They did a great job installing flooring. Any issues we wanted addressed were done so immediately. The guys were very polite, fast, efficient, great problem solvers, and they actually kept the area clean. This is probably the first contractor in a really long time that I didn’t have to go behind and clean up after. We only have the kitchen and foyer left to do and we will call them again when we are ready.

We were recommended a floor that was supposedly good for kids and pets.The laminate we chose was not cheap ($5,300) and covered our entire first floor. Sun room, living areas, kitchen, hallways and bathroom.The floor was installed in May and I was emailing in November already about the constant chipping and that it does not withstand water at all.I didn’t get a final answer until last month, that the only option they want to give us is to redo the damaged planks with the same flooring.This is the definition of insanity. Doing the same thing and expecting a different outcome. Waste of time and ripping our entire home up again to have the same outcome.They offer zero guarantee on the flooring they sell you and could care less that we are out the $5,300 and $3,200 it cost to install it.I would never recommend this place. I would rather give my business to home depot or menards.This business does not do customer service. I had to file a complaint with the Better business Bureau.These photos are how they look all throughout the house.

Jeanette was extremely helpful and made sure I was happy with my flooring decisions throughout the entire process. She even went out of her way to deliver extra flooring I had ordered to complete a room. The installers did a fantastic job and we are very happy with how everything turned out.

My husband & I were very pleased with our experience at Carpet City. They have a wide selection of carpet to choose from. Staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. The team that came to the house to install the carpet was also great. Moving our bedroom furniture & putting everything back. No damage of any sort was done. We would recommend Carpet City to our family and friends!

Very satisfied with our new flooring. The installers did a wonderful job. It did take a long time for them to receive the flooring but understandable due to Covid.

My wife and I have had Carpet City complete several projects in our home. John first Re carpeted our basement stairs, the the old laminate was replaced with LVT plank flooring in nearly the entire home! This is fantastic flooring looks great and is nearly indestructible! We had carpeting replaced that we were not happy with and the new carpeting is much better and looks great. We also had Luxury plank vinyl installed in our kitchen - dining area. Had a few problems with the installation, but they corrected everything to our satisfaction. Very friendly staff to work with. Thanks guys.

If I could give no stars I would. Had our whole first floor done in June with solid wood and have had problems ever since with warping and cracking. Carpet City doesnt want to take responsibility and tries to put the blame on the buyer. Craftsmanship is not good. Last contact we had with Mark was in October and have no response. Not worth the money or headaches. My recommendation is buy your flooring somewhere else and have a professional install it.

We got a beautiful, 100% wool carpet at a terrific price, during a Carpet City sale. When I first called to inquire whether they carried high-end carpeting, the manager responded by scheduling a visit to our house to offer advice and discuss our needs. He gave me a lot of good information, as well as taking measurements, yet did not pressure us in any way. When the sale came up, he called back with a great suggestion and perfect pricing information. Having searched several other shops for the carpet we wanted, I knew that the excellent carpet he called me to offer was a dream come true. The manager was meticulous about placing the order and the installation was a breeze. I couldnt say enough good things about Racines Carpet City; they earned my trust.

Very positive business. We ordered flooring from them. When it came some of it was damaged. But they went above making it right. They replaced the bad flooring at no cost and gave us a discount on the price. They even delivered it for free. I will go back to them.

I was looking to replace carpeting with hardwood floors in 3 rooms. As a diligent consumer, I had multiple estimates. Carpet City was the lowest - but I didnt want to just go with the least expensive. After meeting with the saleman numerous times, I was sold on Carpet City for their unwavering attention to customer satisfaction. Not only were they patient with me when I made numerous changes, but they did everything they could to make sure the finished project was beautiful. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again!

My wife and I would definitely recommend Dan and the staff at Carpet City. We were let down by an unnamed big box store which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. We called Carpet City and Dan came out the next morning and measured the areas we needed flooring for. Dan recommended a vinyl plank for our busy household that stands up to water and traffic very well. Installation was done a week later and took only one day. We were amazed. We will definitely call on them again when we are in need of more flooring.

Great service from selection thru installation. Installers were very meticulous on install.

It was amazing; we walked into the store not knowing what to expect and really just wanted to get pricing details for our finished basement. Within thirty minutes we had an appointment scheduled for the very next day. The manager drove out to our house an hour later to take final measurements and give us advice on how to remove our old carpet so we could save money. The installers came the next day on time and worked extremely hard to finish the job in just three hours. They did the 500+ square foot basement and stairs without damaging any walls or making a mess. They also spent 20 minutes vacuuming the new carpet and any mess they left while bringing their supplies through the rest of the house. They also realized we had an infant so they spent extra time making sure there was nothing remaining for him to grab and stick in his mouth.

Im so happy with the carpet and the flooring that I got from Carpet City. John Lawler helps me choose the best options for my home and everything looks amazing. They really go above and beyond.

STAY AWAY FROM CARPET CITY! This store, the sales staff, the management and owner of Carpet City are the worst. I took a floor layout to the store at 9am on a Monday to get an estimate, was told with in a few hours I would have the estimate. Monday came and went, and everyday there after until I sent and email to the owner the following Sunday. I was given empty promises for seven days. After seven day the owner got involved and had the manager John to show up at the jobsite. I treated him with nothing but respect, the next day the manager intended to send an text to the owner about me. By mistake he sent it to me, the manager called me a tool what kind of sales staff says this about their customers. When I told the owner Mike about it he replied I do not tolerate disrespect and he will be reprimanded accordingly. Clearly you the owner tolerate this kind of customer bashing because your own manager John felt very comfortable sending you the text calling me a tool If this wasnt common in Carpet City the manager wouldnt send the owner of the company and their boss that kind of text if it has not been done before. POOR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER BASHING. STAY AWAY FROM CARPET CITY OR YOU MAY FIND OUT WHAT THEY CALL YOU BEHIND YOUR BACK.

I could write a five page horror story on the store.Mark the salesman was the most useless person Ive ever seen in sales . He was rude beyond belief acted like he flat out didnt even want to talk to us . Had no knowledge of his product and just an over all unpleasant person.Had to find my own carpet.Had to chase him down to figure out when carpet was coming in.Damage done to base boards by installers and plastic pieces left all over.Tried calling management and our call was passed on .Finally got ahold of the manager and he was speechless and apologaetic but didnt even offer to help fix damaged base boards.I gave the manager a week and half after our phone call to call back with a solution and was never contacted .NEVER use these people.

We had a great experience with carpet city I would recomend it.
