Good place if you want to wait forever to get your atv. I get understaffed as Im in the hospitality business as a GM but we have come in 3 times to pick it up and it is still not ready. (Keep in mind the 3 time we came in we were told it would be ready) Would give zero stars but its not an option. Still waiting on the manager for a solution. *** update they took care of the problem fast five stars all the way thanks!!!!!

Power Lodge was extremely helpful in resolving a problem my husband was having with a defective windshield for our UTV. They contacted the company and got the issue totally taken care of, resulting in a replacement windshield. Great people to work with -- 100% satisfied.

Amazing service, great people, high quality machines. Power Lodge was the only place that I could find with an orange Touring. They put it together a week early and had it waiting in the front. I worked with Brad and he was very thorough on walking me through the different parts if the wheeler. Definitely will be going back.

I was referred to Power Lodge by a corporate partnership program through my employer (and my status as a Veteran). The program is designed to offer the customer a No Haggle experience. Once the customer registers for the program and chooses a make and model that he/she is interested in, he/she is shown a list of manufacture and dealer incentives if you decide to continue the purchasing process.During the next step a sales person contacts you with a price for that particular item, in my case a Can Am side by side. I noticed that the prices didnt add up and I asked for a breakdown of the discounts and charges. The salesman was reluctant, so I asked specifically about the dealer incentive that I was offered for this program. The salesman wasnt sure so he asked his GM.The GM told him that they decided to opt out of honoring that published discount simply due to lack of inventory at other dealers. Its simple supply and demand.I certainly understand how supply and demand works and modifying incentives based on inventory, but refusing to honor an incentive after the it has been offered to a potential customer reflects poorly on the integrity of this business, especially when not being up front about it.The salesman mentioned that he was working with several other customers who are using the same discount. This business continues to take advantage of this marketing program while not following through with the published incentives.Personally, Im tired of businesses taking advantage of this crisis were going through to make an extra buck at the customers expense. If you recently purchased vehicle from this business through a corporate (or military) discount, please go back and review the discounts that you were promised by the marketing program to ensure you were charged the correct amount.

Good service and fair price

For off road vehicles and boats, this is a pretty good place to browse, test drive and discuss options. The employees are OK, though some of them are rather lack luster. The interior is good looking with lots of vehicles to look at. Price wise this place is on par and maybe a little cheaper than some other places like this.

Wow, this an impressive toy shop to say the least. I gave the salesman a brief description of what I was looking for. Aj was knowledgeable and answered all my questions in detail with honest understanding.I am a happy customer and would recommend going here to purchase recreational equipment.

Prices are the lowest I have found and I have bought a lot of toys from here. When I call looking for Brad my salesman, if Brad is not available, another salesman answers my questions then informs Brad that I called. Sales people dont pressure you and when Im ready to pick something out, I make arrangements to come in and pick it up. If I need to finance it, the interest rate they always get me is lower than I expect. Randy the finance guy gets me in and out the door. I always know exactly whats going on and theres never any surprises! Then the staff takes the time to walk me through how everything works and answer every one of my questions. The parts department is very knowledgeable and has what I need in stock. The service department is amazing. I cant say enough about this place.

Called on a Monday to get a quote on 2 four wheelers and a trailer. Brad helped me and got back to me quickly with a quote. Picked them up on Saturday, had problems hooking up to the trailer (newbie with ball hitches) and the service guy came and helped me out right away. Will definitely go back for more.

Absolutely the worst customer service that I’ve ever had. The service department is absolutely inconsistent, and inconsistent!

Brandon Hanson did an exceptional job servicing my sleds. He was up front and honest about pricing. He kept in contact with me to let me know when the sleds would be ready. He even found recalls I wasn’t aware of and had then fixed. After my great experience with Brandon at the Powerlodge this is now the only place I will bring snowmobiles to be serviced from this point forward.

