Saul and Marcos are very helpful, knowledgeable, and clean craftsmen. They take care of details, always willing to help, honest, and modest. I had my decorative wheel well on the back of my car welded, the nickel on the surface was endangered by the heat but they saved it, and at the end they did a great job. I have taken 2 of my vehicles to be fixed here and they do an amazing job. They talked me through the process of what they had to do in order to repair my vehicles. Edith the receptionist made sure I was constantly informed through the whole process. She gave me constant calls about what step in the process they where in. When I went to go pick up my vehicles they looked like brand new I could not tell anything had happened and they left my vehicles very detailed and clean. Highly recommend.

I found the place on the internet, it had multiple very positive reviews! When I arrived, the staff was very nice and welcoming. Paperwork took little time and in no time my car was being repaired. They completed quickly and the quality of their work was excellent. Saul was especially welcoming and went through the whole preocess of explaining about what should be done and why. I will surely return here if anything ever happens to my car again.

This body shop is amazing ! I Needed body repair on my car and the first shop I passed in redwood city was this one located on Middlefield road, the shop workplace caught my eye, very clean, professional and inviting (weird right?) I walked in and Saul was in the middle of something but he stepped out and greeted me and asked me how he could be of assistance. Saul was stellar walking me thru every single step on what needs to replace, what can be worked with . Very helpful in explaining that damages sometimes extent on to other panels and so forth . He has called me any time something came up, updated me on small details as well, they went above and beyond honestly, even did a complimentary touch up as well !. Now in days there are so many shops out there trying to get you, that only care about making money and getting your business . Saul is passionate and trustworthy loves what he does and really cares about his customers and the love they have for their cars . He understands times are tough and is more then willing to work with you . Everything has been a streamlined pleasant no headache no hidden extra repairs experience. Even if there is something that will require paint or replacement he calls you first, informs you and awaits your decision. They have all the state of the art equipment to finish the job better than original . They also take insurance claims .
