Customer service is nice you are greeted when entered. Not much of a selection though.

Great Service!!! A variety of options when it came to shoes and clothing and I was approached by an employee, Sean, where we started a conversation about upcoming releases.

They had a size 13 and the sales lady put it on hold until I could go get money to purchase them!

They have different style of shoes i dont see at other sneaker places, competitive prices and some super low.

I had a great experience here and friendly staff. But if you want the latest shoe I wouldn’t get hopes too high because this location to get high volume

Decent not much selection

Not a single associate acknowledged one customers presence as they entered or exited this store. We saw at most 3 pair of shoes we were interested in, but no one asked if we needed assistance. The focal point if their conversation was on how not to get caught up returning merchandise incorrectly as to be red flagged and immediately fired because of such.

Nice place

The employees were very presumptuous and tending to my needs. One of the young gentlemen helped bring out a style in me I cannot wait to exploit to my surroundings. The shoes were great and gave me a realization of a part of my inner personality and the service was quick and precise. Thank you very much for helping me pick out these shoes and I will very much enjoy having this as a part of myself. :)

The customer service in this store is absolutely awful. My husband had a very expensive pair of shoes shipped to this location because they didnt have it stocked in the store. The store not only ordered the incorrect color shoes, but they also never called us when the shoes arrived like they promised they would. We decided to visit the store since we werent getting anywhere over the phone and still waited an entire hour for them to check the mail box. We will never shop here again.

Great Customer service and selection of shoes and apparel!

Cashier Megan overcharged me 40.00 and everyone acted as if I didnt give her the cash. My purchase for my sons three pair for sneckers was 439.00 and she told me 480.00 ( cash) When I looked at my receipt when I got to the car I saw that it was 439.00 . So I called the store back and spoke to the manager. They recounted the draw and said that it was not over. So I asked to speek to to the next person in charge. I spoke to stephanie and she said that they invested and they cant give me my money back that was stolen. I am so upset because I dont have money to just give away😡. But I do know that what is done in the dark always comes to the light😎.
