The picture says it all. Our patty was outsized by the Lettuce and tomatoes PLUS it was definitely NOT fresh. This particular In-N-Out Burger is not the quality others are.

I have always loved in and out. My experience tonight however was unique and unconventional in a positive way. I had the great fortunate to be served by Philip. There was an extremely long line all the way out the front doors, and Philip did not forget the importance of customer service and professionalism during this rush. He welcomed me with one of the warmest smiles I have ever received in the service industry. He then asked me how my night was going and was genuinely interested. When I got the food he remembered our last conversation!Thank you Philip

Cashier slower than molasses and no smile at all. Not even after I donated toward their cause to stop drug addiction did she offer a smile. Some people just arent meant for customer service.

I love In-N-Out Burger! Their food is always great and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend if you are one of the few, whove never tried it. My only constructive criticism is a better option for kids but, I understand they have a limited menu and this is their brand. My son wont eat a burger, so I have to balance this carefully.The last time I was at this location, apparently everyone was buying the other persons meals. I pulled up to the drive thru and was informed the person ahead of me bought my meal, so I returned the favor to the next person in line and hoped it would continue.No matter what In-N-Out I go to its consistent with service, price and quality. I always have a great experience and will continue to visit.

Glad to have the opportunity to support In-N-Out here in Az for their stand against Californias tyrannical vaccine mandates. Politicians egos have far exceeded their job requirements.

You just cant go wrong with Double Double Animal Style with grilled onions, Peppers, and an order of fries cooked extra well and animal Style!I mean is you dont like In and Out, they must be something wrong.Also is you dont like the fries, definitely try then extra well. It makes a big difference!🍔♥️

First time eating in and out since leaving California 4 years ago. Had to have my In and Out. Tasted just as great as it did four years ago. Cant wait for them to build one in Idaho. Prescott is lucky to have them.

Excellent food! It: looks, smells, and tastes great. It is a bit more expensive; than, I am used to paying. But, in AZ everything is expensive. There is no mayonnaise. But their sauce beats McD. I just prefer dill relish vice sweet. Their fries are better than any of other in the area. One could make a meal on those alone.

Best In-N-Out in Arizona! Of course the food is always hot and fresh. But this place has the best employees. Outgoing, friendly and always willing to help. Store is always clean. Its worth the wait!

Went to the local In-N-Out Burger in Prescott. It was a choice for the staff to wear a mask while preparing food and waiting on customers. I called the corporate customer service number, and there were no ‘restrictions’ in mystate concerning vaccinations or mask wearing. ‘Would I like a call back when things change?” He?? NO!! I will never buy another thing from them.

Drive to West blocked off with no directions. There was inside and a drive-thru. Customer service was great they allowed me to add on to my order at the window which I hate doing but it was very thankful however, I was told that this was probably the worst in and out Burger my friend had ever had. Mine was very dry, and definitely didnt taste as good as it smelt when I was here the restaurant.

It was very busy like usual. The frys are good but only if you eat them right away. If you take them hone to share they become hard and taste bad. The burgers have lost half the meat and now look the same as McDonald’s! I was very disappointed after spending over $50.

I usually don’t go to In-N-Out, but my mom wanted a cheeseburger. I was already having a bad day because my dog got run over the night before. The person who made my day was not my mother, it was Philip. What a kind man, what a professional. More people like Philip are needed in the food industry. He took the time to ask me how I am doing, while really listening. I shared my pain with Philip, and his kind eyes and smile warmed my heart up. Tears started going down my face, not due to sadness, but due to joy. The joy of encountering a true angel. While In the presence of such an amazing individual, I felt all my problems and pain go away. I was not the only one who felt his presence, my recently divorced mother felt drawn to Philip. However Philip remained professional and shut down the futile seduction attempts performed by my mother. All I’m going to say is that I wouldn’t mind if Phillip became my step dad. Philip is the example of a leader and role model in today’s world.Thank you Philip, you’ve changed my life.

Still one of my favorite burgers... However, quality control at this one seems to suffer. From over cooked fries that taste like they were cooked in last weeks oil, to buns that are on the verge of stale... At least at this location.

Delicious, friendly staff, quick, and reasonably priced. Way better quality/experience than any other burger chain Ive been too. Worth the hype.

My husband and I visited this location for the first time today. The staff were friendly, and our food was delicious. We will definitely return!

The food is good but in comparison to other in n outs in LA, Texas, phoenix, etc, the staff here moves very slow and has much longer wait times.

