Being in an accident is never a pleasant experience. Today after calling several shops that were booked one of my neighbors referred me to Uptown. I had the pleasure of speaking with Andy who was very professional and transparent. With the snow they were definitely very busy yet took the time to help me out. They were flexible on when I could drop the car off and that was extremely helpful for me. If the car is repairable I look forward to being able to see and review their craftsmanship.
