Awesome experience with these guys! The building was the old Tile City location on Hartnell. Was met within seconds of walking in, and had a quote within an hour or two after that. Was strung along for three years trying to get signs done .in last year had them out three times to do quotes they missed appointments and were disrespectful to my staff and do not understand what importants of personalism or comen curtacy is if your business relies on pricing that fluctuates definitely avoid because they dont care owner refused to call me after bad service and ceo was rude and un sympathetic try to stay local but hard with service like this

I feel a little bit screwed over by these guys. Im a small business owner and I just needed some signage for my hanging light box. I only needed one side done with lettering and the other side just needed to be covered with no lettering since it doesnt face the parking lot. The reason it still needed the backside was because I was getting new LED lights installed in the box and the local business electrician did not want to install them unless the whole box was covered, which I explained to the guys at Signarama. A few days later on Friday morning I saw that the sign had been installed (which looked great) but the backside was not. Figured the guy just forgot and he could quickly come to install a blank piece. Anyway, two weeks and three phone calls later they wanted to charge me $85 to install a blank piece. The price seemed a little absurd to me so I felt compelled to retell what we had talked about the first time I came by. The guy on the phone was trying to make it sound like I was changing my story about what I had said. He referred to his notes and said there wasnt anything in there about installing a back piece, but just because it wasnt in his notes doesnt mean we didnt have an agreement about installing the back piece. He suggested that I use cardboard to cover it up (The back side can still be seen as you walk out the door btw). I hung up on the guy cause I didnt want to work myself up and still get nothing out of it since he seemed so set on charging me $85 for a blank piece of plastic. I guess they pulled a fast one on me.Anyway, Im disappointed and I gave them 2 stars only because the very first guy I talked to was cool but not Cade, he wasnt helpful. Im gonna try someplace else next time.

Too expensive! Rip off! Charged extra for multi colored sign, that was black and white. When I questioned the salesman, he said black and white are two colors. So using that theary every sign would be multi colored. What a joke. Also they took so long, I almost forgot I ordered it.