Food was good as always but somehow they lost my order for about 20 min I waited I was #4 and I waited they called #3 then called #5 then #7 ..... So I asked what happened to #4 & #5??? They looked like they didnt know they just skipped two ## it took another 5 min but we got it fresh and hot good as always just wasnt expecting a 45 min wait on two #2s 🙄

Good spot, a piece of California in Prescott that I hope the locals love. Got El Pug a couple of seasoned patties and my boys a couple of burgers. Pink Lemonade for me hit the spot!

Wow....got to love in-n-out burger. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Young guy at the counter didn’t know or understand my order (Flying Dutchman) which is a secret menu item so I understand..he was very friendly and ask his manager for help which was handled quickly and we didn’t have to wait very long at all. Food was as alway great and they did a fantastic job. This is the closest In-N-Out Burger from our house which is like 1200 miles 🤦🏻‍♂️ so sad. We’d be here more often.

Can be very busy late at night, but with very few late-night options in the area its very understandable. And very quick despite this.

The service was fine. Even in a packed place, they still seemed happy to serve. Im personally not a fan of In-N-Out, but our party chose to come here. The fries were good.

Came for lunch today and was disappointed in the service. The drink I ordered was wrong at the window and when I asked for the correct drink she took my drink back, set it down and walked away. When someone at the window asked what I was waiting for and she got my drink but screwed that up too. So I’m drinking watered down lemonade with my meal

Love their protein style burger. They have many more items available at their online menu. Protein style is wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun.

When I pulled up there were a total of 11 carts in the drive thru. I was super tired and didnt want to drive further away from my hotel, so I stayed. There was a friendly guy outside taking orders on a tablet and the wait wasnt nearly as long as I thought it would be (10 mins total). The team there had the line moving and definitely impressed me. Food was delicious and service was great!

This is a typical In-N-Out Burger store, a lot of people and a long wait time. One of the reasons I give a 4 star instead of a 5 is that everytime I go thru the drive thru, my french fries are never hot, like some of the other In-N-Out. They are just warm to lukewarm. The hamburger and drinks are fine.

Always a perfect burger with quick and outgoing employees! And apparently they open at 10am so brunch will be at In N Out more often! They did forget my (2) sides of spread that I asked for twice and was on the order, so hopefully next time they nail it.

By far one of my favorite places to get a burger because they are so flavorful and I love their animal style burgers. The fries are also a great treat if you go because they are great! My only downside was that this time when we got our food it was room temperature because they let our burgers sit while they cooked the fries, other than that I generally always have a good experience.

The place is always packed. No doubt the most popular burger joint in town. Expect to wait at least 15 minutes, every second of which will be worth it. The food is fresh and very tasty. Service is friendly and excellent.

We always come here for lunch when we visit Prescott. The line is always very long but they took our order at the end of the line and it moved quickly and our food was right there fresh and delicious.

Just about everyone inside the restaurant was NOT wearing a face mask or practicing social distancing habits. Employees were in compliance. You may want to stick to using the drive- thru.

Best fast food burger ever made, better than most sit down restaurant gourmet burgers that cost three times as much. Never disappointed with In and Out. My sons and I drove all the way from NW AR anticipating a double double and fries, we had to wait till we got to my parents house in Prescott Valley to get close enough to one to enjoy our favorite burger

I stopped there because I was dealing with a heat related illness and needed to be in a air conditioned space and drink some water for about a hour. They were super nice and caring towards me while I was there cooling off and I felt alot better when I lefted there

I love in and outs hamburgers, BUT I wont order what they describe as french fries. Their HORRIBLE. And I was in the drive-thru 52 minutes!

Im not an In-n-Out fanboy, but I have to commend them for generally consistently excellent service and food. Prices are reasonable for what you get, service is generally reasonable (its almost never fast given how busy this location always seems to be), and the orders are pretty consistently accurate. Plus, who doesnt love a secret menu?

The last few times i visited this location i noticed my food was barely warm. It all makes sense now! This time i noticed the long drive through and decided to go inside instead. I watched them pile up everyones drive through meals in a area without any food warmers. Clearly they were making the food much faster then they could serve the guests. Well this being a restaurant and all i figured the employees would have their food handlers cards and would handle food properly?? Unfortunately this is not the case. Just a heads up.

In-N-Out burger is the best fast food joint. Great food, simple menu, and very tasty. Been eating here for over 23 years. Hamburgers are always made with fresh quality meat, fries are real potatoes, and their shakes are amazing!!! You always get the same great service.

As always, even in the busiest times of day, my rather large order to go was perfect. You will always get fast, courteous service from employees who actually care.
