Another pricey place went there for drip pans on top of my stove they didnt have them they could get them in there philly office $25 each plus shipping so somewhere around $60 bucks I called a company on line and paid$32 dollars for both and that includes shipping yes yes have a nice day

Bad service, not customer friendly, and will not honor the products they sell.

I asked for the mounting bracket for a microwave. I got charged $69 for a mountain kit that had no bracket. I called them back and they told me I had to order the bracket and it was another $50. If you have any other alternative than to use this company please use it. At the end of the day I asked for a bracket never received one then was told I had to pay $50 for the bracket after they gave me a mountain kit that was absolutely useless to me.

Called to order a part for my Bosch dryer. The staff member was knowledgeable and courteous and stated the part would be in the next day. When the part arrived they called to let me know. Correct part, fast efficient service.

This place is a joke. Everything here is about 500% the cost of ordering online.Stay away unless you like extremely rude, big blonde broads.
