I have ordered from this store about twice, maybe three times now and have received poor quality customer service. When I first went there years ago before their store hours changed, I went to it during business hours according to their website but when I traveled out there, the sign said it was closed and locked up. Back when they put their merch in potato-chip-like bags, I received one in the mail but never got a Zamforia sticker with my purchase like all my friends had. This year, I noticed they brought back their Daft Punk shirts and purchased over 100$ worth of their merch. When I couldnt find my package after the delivery was made, I called both the post office and the store to no avail. Never got a call back after leaving a voicemail. Recieved my package weeks later. Noticed that they messed up on one of the shirt sizes (I wanted an extra large when they sent me a Medium) so now I have to go through the trouble of spending time and money shipping it back again (and still, no sticker). Previously on another purchase, the lady couldnt hear me over the phone so when I raised my voice so she could hear me better after trying to repeat myself several times, she was like: Okay, you dont have to yell. I will not be buying my stuff from them again. Which is a shame because their products are rather original. The stress isnt worth it.
