Extremely poor customer service!! You can NEVER reach your sales rep and if they get back to you, its after many calls and emails. I am an interior designer and I work with many different vendors but I have never experienced such slow service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Our contractor recommended Ferguson where we met Monica our designer and sales consultant. She is THE BEST!! She listened to me and guided us to the best fixtures for our needs. She carefully prepared the order with attention to detail. She thought of things we would have missed, I am so grateful for her input, and the final price was a nice surprise, very reasonable! For BETTER prices than the BIG BOX stores, better quality, and expert assistance from Monica, it PAYS to go to Ferguson. The new showroom is beautiful. They are following all COVID safety precautions so I felt completely safe at my appointment. I am so excited about my new bathrooms!! Thank you!

Made an appointment with Juan Lopez to help me choose the fixtures and hardware for my master bathroom renovation. It can be overwhelming due to the sheer amount of choices to make and Juan made it more manageable and worked with me to fit my budget and taste. Ferguson was also timely in the delivery of the items ordered and I am really satisfied with the results.

Terrible experience. Completely empty store, only one customer, and was no one to help us with any information. The receptionist was unhelpful ans unpleasant. Everyone who was on the floor seems to be on the phone.It was on a Wed, around 1:30 PM.Do not bother going to this place!

Took 2 weeks to make a appointment with Kelly Baird. One hour before the appointment received a call canceling! We can reschedule for next week. Building a new house (Need lots of good customer service)Decided to take my business elsewhere......

I remodeled my master bathroom with the help of Michelle Kim from the Ramsey location of Ferguson Bath, Kitchen. I can not recommend her enough. She was so respectful of my budget and her suggestions look fantastic in my new bathroom. Michelle is easy to work with, polite and patient. She always got back to me promptly, and we communicated often by email.

We wanted to redo our bathroom and our contractor recommended visiting Ferguson Bath, Kitchen and Lighting Gallery in Ramsey, NJ. We were lucky enough to have Colleen Lutz who is a consultant with Ferguson sit with us to discuss what we wanted to accomplish. She listened and worked quickly to get what we needed with no attempt at up selling. She uncovered items we never would have thought of to complete our bathroom. I was worried that we would be spending the day there or worse yet, have to do all of this ourselves at a big box store. She did an outstanding job and we could not be more happy with the results. We will definitely use Ferguson again. But before we go next time, we will make an appointment with Colleen first! She is amazing!

Jeff Ricco at Ferguson Ramsey is absolutely one of the best sales people I have ever worked with. We had an extensive remodel of our master bath as well as upgrades to other bathrooms. The entire project took almost a year. Jeff was with us from start to finish. He spent over an hour with us our first time in the showroom and was very responsive to our follow up calls, emails and follow up appointments. His patience with the project and expertise re products is unmatched. He provided excellent advice, creative ideas and support. He took the time to source items for us and find alternatives for comparison. We had a few issues with damaged merchandise along the way and Jeff dealt with the manufacturer and resolved our issues in a quick and timely matter. It was a difficult home project and Jeff made it easier for us. We are so impressed by Jeffs level of attention and genuine customer service. We cant thank Jeff enough or recommend him more highly!

Colleen Lutz is a great listener. She listened to our ideas. She gave us options. She came to understand our tastes and quickly knew what we would like and dislike. Colleen is an expert in her product lines which is no small fete considering how many drains, plumbing systems, and sinks there are in her system. Colleen is organized! Our shopping cart morphed from our wish list into our buy list and became the easiest check list I’ve ever used to stay organized and on track.I would also add that Colleen has a lot of patience – dealing with the sometimes dueling opinions of husband and wife, offering her opinion in a non-judgmental way as to not offend either party. The end result was an advisor that walked us through each step of the design and purchase, being aware of our budget, and wishes. I would recommend Colleen to anyone embarking on a home improvement project.

We first met Amanda while she was filling in at the Ferguson showroom in Bridgewater NJ. (She typically works at the Ramsey location). Lovely young lady, very knowledgeable and eager to assist. We were planning a complete renovation of the master bathroom. Amanda was extremely helpful assisting us with all of our needs (toilet, lighting, counter top, vanity, plumbing etc.) We have had some bumps along the way (not with Ferguson, but with manufacturers), and Amanda has been extremely attentive rectifying any issues. We had such a positive experience with her (and Ferguson) that we also decided to renovate our powder room as well. Highly recommend!

