Great addition to downtown RWC which lacks retail ice cream choices. We had the Chocolope and it was delicious. The ice cream had great texture and flavor, and was not as sweet as other products from other shops - a good thing. Minimal seating. A little pricey for what you get. I’d go back.

Really delicious ice cream, made right in front of you! The ice cream comes with a lot of toppings and tastes really good. Be aware that since each order is made from scratch the line can be slow to move.

Very different experience with rolled ice cream. The flavor and texture are excellent. A very labor intensive process so EVERYONE should TIP these folks, watch them make it and youll understand exactly what Im talking about. Really decadent delicious ice cream treat. Mine was the Chocolope. Highly recommend this business.

Excellent service and delicious ice cream

Came here today for softserve. The ice cream was fine, but the service was terrible. There was only one couple in front of us and we still waited nearly 10 minutes. The kid working seemed totally unmotivated and when he made our cones it looked like hed never served softserve before. Both cones were super small and about to fall over when he handed them to us. We finished our cones long before the next couple had even been served. I was really excited for a softserve shop nearby, but wont be visiting this one again.

My favorite rolled up ice cream in Bay Area! Highly recommend Oreo and Nutella flavors.

So simple yet soooo good. Some place Ill visit at least once a week moving forward. My favourites are matcha and thin mint. Throw on whatever toppings your heart desires.

Enthusiastic ice cream rollers are working at this clean and conveniently located location. I chose no whipped cream (to me its redundant), and loved my chocolate / banana/ Nutella creation.

Ice cream was good but for $7 I will still go to Baskin Robins and get a big ice cream for the same price.

The process takes a little time but its definitely worth it.
