Kind and courteous sales people. Busy as could be. All but the two who wanted to fuss at the salespeople about the warehouse.

Their staff is always willing to help no matter how big or small and item you may need. All I needed was the nut for this lamp. Counter sales person was willing to help me find the one I made it. Thank you!

Just picked up our generator and gas cans for the incoming hurricane. Grainger employees were organized with the huge influx of orders. The lines were long as to be expected and the employees kept awesome attitudes and delivered great customer service. Very easy experience in a hard time in the triangle. Will go there first from now on!

They forgot to unload my $1500 order and wouldnt tell me anything about it. Had to call the 1-800 number to have them help me. That is also how I learned some parts where still here at this location. Took way to much effort for a simple heads up. Also they tried to charge me freight shipping even though I already paid a shipping fee.

Grainger has about any industrial product or part you can imagine, but not necessarily in stock. Usually shipping time is quick on most orders. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Their prices are sometimes higher than other companies, but perhaps not as convenient or quick to get. If Graingers doesnt have it, I dont know who does.

I work with industrial equipment and the work gloves Ive been getting at Lowes or Home Depot or Agri Supply are expensive and dont last more than 2 or 3 days at all. I picked up a pair of cut resistant gloves over the weekend and here it is almost 6 days later and they are still in perfect shape. Theyre also breathable and were less than 1/3 the cost. Graingers Rocks!!