We have been in the process of constructing our new home this last year and we purchased many items from Ferguson’s Ramsey location. We feel that it is well deserved to share our experience with members of the Ferguson Team. We were very fortunate to be helped every step of the way by Juan Lopez. He helped us with design and function of 3 bathrooms and a large kitchen. The first day he spent over an hour with us as we picked out faucets and sinks, very knowledgeable on all the products. Since this went so well we decided to have him help us with the rest of the house. As with any large purchase including, sinks, faucets, tubs, lighting fixtures, microwave, range, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc, we had many questions, changed our mind, switched items then switched them back again. Juan was patient, helpful and always answered our questions. His response time on telephone call back was immediate. A problem arose with our Miele range and Juan was constantly checking to make sure we heard from them, if we didn’t he would follow up for us and at the end day he solved the problem seamlessly. We were thoroughly impressed with all the products he recommended and his wonderful service.We will highly recommend Ferguson’s in Ramsey and in particular Juan Lopez.

Great staff, clean, safe covid rules

I worked with Amanda on a good size and fairly complicated order for my new bathroom renovation. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and efficient throughout the entire process. A couple items arrived with some incorrect parts and as soon as I let Amanda know the issues, she had replacement parts delivered to my house the very next day. Id highly recommend Ferguson and specifically Amanda.

I have to say the first thing that will strike you is the showroom. It is immaculate and really inspires. Im not sure if the process would have been as smooth without input from the staff. I was lucky enough to work with Monica who was able to demystify all the nuances between the many choices in fixtures, lighting, etc. It was nice not to feel overwhelmed and to truly understand pricing as it relates to quality. Monica was a wonderful help in picking out a shower pan and toilet. She was able to find what we wanted in the size we needed. She was very knowledge in all the products to find what we were looking for. She really seems to enjoy what she is doing and is very good at it.

My husband and I stopped in to look at bathroom fixtures for our upcoming remodel. My husband stayed in the car with our 2 sleeping children while I ran in and met Monica Flynn. I advised her of the sleeping babies and told her that my husband and I would do the switch after i picked out the fixtures. Monica was respectful of my time crunch, showed me exactly what I needed, helped me find the pieces that were in stock and was very knowledgeable and great to talk to. When it was time to switch with my husband, she took the time to go over everything we picked out in the same detail she did with me and in less than an hour we were on our way. Monica truly made it a great experience. I would recommend going to see her for any remodel needs.

If you are a contractor, this is not the place to call if you need help gathering information on a part that you plan on ordering. They dont take the time to help with that. If you already know exactly the product you need with exact specifications, this is the place for you.

I am a first time homeowner and never before planned a bathroom. I went to one other place and they didnt give me the time of day. I went here and worked with Jeff Ricco. Ten minutes later he returned to tell me that Alex was coming to s/w me.After another 10 or so minutes he came into the parts department to tell me that 2 of the 3 items ordered were still at the LI warehouse & the 3rd item had been on back order (which I was never notified of). How do you run a business this size & have items sit in a warehouse, not sent to the appropriate purchase location is beyond me. To say that I am upset is an understatement. The customer service that I thought was outstanding last week has now become sub par. Am so very disappointed, needless to say they will not have my returning business & I will share my experience. Word of mouth continues to be an important revenue stream for businesses, mine will not be positive.

A complete renovation of our home brought me to Blackmans door. The renovation included an addition and gutting to the studs of our kitchen and four baths. I want to commend one of your employees Alejandro Pereyra. We visited the showroom in Mahwah. Not only are their products beautiful and up to the latest trends but the staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Especially Mr. Pereyra, who took the time to help us find a replacement for a very old bathroom fixture. He made phone calls and researched in various catalogs to find something that would accommodate our unique situation. He put together a system that fit our needs and placed the order, making sure it would arrive the following day. He followed with a phone call to make sure we were satisfied and if the installation went well. We were very satisfied. I highly recommend Blackman in Mahwah and will definitely go there for my future bathroom upgrade.

While redoing our bathroom, we were recommended to use Ferguson by our contractor and plumber. Unfortunately we listened and had a terrible experience.We ordered tub, sink, faucet, and vanity from there on our first trip there. We called a few times asking for dimensions for vanity but never heard back. 3 weeks later, our plumber realized Ferguson placed an order for something that would not work for us even though we clearly stated our needs.We fixed the order and had to wait an additional 4 weeks for the vanity to arrive. After multiple calls for updates and questions from me, my plumber, and contractor that were never returned, the vanity finally arrived, and it was wrong. She put in the wrong model number and we received the larger version which would not fit. The order form had the correct number but she entered it into the computer incorrectly.People make mistakes but not once did she apologize or do anything to help expedite the issue. If she only returned any of our multiple calls and messages, we may have been able to catch the issue earlier but her response was sorry,things have been crazy here.My next step was I went to Home Supply in Hawthrone and ordered the same vanity through them. I had no issues, they answered all my questions, and they kept me posted on the progress and when to expect the shipment.Working with Ferguson was a miserable experience.

