The worst Fedex ever !!!!!! All I needed was to print PDF from my email which IHave been doing forever in Oakland!!!!! The employees in Redwood City were no help and could not find my email on print and go or USA fedex email so sad because this was for job interview and I always experienced fast in and out services but not at this location actually I didn’t end up getting anything and they charged my debit 10.00 for what ???? I do not recommend this location AT ALL!!!!

Jessica was wonderful, and helped me during the hardest time in my life (parent passing). She was attentive, helped me pick the correct paper, and assisted me in altering my *pdf file so that I could add an insert into the funeral program. She also turned my large order around in under three hours. Thanks for hiring such a person!

So slow. Label printers not working. Been standing here for like 20 mins now, with no progress in the queue...But people are nice and seem to know what they’re doing. Just hoping that theres no line and no technical problems when I go next time :P

I would give minus zero if I could! Attitude of staff is go eff yourself. Waited 5 minutes to be noticed, was only customer at counter. Asked for bathroom as I waited, was told it was in use. Waited 15 minutes until employee young man waddled out of Womens and refused to acknowledge my urgent request to be let in. Another person had to go get a customer key and let me in. Was so irritated at lack of courtesy that I will take my business elsewhere, now and in the future. Incompetent. Unprofessional. Attitude.

TERRIBLE!!!! Until I saw the other awful reviews I had assumed what happened to me was racially motivated. Especially since this is the second time it happened. I was in line waiting until female employee finished with customer but when customer walked away so did she. I said, hello, excuse me, hello will you help me? She completely ignored me!! Another woman came from the back area and helped me. When I got to my car I saw the woman who had ignored me smiling and helping a white male customer. I was parked at the window so I got out my car and stood there to make she she saw me. That way when I contact the corporate office (doubt they care lol) and post my review it wouldnt be a surprise. Unbelievable! I

I had a huge project to take care of. The manager was very nice and accommodating but when my copies started to spill out of the copier while the manager was busy taking care of my order and he didnt notice, someone from the back of the office told this guy Michael about it and he just completely ignored the problem. Everyone else seemed very nice and professional.

I shipped a package from here to Canada on December 19th and the person assisting me did not file the paperwork correctly, did not indicate the parcel value, even though I provided the info to him. Plus he put my phone number wrong on the invoice. the Package hasnt been delivered yet. stuck at customs in Canada and now they want to ship it back to me. 1 MONTH LATER!!!. I paid for a service, and they just took my money and didnt provide. Im very upset and it seems like nobody cares, as its impossible to get a hold of anybody. I want my money back!!!

I have printed many important documents and every time i am pleased with the quality of the item and how helpful the staff is. today one of the workers was being berated by a horribly nasty woman who was demanding he give her money back. she was very hostile and finally I had enough. I told her to leave and stop talking to the worker like that, which made her flip out yelling screaming coming at me in a hostile crazy manner. she was just being so awful. the police were called and she calmed down. during the entire incident the worker stayed calm and stayed professional and was still kind to this awful woman even tho she didnt deserve it. the worker took the higher road which I know was very hard considering the situation.

Stopped during a time when it wasnt busy. 4 reps for 5 customers. Was ignored while 3 reps were chiming in with suggestions to help one customer. When Nadia finally decided she would have to be the one to help me, I got a less than pleasant greeting. I asked for a passport photo and she responded with Ughhh. Cant do that. Cameras broken. End of discussion. Not even a Sorry. It was as if I had inconvenienced her. I wont be back.

SLOW SERVICE....OMG....I enjoy using fedex for all my business and personal use. Unfortunately at this location, few people whom are not trained or just lack of people/customer skills. It starts from the top. When you see there is a line of people need to get service. And sadly to say that few of them are not trained properly. I have 45min to get a ox shipped at a higher price compare to us postal. They will lose more clients because of the wait of time. I give A + to Skye. Fahima. They are doing their best. But we just to computer and no other help. I will give them LESS THAN ONE STAR. I like to share my feedback with the training manager or area manager.

If I dont give one star, I cant post. Last Friday I went to this Fedex to send a package. An asian male employee, about 58, came to serve me and told me that I was using a usps return label, which couldnt be used there. Then I wanted to say that the description on the return label specifies that I can send it at any post office, and wanted to ask if Fedex has cooperation with usps. I wanted to, but not able to, since the terrible things happened: the employee kept saying the same 4 or 5 sentences REPEATEDLY and didnt even give me a chance to say anything. At last I tried hard to speak out my sentences and let him try to scan the label. It turned out they really couldnt do it. But I still think its terrible to treat a customer like that. The right way is to listen to the customer and give the proper explanations on any questions and confusions.
