Poor management, for my 2nd vaccine, they did not put it in their system. The automatic system messaged me a day later saying I didn’t finish my vaccine, and that if I didn’t finish it, then the vaccine wouldn’t of mattered. I had to return to the office, and they put the date of when I came into the office instead of the date I actually got the 2nd dose of the vaccine. Terribly unprofessional.

I called today on a busy on Saturday with a ton of questions and Valarie took the time to answer then all! Pls remember time is a busy place BECAUSE they are trying to help so many.

The pharmacy is very slow and disorganized. Stay away!

I think people are judging this place too harshly. I’m just going to discuss the pharmacy part. The other people are very nice and never had an issue with them. The people at the pharmacy are constantly swamped with customers, I see them always working very hard at their job. I’ve been going here for around 4 years because I work in the same area. They’re kind and yes, every one makes mistakes, but they never gave me attitude or were rude to me. They even call to check up if I need a refill if mine is almost done, which I almost never had any other pharmacy do. I’ve never had an issue once with them and I see them at least once every 3 months. They’re honestly so much better than a small pharmacy in Oakland I used to go to. I think the pharmacy needs more staff

Best CVS around. The staff is wonderful, even the pharmacy which is always crazy busy behind the counter goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. I frequent many CVS locations but this one is the one I choose above the rest. The sales staff is competent, professional, and helpful in a way that you really dont see in a lot of pharmacy/retailers anymore. I will always recommend them to anyone!

Cuatomer service was nice.

New management is horrible. You walk in and immediately all eyes are on you as if youre about to steal every single item on display. The staff is rude and when asked questions most just glare at you and sigh aloud before answering. On top of the terrible customer service, everything is overpriced. Theres a moisturizer here that they want $10 for where everywhere else INCLUDING the manufacturer its about $4. Thats just one example, but dont waste your money here. Its not worth it.

Were kind enough to give me hand sanitizer and gloves. Very good service and fast.

Newly customer too this CVS location & only for a momentary time THANK GOD! They have been extremely rude regarding medications&gave a major attitude when they realized they were wrong the entire time&never apologized. I have never been too a CVS that takes such a long amount of time too fill prescriptions, even ones called in at 12 pm were not filled & needed an hour wait. Also, a couple times they had too order extremely vital meds that one cannot be off of at all&of course didn’t have them ready until 8pm later that night.

The service levels here are terrible. I literally witnessed a customer telling the pharmacist that the prescription she just gave her was incorrect and she admitted she made a mistake. To top it all off I waited 15 mins while 4 people were trying to fix one person’s problem. I always go to Walgreens in Ramsey but my children’s plan is only covered by CVS! Ugh!!!

Came to pick up meds in pharmacy and needed help. STaff was very helpful and kind. Young girl Amanda helped me greatly on Thursday. Always kind and always smiling through my process. Pharmacist gave helpful insight too; and i noticed very busy. Will definitely be baxk.

A necessary evil when you need a RX filled. I cant help but feel somewhat dirty when I walk out.

This isnt a 24 hour CVS, but its close. The staff here has always done their best to answer any questions that I might have. Your normal run of the mill CVS goods are stocked here.

I pick up medications here once or twice a month. Theres usually only one person at the counter so it gets busy sometimes, but theyre always very nice and patient with others, including myself.

One staff was very rude and refused to help me for the return that ordered online, even though CVS return policy states specific that beauty items order online can return at local store. very disappointed. wont go to Ramsey CVS anymore.

Pharmacy staff is rude......it also seems like it is policy to leave people on hold for exactly 15 mins before picking the phone up.
