We purchased a king size hybrid bed today! When we arrived Kahlil was so friendly and able to answer all questions my husband and I had. He was putting fresh sheets on the bed and made us feel totally comfortable to explore the store and check out all of the beds. His knowledge and personal use of the products were a huge plus for us. We are so excited for our new mattress, pillows, and sheets to arrive. We have already been raving to our friends about our experience at your location as well as how comfy the mattresses are! Shopping at Tuft and Needle of Crabtree Shopping Center in Raleigh was a very pleasant experience for me. The retail team is very knowledgeable about their brand and patient with their customers. I got an amazing deal on my new bedding from Hannah (with the guidance of the store lead Kalil and Shawnda) and thinking about my future needs, she afforded me a set of complementary Dryer Balls for my sheets. I recommend that everyone buy their next set of sheets from Tuft and Needle.

They were really sweet, and not at all overbearing or uncomfortable like how other mattress shopping experiences can be. It was very convenient to be able to try the beds in person before buying! We are very happy with our choice and they had it in stock so we got our mattress in store that day.

Two king mattresses purchased, one taken from store, one delivered to a different city from warehouse. Both king mattresses received damaged in the same way: deformed by shrink wrap packaging. The packaging method may work well for smaller beds, but the quality control for their packaging sucks and theres no convenient way to deal with a problematic king sized mattress. Customer service was good, mattresses comfortable.

The staff at Tuft & Needle Raleigh location (Crabtree Valley Mall) were amazing. So refreshing to receive great customer service. Highly recommend this brand and location. Well done Tuft & Needle!! And my Hybrid mattress is fabulous.

I called the Raleigh, NC Tuft & Needle store to place an order for the Hybrid mattress and spoke with a very helpful associate Kalil. Not only was my mattress delivered 5 days later as promised, but Kalil was extremely friendly and helpful during the order process. Highly recommend!

I visited the Raleigh location today. I was helped by 2 saleswomen, Lashonda and Erica. Both were great. They were not pushy. Buying my mattress was easy and painless.

Kalil helped match me with a mattress that fits my sleeping style. For me, as a side sleeper who sleeps hot, that was the Mint mattress. Really informative service without making you feel pressured to buy anything.

This store is by far one of the best shopping experiences I have had since moving to NC. Both managers were a fantastic help and knowledgable too. I am a huge fan of the company and their products. 100% recommend visiting this store.

Visited this store to try out the various mattresses. Joaquin greeted us with smiling eyes and a great attitude. He educated us about the products and allowed us space and time to form our own opinions. He was fun, funny and engaging and the reason we returned to the store to make our purchase rather than ordering online. It was an all-around great experience!

I was in the market for a new mattress, when I walked into tuft and needle. The manager and staff were extremely knowledgeable and were able to help me select the mattress that fit my needs. It truly was the best experience I’ve had while shopping for a mattress.

My husband and I visited Tuft & Needle to try the mattresses. After much consideration, we decided to purchase a Mint. I returned to the store to make the purchase even though I could have ordered online, I prefer the in-person interaction. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Lashanda. She was terrific! She made the ordering process quick and easy. I cant say enough about how great my in-store experiences were at this Tuft & Needle location!

I was waking up in pain everyday for over a month until I got a Tuft & Needle mattress topper... My bed literally transformed!! Instant relief and my sleep quality increased dramatically!! Joaquin was super friendly and helped me get exactly what I needed. 12/10 would recommend!!

Kalil was a wonderful store manager, worked with us to get us the best deal and gave us so much information on what we were looking to purchase. It was the best experience I have had when buying a mattress. I have received my mattress and mattress accessories within 4 days of purchase (3 business days). It was easy to put together and set up, I genuinely love this mattress, it is better than I expected especially at such an affordable cost. Highly recommend Tuft & Needle, especially if you can go purchase at the Raleigh store, they have a wonderful staff and are not pushy at all.

Purchased a new mint mattress online after speaking with a salesman from the Raleigh store. Excellent service and enthusiasm for the products they sale. The online ordering process is simple with the mattress delivered ahead of schedule. Setup is a breeze after watching the video provided with the order confirmation. The mint mattress is great! No more back pain.

I received my mint mattress and pillow about 2 weeks ago and have absolutely no complaints. The quality of their products are so amazing and the prices are unbeatable! The team members at the Raleigh location in Crabtree Mall were an absolute pleasure to speak with! They were all so friendly and informative. I highly recommend giving their products a try as you won’t be disappointed. They offer a 100 day trial run and trust me you won’t want to return it!

Ive had my mattress for about a month, but Im just getting around to write this review. I went to Tuft & Needle because I wanted to make sure that could at least try out an affordable mattress that comes in a box. Lashawnda greeted me and was so friendly and talked to me about the company policies and the mattress. I do think the mattress is more firm than I like, but I actually think its what I need (maybe Ill get the mattress pad eventually). I ended up buying the mattress and Lashawnda and Q helped in that process. The mattress came in like two days which was also good. I also bought the percale sheets - they are pricey, but definitely worth it for quality sheets.

When I visited the store yesterday, the young lady with the beautiful curly hair was so wonderful to me and my daughter as first timers at this store. I hope everyone comes to this store to try out their wonderful products with great price points!

The most common means of selling bed frame and mattress together is store tufting....but not here...each ensemble is cast with a sense of personal sleep comfort. I choose a Tuft and Needle on point. Thanks Q.

Dont sleep on Tuft and Needle Raleigh, this place is great! Amazing shopping experience. I have insomnia and my new tuft and needle mattress doesnt allow me to resist a rest. Was going to buy a $1200 mattress from this location, but unfortunately the representative on the listed number hung up on me when I asked questions. I will be taking my business to Mattress Firm, or anywhere else who values the customer.

Disappointed I was unable to actually purchase my mattress there. But sales team was super!

So glad they opened a store here. Just ordered my new mint mattress after trying it out.
