Bought two great pairs of Italian waterproof shoes here this morning. Lovely shop with friendly staff and a great selection.

Purchase ankle boots size 38, fitted on at home my feet were warm, I felt I needed size 39.4 days later return to nu shuz, they did not have size 39..I was offered a credit note, as thats there policy,... Fair enough... In my opinion I should be refunded as they could not provide me with size 39 as required

Staff very friendly and helpful. Great place to shop. Quality shoes. Great bargains. Great service provided here. Very satisfied with their customer service. They sell really comfortable shoes such as heavenly feet etc. Have been very impressed with the shoes that have bought. They are willing to take the shoes that dont back if they have been bought as a present and only been worn in the house.

Bought pair of Heavily Feet sandles in May. Glue on them came away after a few weeks so returned them got another pair and same happened. Gentleman in shop advised me there was a fault with shoes and had happened with other pairs so i purchased a different style. Very happy with this. Last week saw similar pair of sandals in sale so bought them. Mentioned in a polite manner my problem with other sandals and hoped it wouldnt happen again as i love HEAVANILY FEET SHOES. Woman behind counter abruptly told me i was the only one who had a problem with shoes and no one else returned them, which was a total contradiction to what i had been told by previous staff member. She then told me to get out and never return to shop again. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and customer service. What really gets me is all the customers i sent there prior who made substantial purchases. Will do my very best to discourage anyone from going to this shop in future and to inform people of staff members attitude. I shouldnt even be giving it one star.

I visited Nu Shuz, Ballincollig (21 January 2017) to buy shoes for my elderly mother (94yrs) who is frail and not very mobile. My mother was unable to visit the shop personally. I chose a pair of shoes €70 on her behalf, and asked the shop assistant - if they were unsuitable, could I get a refund. I explained my mothers circumstances and that I would be able to return the shoes within four days. I was told No refund is available, exchange only. I am extremely unhappy with the customer service and wont ever give this shoe shop my custom again.

Quality shoes, sometimes very good bargain.