My grandpa has been in the hospital for two months he just got out a week ago and he used to ride dirt bikes and fourwheelers but with everything going on he isn’t sure if he can do that or not so we figured maybe a UTV would be the best, we looked all over the state and also across state lines to find a Can Am well I called Powerlodge today and I figured they won’t have anything yeah right they had one more machine it wasn’t the one my grandpa wanted but he couldn’t be picky and he knew that! After talking to Brad he was extremely supportive and he wasn’t pushy we were very very appreciative of how nice and genuine he was! If anybody is looking for a machine please ask for Brad! Well kudos to Cory at PowerLodge for tracking me down about my google review and taking the time to explain to me why a year old sled was priced at what it was. I have switched my 1 star review based on the previous conversation w/ sales to a 5 and will most likely be my spot for a future purchase. I decided to buy a duck hunting boat right before season opener. They had the one I wanted in stock and got it in my hands quickly. Very happy with my purchase so far.

Bought a used boat here. Never received the registration. Called and they said they made copies and said I should of received them in mail and that I needed to buy duplicates at DMV. Then they noticed my trailer was not registered to me. They said they would fix that and let me know. I never heard from them again. Heading to the DMV so I can actually be legal on the water this year. I sure hope everything is in my name when I have to wait hours at the DMV for something power lodge should of had done right from the beginning.

Very poor service! My son is thinking about a new sled and the sales staff didnt seem interested in his $15k. Finally got someone to help (no it wasnt busy), took down all his information and said he would call later that day (Sat) or Monday. Its Thursday now and havent heard a word. We picked up his sled being repaired and it was filthy and the parts they replaced couldnt be found? Think were going to Chopper City.

I had checked two other places, closer to my location in Cottage Grove, and never got any word back from them. Ordered my dream fishing boat (205 Alumacraft Competitor Tiller) from Power Lodge Twin Cities back in Feburary 2020. While the Covid situation/shutdowns impacted delivery of my new boat... I was very happy with experience with Power Lodge, especially with their general manager Corey. He took great care of my needs throughout and made my experience with Power Lodge a good one. Im sure I will purchase any new toys I need from them in the future.

Sales guy was knowledgeable and straight forward.

This place is terrible. I had to say hi to the person at the door 3 times before I got a reply. My 4 children and I then proceeded the pace to showroom for 10 minutes before any of the employees even acknowledged us. I asked a question to service and they basically laughed at me and said good luck getting those parts we don’t deal with them at all. Then I was told I had to sign a contract stating my kids couldn’t drive the youth ATV to purchase a youth ATV. I then asked the salesman how to correctly fill it out. When he advised me on what to do his supervisor said they couldn’t sell the ATV to me as I filled the form out wrong. I will never purchase anything from any power lodge after this experience and will be spreading the word on social media as well.

We were in a week ago to pick up a trailer and needed to get our receiver hitch removed. Thanks to Hunter and the guys in the back shop, they made it happen with no issues. Even changed out the safety chain so we could pull it properly as it wasnt the correct fit. Great team to work with - all were pleasant, patient and helpful - thanks from Dave Perry and the Wild River Snowmobile Club!

Great experience, called inquiring about a used model they had there. I was given answers to my questions quickly and they had great knowledge of the snowmobile. I went in to take a look at it and all my questions at the dealership were answered quickly. After I had it for a few days, it wouldnt start while up north on the trip I bought the sled for. I got it to start and it ran perfect the rest of the day, as soon as I got it home I called the store and talked to the sales manager and he assured me they would take care of everything even though I didnt buy a warranty with it. Brought it in and service fixed the issue quickly and let me know exactly what was the issue right away and they took care of the bill as promised. Would definitely recommend to friends/family and anyone else looking to purchase a new toy.

