The cashier who checked me and my little sister out at 12:30 pm today was extremely rude, she had a terrible attitude and you could tell she didn’t want to be there! Will not be going to this location anymore because the customer service was horrible. Hope the store chooses better employees .

They had exactly what I was looking for but the customer service was lacking. This woman came up to me and asked I needed help in an aggressive way, like she was being forced to do it. I responded no thank you. Then at the register, she was speaking so quietly while leaning her head on her hand against the wall. I could barely hear her and had to guess what she meant and could hear her grumbling about me when I misheard her resulting in her having to take the cost of a bag off the bill (or maybe she was saying something else, but I have no idea.) I kept saying, what? Im sorry, I cant hear you. But she never increased her volume. I just felt like rather than patronizing her job and helping to keep the lights on, I was bothering her. I will be ordering online rather than going back to this location.

Spanish lady with the messed up blonde wig pony tail and makeup looked awful is so rude Bad customer service And did not want to service me properly shut the door in my face and I ask her where was something I was looking for and just pointed didnt idk where shes pointing 🤔But she She serviced the gentleman that was there just fine but me she was so rude. If she dont like her job then go work somewhere else oh and now they charge for bags I would not go back to that Sallys ever again I better stick to the Wyomissing.

Employees dont really seem to know what theyre selling. i bought two color strippers for my red hair dye and used one and it didnt work at all when associates have told me its pretty much fool proof. most times sallys beauty associates dont know what theyre selling and their corporate really needs to give them training classes because it leaves the customers unsatisfied and angry. like me. and even when a product doesnt work, they wont refund you even though their associates tell you it will, which makes customers even more aggravated. shame on this company.

I came in and knew what I wanted. Then I didnt get left alone and got harrassed through out the store to look at all these different products I never mentioned wanting. Customer service wasnt about the customer. It was about conning you into a sale.Online shopping it is!

Worst experience ever, the manager is not able to make a decision... i have a product that i like yo return and i understand i cant find my recipe but they machine to give me a gift card is not working and is just $2 that they need to return to me i waist an 1hr trying to figure out and i just left

Customer service was just bad, they couldnt be bothered at all. Manager was just rude to customers entering the store, her tone was completely not welcoming. No need to support this store, there are so many online options available.

Went looking for a specific toner and they didnt have it. After asking someone to confirm they were completely out, an employee explained a rather convoluted process to get a gray tone as opposed to the white I was aiming for. After I thanked her and explained Id have to think about it. She just stared at me and eventually said, So are you going to buy it or not? I replied no since I wasnt planning on spending $60 for a color I dont want. She then rolled her eyes and scoffed at me when she walked away. Honestly they could be giving away anything in the store and I wouldnt shop there.

The staff is very helpful. Still not pleased they sell to public . Nice amount of product and good prices for professionals

Cashier was wonderful. Nice and friendly. Even used a store coupon I didnt ask for, but definitely lowered my bill. Also this Sallys had a bigger variety then the Sallys i usually go to.

Customer service isn’t the best at all I was in their a week ago and had amazing service! I think it was a newer girl who attended me she was one who worked at night. But the one who attended me this morning isn’t very friendly at all. I had her on 3 occasions and only once was she nice and that’s because the manager was right their.

Went to Sallys to get purple hair dye but they didnt have what I was looking for so I asked the girl behind the counter if theyre getting more? She said she wasnt sure but has something just as good!!🤔 She proceeds to take me through the store grabbing things I will need and hands them to me. When all is said and done I have over $50 in products, so I get home do everything exactly by instructions, color looks great but 2 weeks later its already coming out showing bleached hair spots, Permanent my @$$ I shouldve just walked away instead of wasting all that money. 😔

I absolutely dislike shopping here, but when I need something last minute this is where I go and I mean EXTREMELY last minute. Everytime I go into this store, I barely receive good customer service. I barely am greeted, whether coming into the store or when up at the register.** I will say maybe 1 or 2 people who work here actually assist me and greet me when i come in and thank me when I leave.** I am not asked if I found what I am looking for when I am at the register, and there is no conversation. I dont need to converse while I am there but, a Hi, is this everything for you, do you have our Sallys card will do. I dont even get that, when I make a purchase i will have to tell them I have a Sallys card. When the transaction is complete I always say thank you because it is polite to do so, except my last visit I just left with frustration. This Sallys needs extreme improvement on customer service!

The sales clerk was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as my friend and I had never purchased professional hair coloring supplies before. The items were very reasonably priced as well.

I went to get a color remover instead they gave me a bleach which I specifically told the girl that I did not want a bleach. I asked her 3 times if it was not a bleach and she said NO. My hair was fried and I had to chop it.

My wife worked there she deff delt with alot of employee b.s but she liked working there i guess

Went in for whal magic clipper (cordless) opened the box infront of employee, she doesnt know any of the clippers name by the way, and she didnt want to give me a refund even tho she knew they sold me the wrong clippers, so i left with no refund or got the right clipper, horrible customer service and always have an attitude with customers

Employees are rude, argue in front of customers, and you have to practically beg them to help you.

Went in twice looking for certain razor blades, both times they gave me the wrong kind saying it was correct, employees are a bunch of morons

When i come for items to help dye hair and when i ask for help to find items they make me wait like 15 minutes and then they close are they point me to something and not even saying what it is or what it does 😪

Rude and racist. Will not be shopping here any longer
