I came out of T- Mobile office in Raytown. With anger because of the long wait. I was there to pay my cell phone bill. There was not enough staff to attend the customers. Kids were running around the place. The technicians did not look like pro but instead looked more like apprentice. After that I observed I became frustrated and for a moment thought about cancelling my contract and go elsewhere for cell phone service. I would think that there should be attendant designed for those paying their cell phone bills away from making them waiting alongside those who purchasing and or starting new service. That very store needs restructuring for better customer service and experience. Determine when your peak hour starts and staff the area with skilled staff rather than unprepared, untrained, apprentice like atmosphere that I witnessed today. Your staff are respectful, well mannered, and courteous though but the above need attention. You can also installed payment machine for even better service. Thanks.

Worst customer service experience ever! The reps were rude, disrespectful and the product is terrible. I had to return to the store 3 different times wasting 4 hours of my day because they don’t know what they are doing. One of the employees raised their voice to my father and I when all we wanted was our old phone reactivated after their piece of trash free phones didn’t work correctly. They don’t have their own data transfer and the minute our contracts are up we will be leaving!

A couple of years ago, I stopped going to this T-Mobile location, because the guest service was always horrible. Recently, we purchased new phones through the website, but we needed some help setting them up and swapping numbers between old & new lines.Nate took care of everything we needed, didnt try to upsell us, and made a call to the corporate service line when there was a glitch that he couldnt handle at the store level. We appreciate Nate and will give this location another chance when we need something else in the future.

Isaiah was the best yesterday! He is knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. He anticipated our needs and answered our questions. His personality also made an experience that is usually annoying, (started a service and getting multiple lines set up, devices bought, ect) not so annoying. Isaiah was upfront about everything. I hate being suprised with hidden fees, so we appreciated his honesty. I will probably be back to start up the internet for my home thanks to him. Please take care of this employee beause good employees are hard to find and keep.

Rick is the absolute best of the best! He was very professional and knowledgeable and delivered very quick and easy service. He was very polite and kind and told jokes and kept things fun. He always managed to address every person that walked in even while helping me and I can appreciate that. He was able to help me with my problems with converting from Sprint to T-Mobile. He had all the answers and was able to get me a really great deal/data plan. If you want excellent quality service and want to deal with a guy who knows his stuff. Ask for Rick, you will not be disappointed. 10/10 would recommend him and will definitely buy from him again!

I went to this T-mobile location because it is the closest to my home to return a mobile hotspot that did not work well in the area I live. Turns out the rep I spoke with on the phone, Jenuel, was completely wrong and you cannot return devices to the store you have to mail it back. Also, I requested that the line assigned to the hotspot and the installment plan be canceled because there was no need to pay for a device that doesn’t work. She ensured me that the line and the installment plan had been canceled, and that I would no longer be charged for it. However, when I went into the store the rep told me that the line had NOT been canceled, and that I still had to pay for the device because I was out of the 30 day cancel period. I was extremely upset and began to become rude to the, in store representative Makayla, who did not deserve it. I was just very frustrated due to the misinformation that happens with T-mobile all the time. Makayla behaved like a true professional and remained kind, respectful, and compassionate regardless of how I was acting. T-mobile as a carrier deserve a 0, but Makayla as an employee deserves 5 stars and more.

Pretty nice place! I went on a Sunday night and it was awesome cause not many people were there at all! Switched over 4 lines from Verizon to T-Mobile, and the lady who helped me out was nice and very professional! I would definitely recommend this location for people who have had problems with long line and rude associates in other locations! Thanks for not being like the last cell phone stores I’ve been in!

I have been into this stor MULTIPLE TIMES, walked around for about 15 mins and never even was GREETED. They lost a customer strictly on customer service. At least greet your customers so they know you acknowledge they are present and will be with them shortly.