I put our order in for Showerheads, and was all excited by the amazing selection. Problem 1, they never added our rush order though we asked them to. Problem 2, I show up in person because no one ever returns a message, and have to pay an additional $26 for the rush. Problem 3, they never call so when I show up again apparently they still never put in the rush order. Problem 4, making me pay $26 without doing their job means they just took my money with no follow through. Dishonest company, do not use. Any place would be better, I would give 0 stars if it was an option.

My architect sent me to Blackman to review specs for a new shower screen in our bathroom renovation. I was so impressed by the quality of products - such as Robern, Kohler and Glasscrafters - and the professionalism and friendliness of staff, especially Alex in particular, with whom I worked. If you go to Blackman, ask for Alex. He helps you with everything and offers options. The showroom is beautiful and be sure to ride the amazingly cool elevator!

I had a WONDERFUL experience working with the staff at Blackman in Mahway NJ. First things first.... it is the most beautiful showroom Ive ever seen and Ive been around to a few different places. My husband and I are re-doing 3 bathrooms and our kitchen so needles to say we have been shopping around and we have a lot of work to do! My friend recommended Blackman. She couldnt stop raving about it so I had to give it a try. When I got there I was stunned by the selection on display. Ive been able to find everything I need. Not only plumbing but also tile and lighting for my whole house! Thanks to Alex, Ariella and the showroom manager Pasquina the process was painless and even enjoyable. I would recommend to everyone who is having work done in their home to stop by Blackman first and last!!

My husband and I stopped in (w our sleeping baby who wasnt bothering anyway) to pick out fixtures etc for our all new renovation. We needed (I say this in past tense bc we will not be returning) for an entire house, 4300 sq ft. The woman knew what kind of fixtures we were in the market for since we were asking about a $1145 faucet only and yet still we were totally brushed off. Later, while we for some reason stayed to look around, the same sales woman helped a couple a good 20 years older than us. I took this as ageism at its finest, but at 30 years old I did not expect to be treated as 16 year old. I Do not recommend this place due to their lack of professionalism. And the sales woman couldnt even tell us the proper color name of a fixture. I cannot name the sales woman bc she did not even bother to introduce herself.

On Saturday 3/25, we were fortunate to have Pasquina DAngelo of Mahwah showroom offer to help us find a solution for our powder room redo. We hoped for a vanity (for both appearance & storage) with a china sink/counter combo but thought none were available. Pasquina quickly steered us to a Strasser Eurolav vanity & basin set which fit our needs, taste and price range perfectly. She really knows her business & was delightful to work with-very gracious and respectful..

This company took care of all my new construction in the most professional way.really great folks.

I was in with my wife and daughters. Extremely snotty and unhelpful. No prices anywhere. I asked for a price on a faucet and the salesperson just walked away. I am happily taking my money someplace else.

In a nutshell the service provided by Blackman was unacceptable. The salesperson we were dealing with, Alex Pereyra, was either irresponsible, incompetent or most likely a combination of both. In Alex’s opinion which he voiced to us he was providing us with good customer service. I will briefly describe my experience with Alex and let you decide if you should deal with Alex and/or Blackman. As for me I have canceled my order and received excellent customer service at the newly opened Pirch Paramus. To summarize my experience:- During our visit on 9/19 Alex promised to compile our complete order, check availability and deliver it to us on Monday, 9/20. The promised complete order form never came on Monday or for that matter ever...- When I followed up on Tuesday, I was informed that Alex is off on Tuesdays but that the receptionist will try to reach him or his manager and get back to me. No one got back to me.- Subsequently I found when placing my order at Pirch, they are able to place the item on hold pending completion of the order. Blackman/Alex should be able to do the same, they took great care in their order placement system to suppress product description so that people would not be able to comparison shop, maybe they should have provided the functionality to reserve/hold items instead. On second thought there is probably a good reason for Blackman making it impossible to comparison shop since their prices are higher than Pirch and other competitors in the area.- Usually consumers need their plumber to approve the order and dont want to take chances with the items going out of stock. Having an ability to hold the items would have prevented some of the unpleasant aspects of my experience with Blackman.- Finally on Saturday, 9/26 afternoon Alex provided us with what he considered to be a complete purchase order which included kitchen sinks we selected during our initial visit. This was a WEEK LATE. Unfortunately the purchase order was still incomplete as it didn’t include the bathroom sink and faucet we previously selected with you. To make matters worse Alex insisted that we never discussed any bathroom sinks or faucets. Not sure if it is lack of memory or poor organizational skills, but at the end of the day a week later we still didnt have a complete purchase order a week later.- Finally when Alex checked for availability of the selected items many were out of stock by this time. These items were available when he checked initially on Tuesday.The reason for the renovation is that our house was flooded and we are living out of a hotel since mid-august. Alex was made aware of our situation as we stressed the point that we need to get things done quickly, instead of being supporting our experience with Alex and Blackman resulted in nothing but wasted time, stress and aggravations.
