I went in with no means of purchasing but just doing my homework. They really worked with me to get me a deal I knew I couldnt get elsewhere and very accommodating. I ended up leaving with a 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. They gave me a good deal for my trade in and applied my qualifying discounts. The staff is very nice and helpful. My local Mitsubishi dealer ever since I could remember were over-priced and no wiggle room. I would gladly drive the 40 extra min to purchase from Route 17 Mitsubishi again. I highly recommend.

Do not trade in your car here. They do not pay it off and you’re still liable for the payments. They suggest I make the next payment and then they’ll reimburse me. If they didn’t pay off my car in six weeks, what makes them think I’d trust them again? Big scam artists. Go to another dealership.It’s been six weeks and still no registration.

**UPDATE** Received my plates this week!!!WARNING - AVOID!!! Purchased a vehicle the week after 4th of July. Issue #1 After agreeing to a set price, upon finalizing the paperwork, I noticed the price had changed (increased by nearly $1K). After threatening to pull the the entire deal, the set price was corrected. Issue #2 After only driving less than 60 miles, the Check Engine light comes on. Was told theyve inspected the car and there was no issues. Had to return the car for them to fix. Issue #3 I am still waiting, to date, for my Registration/Plates (which I paid for). Still nothing. Will continue to call everyday until this is resolved!! Not worth the headache. The only good thing was our Salesperson, Feras Sadaqa.

Several weeks ago I did an intense search for a car of my liking. Ran into road blocks until I stumbled upon RT. 17 Mitsubishi. Called the dealer and spoke to Feras the floor sale guy and he got me in immediately to look at the car.He was amazing! Stopped by to look at a pre-owned Mazda I viewed on their website. I walked into this dealership around 5:30 p.m. and I drove away with the car around 8:00 p.m. I would absolutely recommend working with Feras S. as I couldnt be happier with the service I received. Feras and Adolfo were extremely nice and I never felt uncomfortable the entire time I was there. They never tried to push me into a different car or upsell me into something I did not need. Feras and I had great conversations as we waited for the banks to finalize my loan. They worked with me on a deal I was happy with. Do not sleep on this smaller dealership, they definitely punch above their weight, at least in my experience. Went to the local Mazda dealer and I was shocked at the arrogance of the salesman and their cars that were in terrible shape. (Dents, accidents and missing paint that they tell you they will fix AFTER you buy the car) I would recommend stopping by to look at any car on their lot, not just Mitsubishi.

If youre looking for a horror story nightmare situation in car buying, this is the place you will find it! I bought a 2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross on 4/16/21. On the way home the car started making a loud, jarring noise while I was sitting in traffic on the BQE. I called the dealership and spoke to Dalin. He couldnt explain what caused it. I sent him a recording of the sound and he couldnt explain what the sound was in response to, or what it correlates with. I went into dealership with recording and no one could explain the sound or figure out how to make it stop. So Ive been driving with a car that loudly beeps (often when stopped at a red light). I took car to Long Island City Mitsubishi in June and they wanted me to pay for diagnostic. I didnt think that this was a fair way to treat a new customer, with a car that had 400 miles, so I left.As of July 2021, this car has 820 miles on it and its feels like its falling apart. While driving on the highway or expressway it feels like the hood is rattling and doesnt handle well at all.Finally the last straw was on July 3, while driving and running errands, Im heading towards a red light, as I started to take my foot off of the accelerator, the car short stops and orange BRAKE signal shows. Luckily, there was no traffic, no one in front, to either side or anyone driving behind me. No children running in front of the car, nothing in my lane and so there was no reason for the car to short stop. That was scary because it jolted the car. I refuse to drive a car that inexplicably short stops.Icing on the cake is that Mitshubishi wants me to pay to tow the car to them. Its not their problem that this car has serious manufacturing issues and can be a potential road hazard! So far, everyone that Ive spoken to, especially Raven in Corporate just passes the buck and wants me to pay to have it towed back to the dealership I purchased it from. No other dealership has been helpful when contacting them about the aforementioned issues. I paid additional $4K+ for extended/additional coverage.If youre not looking for a headache and dont want to be insulted by a car company AVOID all Mitsubishi dealerships. They are selling lemons. Every representative has given no solutions to what to do with this car and treat me as though it is my fault.