Got charged a $20 fee when buying a new phone sales person didnt mention it. I told her what phone I was interested in and she doesnt ask any questions just went straight to the back and grabbed one does my phone come in different colors? Then she opens it up puts sim card inside and says heres your phone.I think she was more interested in the coffee she just bought and gave one to the other employee but could not even remember what coffee she just bought.

I really had good experience at this store. The staff were very knowledgeable about the product and took the time to research my account to make sure I received the best deals. Thanks to Ashley I received much more than I expected, thanks to Daija I received a larger iPhone. However if you do not have the time or the patience to wait on GREAT customer service then do not stop by this T-Mobile, you will have to wait because they are QUITE busy but the customer service is off the chain. I will wait as long as it takes great job ladies.....

AVOID THIS LOCATION!! Store manager is rude, condescending and has no accountability. I love T-Mobile; pay over 3600 per year for service and have purchased several thousand on devices.On July 19 we purchased a phone and paid an upgrade fee of $20, not charged if we purchased on line. The manager at that time promised to credit my bill for this fee by noting my account and applying the credit on my next bill. My August bill didnot reflect this credit. When I spoke with the new manager Bryant, he did not offer to research the matter but stated that was something previous manager promised and offered no solution unless I came into the store. Further he had a condescending demeanor. And when I was in store on August 23 to make a purchase, Bryant still refused to help with the credit and maintained a very inappropriate attitude. At no time did Bryant attempt to offer a solution. It seems he is only interested in making sales and being impressed with himself. Again I would recommend not going here for your Tmobile needs.

Came to the back for interview all went good. Then say Ill definitely give you a call then he did saying they were going to set up a second interview saying we would love to have you on our team. Waited a couple days then called back to see when the second interview was he said he still hasnt heard back. Youre wireless vision managers are a joke dont tell someone you got the job then never call back!!

Not just bashing the store. Customer service at this location is not acceptable. I actually had a staff yell at me AND representative on the phone. Told rep on the phone they didnt know what they were talking about, when trying to resolve an issue with purchasing a new phone. He was so indignant that other staff and customers had to stop and pause. Whats worse is not a manager addressed his display. Not my first time observing inappropriate behavior with staff...with no curtail from a manager. Try another location if you need decent service.

I was greeted immediately at the door and was told that there was two people ahead of me, so I walked around looking at phone and I watched as a older white man with two African American children in tow came and went through the same process and sat down near the front by the counter. Long story short they helped him and didnt even acknowledge I was there any more. I left and lodged a complaint with corporate.

I went to the store to have my phone replaced, or so I thought. Elizabeth went through all the motions of ordering the phone to be sent to me next day, but I didnt receive anything! I called the store to see why I had not received my phone, they say they cannot verify my account unless Im in store. I was told to call T-Mobile. I call them a phone order is no where to be found????? When the phone rep called the store she said she was hung up on! Finally I was transferred to the iPhone tech people. She was very nice and apologetic she ordered my phone read me all the disclosure that was supposed to be read to me even in store. Had no clue about a warranty service fee! Anyway the iPhone tech people got it taken care of. I called back to the store to let the store manager which was busy with a customer, so A manager mike got on the line. I let him know about my experience he began to try to cover up for the employee. Saying things were timing out then. Well why does the notes say I was verified by my ID UMMM... No I wasnt I just gave my phone number. Why did I not receive a receipt saying my phone was ordered? Why wasnt certain disclosures read to me letting me know there was a warranty service fee? Just all around wrong which is why I hung up on the so called manager, cause I know a cover up when I hear one. Get it together.