Thusfar, all my experiences here have been great. They are the only shop locally that was willing to attempt (and succeed at) fixing my jet boat, without trying to sell me thousands of dollars in new engines, as other shops have. I appreciate and respect that. Went to the store to buy a snowmobile as well, and they guided me to one that was better suited to my needs, and I love it. Now Im hooked on that sport as well. Keep being awesome!

I have tried to buy from here before. The wait time to get greeted was too long. Even though everyone was enjoying conversation with each other. Salespeople could not answer basic product knowledge questions. Very basic questions! Left and went to Moon in Monticello. Very professional, knowledgeable and better price. Picking up the exact same unit that I looked at today! Really too bad that a business and their managers do not train the staff. Invest in the people and they will take care of your business.

These guys make sure your happy before and after your purchase. Glad to see them in the cities however Onamia and brainerd are near the lake home providing flexible transfer options. Will recommend to friends and family.

Ive been in here a few times over the past several years, I stopped going as it seemed like no one wanted to sell anything or help customers, I had stopped going.Recently they had a motorcycle for sale, I walked in started chatting with someone almost instantly, after talking with Frank I heard the place was under new ownership and it shows! Everyone Ive had contact with seems to enjoy their job and wants to be there helping people.

Worth the drive! We did some serious 4-wheeler shopping around the southern part of the state and tripped over this place on our adventures. Honest pricing, fantastic crew and awesome customer service. We will be back when the time comes for service and future upgrades but for now we will enjoy the thrills of owning not one, but two Can-Am ATVs... That made my decision very easy on which atv to choose. The Sales Manager/Finance Manager Randy was also great to deal with. He is very upfront and honest. Worst experience I ever had buying anything! We first got the wrong 4- wheeler and then the loan paperwork was wrong ( for the second time. We have had this thing for almost five months no title or anything from them and all we heard is we are working on it! We bought a truck two weeks ago and already got the plates and everything! Will never buy from them again

Went in to look at a bike, and the salesman didnt know a single thing about it, including telling me the price was $2,000 more than what was listed online. Even at the online price, the bike was still overpriced for the condition it was in. I do appreciate them letting me test ride it, but when I got back the salesman was nowhere to be found and I stood there for almost 10 minutes. I would have had to negotiate quite a bit off the price to feel comfortable making that purchase and ended up just leaving.

Having a seadoo looked at. 3 week wait. I was a service manager for Polaris. Never would i let that happen to my customers. I would hire part time workers or run weekend crews. That is just poor service management. Hopefully they can solve such a annoying problem.

I would say this place is pretty nice! I spent over 10k on a wheeler. I would expect professional services. Unfortunately my sales person was not there the day I showed up. I purchased every thing over the phone and justed showed up. I wasnt to happy when I informed the sales department that I already had financing they continued to push even though I said I was covered they really want you to finance through them. Dont let them push you into their financing if you already have it. Other than that this place is really nice, they have a wide selection and staff are extremely knowledgeable in what theyre doing.

Purchased a Polaris Ranger 570 EPS here. Wade was great on showing me options that fit my needs a cross multiple product lines. Price was competitive, and the purchase process was extremely smooth. When in the market for another toy I will make sure to give them an opportunity to earn my repeat business.

I went in on Saturday October 1st and got there right before closing and Brad came over and was talking about all the different ATVs that we were interested in. Found one I liked, and he took the time to get all my information and application filled out. He stayed late and didnt make me feel rushed or anything. Got a call that following Monday saying I was approved when did I want to pick up. I will definitely be referring people there and referring them to Brad. Thank you so much Brad for helping me and not pushing me into anything I wasnt interested in.

Best deal around on my sled but even better to have a staff that went out of their way to make my experience great. Service guys were also great about explaining the setup and features so no worries about bring it back for maintenance

If you like being talked to like a normal person go somewhere else. Everytime I have been here they act as though you are inconvienencing them cause you dare come in and ask to purchase something. Mind you I never come in complaining or mad, just come in and wait my turn ask for a part and get crapped on. This whole parts department should be fired.
