What a rude and unwelcoming bunch of people.They truly believe that the customer has to beg for an appointment, adjust to their timetable and should be lucky to buy from them? The level of arrogance they are displaying to their customers is stunning . I wish I wouldn’t have spend so much money on kitchen appliances all ready . I rather go shopping hundreds of miles away than giving them any more business .Luckily the brands they sell are available online .

They used a horrible delivery company who wont give you a schedule, or a call untill they are there, they broke our oven and hid it then Fergusons rep wouldnt call back, and then lied about it! End result clients stuck with broken unit and out $3,000 go anywhere else!!!!

I found their service to be excellent. Best selection of kitchen and bathroom plumbing in the valley. Not sure what the previous reviewers problem is, but passive-aggressive behavior never really works. If anything, they have too many people! It would be more easy to believe that they simply thought she had already been helped. Next time someone doesnt approach you, maybe you could approach the person sitting right at the front desk and ask?

Worst experience, Save yourself from walking there and being “attended” by some monosyllabic, less than poorly empathic and more than probably unhappy sales guy on the show room and just order the stuff online. You are very welcome!! :)

Great store very expensive

Fergusons Showroom in Ranch Mirage is fully equipped with every large home appliance, plumbing and lighting fixture you could hope for. The appliances begin with lower end models and go up to the most expensive higher end products from Sub Zero/Wolf, Thermador, Dacor and others. The prices for the higher end appliances are very competitive. We can highly recommend Fergusons.

I went in looking for bathroom finishings. Not a single person ask if they could help me. Maybe I look like I might not have money but I do have a amex unlimited.

I went looking for a solution to cleaning or refinishing a copper sink I inherited buying a place in Palm Springs, and was met with pure snobbery at the entrance reception desk, when the clerk said that the people who shopped in their store owned three or four homes, and really didnt pay attention to the cleaning of their sinks. Wow! Rudeness in action!