Kit was SUPERB! I was a 13 yr veteran of Verizon and Kit did a WONDERFUL job answering my question and concerns and got me to actually switch over to TMOBILE. Kit thanks for being so patient and helpful. Keep up the wonderful customer service. Wonderful young lady.Lastly, the manager Bryant is the Best, he also helped me with all the questions I had. Greatman and keeps such a busy store moving. As soon as you walk in they greet you and let you know whether they have others in line ahead of you and they will be right with you. Had the wrong prices sitting out in front of the phones. They had them out there all day long. It wasnt until I went to purchase one at 3pm that they realized it and Tiffany told me specifically that she was off today prior so nobody did it. They refused to honor the price they had advertised . The store is gone downhill literally no customers service. Unfortunately, a few dishonest reps give the whole store a bad rep, for me. 13 years with T-Mobile, and got completely messed over the first time using this location. Stuck with items that were to be removed, and refunds not applied. Terrible experience. (And I dont typically leave bad reviews of anywhere!)

Went in to trade up my phone. Sales guy said they had promotions going on an they had bundled packages for free worth 200. All that had to be paid was the sales tax. I asked again, Free? he said it was, i said cool, as long as i only have to pay sales tax and the rest is free then Im good. we picked out three things for my bundle. Looking closer at the paperwork at home I noticed that he lied. I was charged for everything. I brought it all back and he said, its spread out over 24 mths, its like its free, your bill is still lower. Not the point. i dont like paying for something some salesperson lied and said was free. I was going to be charged for over $125. worth of stuff because he was lying and wanted to make commission. Then he tries to put it on me as if I didnt understand. Trust me. I understood. And he was deceitful. When I said I would speak to the manager about it he just said, do you just want to return it then? Still talking to a manager about this. wonder how many other people have been lied too? Are they taught to lie to make their sales?

To any and all T-Mobile customers BEWARE OF THEIR TALK, BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS. I have been a Customer of this company even before they became T-Mobile (i.e. Aerial - more than 20 yrs.) Went in June to 1st see about a new battery. They dont sale them. Decided on a new phone since I was going out of town in 2 days. I paid off the old phone. Their employee (MICHAEL) told me I could get several items for free. I was in the store for more than an hour. I was told FREE at least 4 times. Well low and behold - when I received my bill -yesterday- the items did not show up as free. Charged for each item. Called the store and was finally connected with the employee who sold me the phone. His claim was I never said free! I told him you did and I was going to contact the Missouri Attorney Generals Office. His response again was I never said free and I could come in and look at the contract. (BUMP THAT.) Instead of going in (because I was already totally pissed off and there was a very strong possibility I was going to kick his ass and tear up the store). I called the Customer service number. The Customer rep totally listened to may complaint, and helped to resolve the issues and situation. After talking with her, she made me feel like I was a valued Customer. She appreciated my longevity with the company. (THANK YOU C.) I want everyone to know, just because you are the Customer - DONT THINK YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE WHEN YOU HAVE BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND HAVE BEEN WRONGED. I work hard for my money and dont appreciate being taken advantage of or lied to. I know I am not the only one. Alex J. is another Customer. Where there are 2, there are many more. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

08-11-16I had to go to TMO Raytown again as my new Tab E showed up with a bad SIM card. Low and behold I walk straight up to the counter and there is Whitley! She gave me a smile and asked if I got my phone....she had me in and out in under 5 minutes problem solved. So...when the place isnt packed and youre not in a hurry she did a great job! Bumped this up to 3 stars and will update accordingly..I went to the store 2-3 weeks ago with a question about the new sw update. Whitley advised I was eligible for a new phone for zero down. I passed as my Note 4 is fine. But then TMO came out with pre-order for the Note 7 with free Gear Fit2...yea..sounds like a good time to upgrade. I went back to the store Friday the 5th and asked for Whitley, she deserves the sell. They put me on the list but no one went back to tell her I was in the store. After 15-20 minutes I called for Whitley from within the store. When she came out to get the phone I flagged her down. She informed me she was working on a stack of paperwork in the back and would get with me when she could!! No BS! Then she decided she would just be back in a few. 10-15 minutes later she was busy with another customer and finally a young man came and told me she had handed me off. After he was on the phone for 30 more minutes I had had enough. I went to the 40 Hiway store in Independence and Edward got me taken care of and a free Tab E! Go see Edward!!
