Been out once again because my daughter leaves next month to go back to college and so weve been out and about, and boy has it been something with the shopping...traffic especially at home goods has by far been the worst line that we have had to stand in, with only 1 to 3 people working the cashier in the line, was so outrageous, its no great customer service at all. Just standing in a long line, of course their items are amazing, their furniture is so beautiful and everything else they have, but the service is not good and the line was ridiculous, if the line is gonna be that long you need way more cashiers... just saying, you shouldnt have people standing like that for so long, especially when they have medical conditions. It just took forever to get out of there😳 I dont want to go back there, but I will...maybe just not this one...too busy with not enough help. Not one person offered any type of customer service, no hi, hello, can I help you, even the cashier was not friendly...oh well...on to the next one...

My wife’s home away from home. Cool to shop for their Knick knacks and constantly changing inventory. Just make sure that if you see something you like buy it since you’ll likely never see it again if you don’t.

You always find treasures at Home Goods! I went in just to browse and walked out with several goodies for my fur babies! Always fun to look around!

Mixed review. I asked Ashley for help finding something. She told me the isle and let me know she would be there in a minute to help if I didnt find it. She came to isle but I had already found the item. She was solid!I paid for said item cash and the cashier didnt count out my change and she left it on the counter for me to pick-up while I had my hand out.Am I too old school expecting better customer service?

Always crowded cause there are always great finds! From my favorite commercial marinara sauce, Farm to Fork, to comfy pet beds. Love it here! Usually a bit of a line, worth the wait to get it :-) staff is super friendly. OH and good shopping music.

I was there for the first time on Black Friday. We had to wait in line to get in but Im told that store usually has a line to get in. We only waited for 3 minutes. After getting inside for only seconds, I understood why they always have a line to get in. THEY HAVE THE MOST UNIQUE PRODUCTS! I LOVE IT! THE PRICES ARE GREAT. Im told the prices are good even when they dont have a sale going on. They are Very careful about Social Distancing and my friend and I felt VERY safe. They have SO much to see. I cant wait to go back. Everything is unique. They even have furniture and its all unique and beautiful like everything else in the store! I cant wait to return.

Big store but it was really messy. Looked more like a Ross than a Home Goods store.

Please have the cashier with the Tattoos have a better Attitude next time we come in.

So in love with this store, Ifeel like a kids in a candy store. So much to see, and really good prices. Only downside is the line to check out. But the staff handles it very well.

This location actually had really good prices on some similar items that we had seen at other stores. we saw an exact glass set at a store on the other side of the shopping center almost double the price! i am taking a star away for the almost non existent customer service we received while checking out.

Easy access but parking can be crowed at times. Some limits on selections because of over shopping & less retail space for social distance. Restroom needed attention. Longer lines on weekends with COVID19 restrictions.

I really wanted this vegan BBQ it wasnt there. I got quinoa chips and seasonal foods as well as fairy lights for my project. Customer service is dismal but the cashier was really nice and friendly.

Im guessing theres not much else to do in Rancho Cucamonga other than go to Home Goods?!? A line to get in, a REALLY long line to get out. Some of the store is well stocked, others not so much.

Home Goods is one of my favorite places to shop.

I love just walking around and browsing the aisles. They can be a bit pricey, but you can always find great deals. I really like their food sections. Jams, olive oil, pasta, seasoning, teas, coffee and so much more.

A lot or merchandise all the time. Good experience. Friendly associates. Highly recommended.

That store is always very hot. I forget and after awhile I go again and so hot I can’t think. I have money in my pocket to spend but have to leave right away. This is the only store I experience this in. I go to Glendora and Pasadena and they have the air on so it is a nice temp in the store. Please do something about this!!!

My favorite home store

Home Goods is such a fun store to shop at. They always have such interesting items and beautiful decor. One thing I have noticed over the years is the stores seem to be getting messier and messier. Maybe they just cant seem to handle all the customers as their Fame grows. Regardless I still love shopping there.

There are so many home choices at Home Goods, you have to take your time looking or youll miss something. They have chairs,rugs,bedding, mirrors, lamps, picture frames and even carry jellies, candy, lots of Christmas gifts. Youll have to see for yourself .Enjoy and be prepared to stay a while.

Homegoods is the go to place if youre looking for updated, modern home furnishings and accessories. Their prices vary but you can find great bargains if you take the time to look. They have so many wonderful things that you cant go in and out. I took my cousins when I was visiting them in Texas and they loved it. They had never been there but now its their go to place too.

This HomeGoods is usually well organized and maintained. Great stock and variety. They are decked out for Christmas at the moment.

My favorite Home Goods for miles!Great place for gifts year-round and special party decor. Tight spaces everywhere (not ideal for kids) but they DO have really great stuff for kids.

What can I say more about Home Goods! If you like eclectic gifts and out of the ordinary things, then this store for you! I love shopping here, I can always find that special little gift or nick nack I need or want for my home. The prices are great as well. If you like Pier 1 Imports, you will love Home Goods too!

I recently visited your location and it was a MESS! Items were strewn throughout the store. The aisles are full of merchandise that is not put away and I almost slipped and fell just to purchase a shower curtain! It literally looks like no one cares and feels the need to have a neat and clean store. It was UNBELIEVABLE messy. Ive shopped at many Home Goods and this is ABSOLUTELY the worst location Ive ever been to. I took photos I was so appalled. I also reported it to corporate because this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I work nearby but I will never return to this location. Its a disgrace to Home Goods name!

Love this place! You can get your home to look like model homes eith just a trip or two here!! My favorite section is the kitchen where I can find gourmet foods, spices, oils etc at reasonable prices!! This Id thr plane to come to when youve got out of town guests (#inlaws) that you want to impress!! Home Goods helps me look good!!

They offer great deals on a lot of stuff. The only issue is the way that they keep the things on the shelves are very haphazard and dangerous. Another thing - buyer beware: its a great store, however the things they sell there are there for a reason. In other words, they may be irregular items and have a slight flaw so thats why the prices are lower. however its still a good deal for those who cannot afford to pay full price at a department store.

Beautiful items, for high prices,. I bought 4 bar chairs for $400. Every single chair broke. The chairs had wood legs, I guess made cheaply. Every single chair I trashed. Better off going to Tuesday morning or Ross, maybe a few of the others. This store is simply too high.

When I go to this store, I just know that I will find something, no matter what occasion it might be! And at this store I always find what I need to get away from every thing! My bath salts, my lavender sage scrub for the body and candles surrounding the tub. Always the right tools to help me meditate.

Awful service !! Stay away from Joanna the checker I had over $200 dollars in my cart to purchase and she didnt even greet me she asked if I was doing a return !! Then I had ceramic items that would break so I asked if she could wrap separately and put in separate bags. So at the end of transaction she started to put everything in one bag. Please Joanna can you put in separate bags. She took the bag crumpled it in front of me and threw the bag! At this point I was mortified! Handed my reciept looking away from me. NO THANK ! THANKS FOR SHOPPING AT HOMEGOODS. LET ME TELL YOU PAUL THE MANAGER IS NO BETTER ! WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT MY SERVICE HE JUST HAD A BLANK LOOK ON HIS FACE ! IT WASNT UNTIL I TOLD HIM I WANTED CORPORATE NUMBER THEN HE STARTED TO APOLOGIZE ! VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.
