Got my first earlobe piercings. The staff is super friendly, and they walked me through the whole process. Super clean environment. The price may be higher than some other options but its definitely worth it in my opinion. Definitely going there again if I want more piercings in the future.

If you are on a tight budget, let them know.Reservations are often needed for a piercing.

Saw Justin for a conch piercing and he was amazing! He took his time explaining the aftercare and healing process and gave me advice on another piercing I am healing. The two ladies who took care of my paperwork in the lobby were also super sweet! Overall a great atmosphere and experience, I will definitely be going back.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and convenient. We were warmly welcomed the moment we walked into the door, and had the most excellent experience possible. Prices are ridiculous. This place must cater to people afraid of tattoo shops because you can go to any shop that does piercings and the price will be significantly cheaper. Save money and go to a tattoo shop.

I took my daughter to her appointment today to get her ears pierced, she is 4. We were denied service for not wearing a mask and the man at the counter stated and I quote, wearing a mask is the LAW. They were very kind in the way they discriminated against us (not angry, no raised voices, nothing harsh, no scene in front of my kids which I greatly appreciated) but didnt provide any proof that mask wearing is in fact a law. They have every right to refuse service. However, wearing a mask is not the law, and if you are going to choose to discriminate for that reason at least provide proof.After this incident I called the Shasta County Sherriffs office and asked them, the dispatcher who answered, Is wearing a mask the Law? Her exact words to me were, I dont know. If the Sherriffs office doesnt even know the law how can business?EDIT-The department of Environmental Health doesnt have the authority to create LAW. The staff specifically said, wearing a mask is the Law. I completely respect your businesses RULES, and politely left. However, your specific RULE is not LAW.

Logan is top dog, she is best in the whole land (Jasper) First time I got any piercings (22m) and she made the whole experience amazing, the people there are the sweetest and take the time to meet your needs, are incredible in helping provide info, and making you feel great. I would just like everyone to know that I HIGHLY recommend Angel, and the piercing studio as a whole. I just had my first piercing done there (daith),and I had an incredibly warm and welcoming experience from start to finish. First of all it’s the cutest piercing studio in Redding, and I was made to feel extremely comfortable and welcomed by the front counter person, and I absolutely adored angel and everyone else that I encountered. It is also a major safe space for LGBTQIA+ persons which I LOVE!! I could go on and on, everyone needs to go there for their piercing needs, period!

I stopped in here on my way home from shasta. I called first and made an apt due to the covid regulations. The young man at the counter with the tree frog on his forearm was a great help and when he didnt know the answer the piercer with the dathe and stretched holes was totally on point he even had me take a selfie out side then he held it up to my face ( mask covered) and guessed the perfect size nose ring! I got a white gold hinge ring with a cz for $150 when it comes to your face you definitely want quality jewelry. These guys are very knowledgeable, clean and friendly. I definitely recommend Fetch and their staff!

I went in for a second cartilage piercing to help me adjust to a new scar on my ear. I didnt make an appointment, but they were able to help me right away. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was super clean, bright, and welcoming. 2 days later, I went back in to replace 4 other piercings. It was another walk-in and even though I had to wait for an appointment to finish, it felt like no time at all because the staff (I must have met nearly all of them by this point) were just that awesome!

I had a great experience getting my body pierced by Angel! Everyone was so nice and walked me through the entire process, made me super comfortable and welcome. I picked out super pretty (real or maybe not I dont know) opal bars. Seriously they are so pretty. I woke up this morning and one of my gems has fallen out in my sleep. I know this is not their fault they didnt make the jewelry I was just sad it happened so fast. Otherwise I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back to get new jewelry 💗

It was honestly terrible. I went to get my lip pierced again, and the piercing its self was fine but after I got done I have to pay $40 for a lip piercing that kept falling out because it wasnt a screw on. Also like the people I talked to on the phone with said, was that it just wasnt bent enough to stay in there. So basically I have a defective piercing that I had to pay $40 for.
