Weve had Ceramic Tile do tile work on four different jobs. Every time weve found the company and its workers very professional, hard working, and easy to work with on tile layout, etc. Id highly recommend them if you are having any tile work. Weve always been happy with their jobs.

We have had a wonderful exprience working with Ron and his team on a few different jobs.In October of 2020, they installed travertine tile over our cement patio. We wanted this to match the travertine decking we installed around our pool. We had questions about the cement potentially cracking over time under the travertine and how we could deal with the expansion joints in the concrete. In addition, the pool decking and the patio heights were slightly different. We also wanted to have the same Versailles pattern on both the pool decking and the patio. Ron suggested that we could put a barrier down between the patio concrete and the new travertine tile to isolate the tile from both future potential cracks and the underlying expansion joints. Theyalso suggested that we could bevel the tile at the edge of the pool deck to eliminate any preceived difference in the height of each surface. Ron came out on the day the job started to insure that his team started out properly on our plan of attack. He visited throughout the week a his team progressed through the job to insure we wer satisfied. His installers (Luis, Roberto, and Miguel - Brothers) were pros. They were very experienced and great to have around our home for a few days. Thy worked very hard and would not settle for less than perfection. The job was done excellently. We receive comments on it from everyone that visits. It is exactly what we hoped for!During Rons visit to check on his team, we mentioned that we were considering changing our kitchen counters and backsplash. So while at our home, we took a look at our kitchen and asked us what our goals were for the remodel. We told him that we wanted to go from granite tile counters and backplash to single surface counters and a brighter look. He quickly suggested that before we spend all the money on changing the kitchen, we look at added lighting to our areas of concern. He said not only will this brighten the area, but the colors you pick for your counters and backsplash will be more vibrant in the newly lit rooms. So, we took his advise and added lots of recessed lighting in our open kitchen, dinette, and family room.That made a tremendous difference. We were very appreciative of that suggestion!I will share the details of our kitchen remodel in another review.

Ceramic Designs is first class. I was remodeling a house trying to get it ready to sell and I had to replace all of the counter tops. When I saw the quartz they have I knew it would help sell the house. The quality of the fabrication was perfect, which is definitely hard to find these days. Rhonda and Jeri were a joy to work with, knowledgeable, happy and helpful. Ron gives competitive and fair pricing which is important to me. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. They tiled our master bathroom shower and floors, installed a mantle and rocked our fireplace, installed granite on our hearth, tiled our kitchen, installed counters, and tiled all the floors in the living room, t.v. room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and small bathroom. They took care of a few unknowns and changes, and were right back at it in a matter of minutes. From the showroom to the last tile installed, they know how to show you what can be done. Just for fun, we imagine a world where everyone is that nice, and business as well run!

Rhonda in the office was always so helpful in explaining things and helping me find a cost effective solution for a small laundry room counter. Installation was fast and it turned out beautiful.

Great experience! Beautiful warehouse! Great office staff and they are very knowledgeable. They sent three installers for my bathroom countertop. Were in and out in about an hour. They left no mess and it turned out great!I definitely recommend them!

Ron and his whole crew were knowledgeable and extremely professional throughout the whole repair they completed for us in our home. I would definitely seek them to complete work in my home again.We had a leak in our shower door that was seeping into the wall. Ron came out and gave us an estimate of the repair, and a detailed description of how they would fix it.The repair required our shower doors to be removed and replaced by a glass professional, the shower dam to be repaired and part of our wall to be removed, dried-out and re-plastered and painted.Not only was the repair completed quicker than I expected, but everything that was completed was beautifully-done, right down to the replacement of our bathroom baseboard exactly as it had looked when it was brand new.I would highly recommend Ceramic Designs for any tile repairs you need in your home. I have zero complaints about their work.

My kitchen & bathrooms look so pretty! Ron helped pick out a current color scheme that so nicely compliments the cabinetry & flooring. We got leathered granite with the chiseled edge in the kitchen. We get so many compliments! They are easy to work with, communication was always clear, & follow up after the install did not disappoint. They made sure to cover the floor & clean up after their work. Have & will refer!

Ceramic Designs put in my granite counter tops. The workmanship was topnotch and they were on time and got the job done within the time frame they stated they would. Because of their expertise, I chose to have them do granite vanities in both bathrooms and then chose to convert by tub/shower combination to a walk in shower. With that in mind, I had Ceramic Designs put in a quartz solid surface. The results were fantastic and the work was done, again, in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company for all of your remodeling needs. The workmanship is the best in the area. Workers are efficient and friendly.

Tiles just replaced on the kitchen floor. These guys are prepared, they came with everything they could possible need. They were able to complete the job the same day(we had extra tiles available from when the house was built). They cut out bad tiles and replaced them with absolutely no mess!! Extremely professional!
