I like the variety of restaurants here, theres American cuisine with Red Robin and Five Guys, and Szechuan cuisine. Theres also a Panda Express but we dont go there when theres Szechuan right nearby. Marshalls seems pretty popular here, but I dont shop there myself.

Part of the facilities are under construction. Quite modest selection of businesses on site. Marshalls is there.

Not sure what to think of the new Amazon grocery... Technological grocery shopping is not my thing and it would have been nice if the person standing at the front who greets you told you that whatever credit card is directly connected as default in your Amazon account is the one that will get used when shopping. Made it all the way through the store to the end and when decided I wanted to switch what card was being used had to literally put everything back in order to start the process over again as it uses whatever card is set as your default in your Amazon account.. so get ready and make sure you reset your default card before you enter the store, doh!

Its a mix of older shops and newer remodeled ones. Mainly come here for the Amazon Go store, Marshalls, Five Guys and Starbucks.

Its hard to write a review for a grouping of completely dissimilar businesses, as you always have when rating a shopping center as spread-out and unrelated as this type of outdoor plaza, about all you can do is discuss the parking lot, the landscaping, upkeep and general way the place makes you feel. So, with that said, instead of reviewing one of the many stores or restaurants, Ill say this:The Fashion Plaza is conveniently located and kept in good repair. The trees/landscaping are healthy and pleasant and they do a good job keeping litter picked-up. We saw no graffiti and no homeless encampments. We came in the evening and I felt the lighting was adequate and safe.We visited one restaurant during this trip and had a good time. Id feel good about shopping here again.

Five guys and the other yummy food places around here are amazing. Mall provides a diverse selection of different foods and restaurants in this plaza. Has nice retail shops, although some are going out of business.

Best burger and fries! Plus fantastic shakes. A real treat.

I do not like Fashion. I do not like plaza. BUT, Overlake is very nice, so it gets 3 stars for being in the right place. It looses a star for being a plaza, and for using the word Fashion. If it has a better name, I would probably give it more stars. Fashion Plaza? That phrase deserves no stars. Even if it was descriptive, I dont think we usually name places based on description. That is lack of creativity, or else a poor grasp of proper pronouns in English language.

The little strip mall is okay it needs more retail shops but other than that there are some nice businesses there. Prices are reasonable and customer service is good.

I give the Overlake Fashion Plaza located at 2150 148th Ave NE, Redmond, WA 98052 FIVE STARS, A great Plaza to enjoy a bite to eat and also has a Marshalls. I miss the Round Table Pizza that was once here. 5️⃣ 🌟s its great to have 2 bus stops at this location.

The food was great done perfectly! The waitress was on top of it the whole time. She was nice and polite. It was a nice time today on National Cheese Burger Day. Red Robin corporate actually had their Classic Gourmet Cheese Burger for 5$ it was AWESOME 💯💞💯

Not enough public restrooms or maps

You can find anything you want here. Shoes clothes, bags, electronics, books, and even a store that features Tesla cars! I loved it here. Many stores are surprised, but I think its a great place to spend time with family or just by yourself. There is a place for children to play inside. And some kid stores feature TVs, board games, Lego tables and more. its perfect for all ages. I really recommend going to Zara because its a good store and has good clothes. Also many small stores that are usually unnoticed are really perfect for people. this is a place that I will recommend for people to go to shop and just hang out. You can go here with friends and family for the weekend and just enjoy it.

The small building over by 24th Street, where five guys used to be, is now empty.

The food is always above mediocre here, I usually sit in the bar where I always get great service. This time the service was fast and the food tasted great. They switched out their veggie burger so I was a little hesitant because the description sounded funky, but it was delicious and very large and filling. The vanilla milkshake that I always order seemed exceptionally delicious today too. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Easy to park

This place has many options but is mostly food based so if youre going to go shopping pretty much anything else you might be disappointed. The food is pretty good if you go to five guys but I have not been to the other resturants

Its coming together slowly

Unfortunately, did not find what I was looking for! Will try again in a month, but I doubt I will find it. With this much land this Plaza sits on, you would think they would have more merchandise! I tried for three different items in two of the stores, but no luck. Maybe I should go to a different Plaza. Sorry! Overlake, nice neighborhood just not a lot of choices, very unfortunate.

Mixed bag of places, some worth the trip. Check out Sichuanese Cuisine for a hole-in-the-wall family run restaurant. About 2/3rds of this site will be replaced by a new development.

Its a decent plaza that has casual dining, snacks, furniture, clothing, and other small stores. Theres plenty of parking around but getting to the plaza can be a bit tough if its showing rush hour. The plaza could use a bit of a remodel. Otherwise, its a decent plaza adjacent to very busy streets.

With a lot of the stores closing their Doors, it is nice to try on clothing and look at the new Styles.

Are we talking about the old Sears? Its dead! Gutted! Thats why I was there. And it was glorious...

A quaint little strip mall anchored by a Sears. The beevmo is the top shop at this place and the reason for a two star rating. There are much better options out there. Even the refurbished Fred Meyer across the street is a much better shopping experience. SAD

The non-food stores are fine. But it is impossible to eat here because the food is all inorganic junk which is laden with toxic chemicals.

If you look off to the side, youll see a boatload of Teslas. Idk, thats kind of the only thing that place has got but its still a nice place to get a chill snack with friends.

The Pizza is good, at times, overall not great though. Biggest issue is often the pizza is a bit soggy in the center, undercooked. The cooking is also very unpredictable, which is a shame because the dough is as it is supposed to be, dressings are good and the oven has been built by the books.Now, you will still have a Pizza that is closer to the real Italian one than in many other Pizza shops nearby, so it may be worth rolling the dice and hoping for good luck. Ah, last thing, ask for the pizza to be well done also in the center, that may help.How can you tell if your pizza has an issue if you are not an expert chef? Simple, take a slice with your in hand and fold it, if the tip falls down together with the dressing revealing a whitish soggy dough, then you have not been lucky.

Theres Marshalls, Panda Express, Red Robin, SunnyTeriyaki, Supercuts, Tanning (Spot?), Beauty Supply ( licensed only ) and a Liquor store the name escapes me. Parking is slways available may have a short walk on weekends.

A good spot to save money - Marshalls is great when youve just gotten a new place. The Starbucks is a popular morning coffee spot. Red Robin a nice evening burger and beer.

Great for when you go to Bellevue college and have time in-between classes, and youre hungry.

Actually stopped into Red Robin to pick up to go order. Food was not ready per the app but none the less it was very tasty. The mall is more or less shuttered, some rest still open. It is hit and miss.

Almost always dead. The stores outside are stores like target and dsw and such which are staples. But i see why the inner part of the mall isnt busy, thres not alot of interesting stuff in here... unless its tour first time.

Nice mall, a bit hard to navigate and find the shops around.I find it a bit difficult to locate the parking lot when I first arrived.Could have had more food courts areas.

Nice place

Its a dumpy strip mall that has a lot of dying businesses in it. It will soon give way to the light rail. The Safeway there is terrible, skip it and go to the Fred Meyer on the next block. Youll get good service at the Starbucks though, and Bai Tong Thai is hands-down the best Thai food in the area.

The best store here is Marshalls. But you do have the long checkout line.

Great place for a burger and fries. Pricier than others but quality and size of the portions make it worth it.

Yumikos Teriyaki is the VERY best teriyaki around. My family all pick the boneless chicken with rice and a vinegarette vegetable side as our most delicious meal favorite.

Went to Bai Tong restaurant. Tried several new dishes. All delicious. Staff was friendly and service was great. Well be back again soon

This isnt a place. Please stop leaving reviews. It is a lease property with a bunch of independent stores and no common facilities. The Safeway is across the street in a different strip mall.

Picked up some thin hangers and a blouse. Bring your own shopping bag otherwise youll need to purchase one.

Only hit Bevmo store at the plaza. Traffic is a zoo in the area and while I was able to get the beer I went for, it took longer to get out of the parking lot than shop. The side streets were jammed and it was only 2pm.

Nothing fancy here but good basics.

The newly remodeled Fee Meyer is brilliantly laid out. Love going there and still has plenty of parking .

Went to five guys burger joint, good food and friendly workers. I would go back, when im over that part of town.

In comparison with Factoria this has less stores and not as well designed as others. But it has stores with discount prices. Think TJ Max, Michaels, Payless shoes stores so its good for that! Parking is free and decent. Plus they is a closed Sears store with more parking if needed. Its good for quick decent shopping of Michaels and what not.

Good selection of items. Price wise ok. Ample parking space. Good experience for a new visitor to Seattle.
